Really really great location! Comfortable rooms, fairly friendly staff. Hotel has everything you need in the lobby, even offers free water, mints, and candy. They seem to be pet friendly too at the entrance.
Only dislike was some of the rooms on the higher floors looked a bit older but still weren’t bad.

The room itself was clean. Breakfast was good as well. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms with good showers / warm water pressure
The room is incredibly loud (single glazed window) - you can hear nearly everything from the street below. The mattress is very hard. The main foyer / elevator (amongst other areas) could be revamped / modernised a bit - but I do like the aesthetic. (e.g. hyperspecific: the chandelier in the main entrance could be cleaned / have the dust removed)
