The staff were wonderful, we had an issue with our room and they were very supportive and helped us to find a solution. The hotel was fully booked but felt calm and our room was very quiet, bed and pillows very comfy. Breakfast was ok.
Scrambled eggs were solid and I think there could have been more (warm) vegetarian warm options.

Wonderful position, next to the main points of interest. The staff was very kind.
The family room is a little bit small for 4 persons, there is not enough space for luggages and clothes. The bathroom could be clean better.
