I SUPER HIGHLY recommend such place and will come back here again for my next stay in Rotterdam!

I had such an amazing stay! In terms of location I was in the middle of the best ad safest centre streets of Rotterdam, and so well connected to get round the city and further. Furthermore, the b&b was everything I could’ve possibly asked for and more, the whole entire place was modern, clean and contemporary and meanwhile also felt so cozy and comfy to stay in. The room was great, the staff was soo welcoming, friendly and kind to me and the communal areas downstairs worked perfectly to chill out and relax in, and also for me who had to work in between my stay it was lovely… creating the optimal environment to balance my job and my vacation.

There were some funky noises at night which sometimes woke me up (maybe some water tubes?)

The perfect accomodation for a short stay in Rotterdam

Very modern and clean. The lounge area was lovely and there were plenty of things - games room, gym, workers studio - to make the most of in the colder weather. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Reliable - I'd come back!

Comfy bed and close to maritime museum. Good value for money - had everything I needed.

Toilet didn't flush well (eco-style I guess) and fridge was unusable for anything other than a slim can.

Good Location, too small rooms.

The location is very good it's in the center so it's near to everything you need. The staff are helpful and friendly.

The room is too small, it's not suitable for 2 persons, there is no hot drinks in the room either there is no refrigerator.

It was near the restaurant I had dinner

Even though we checked in after 10PM, a later (1PM) check out, was at an extra cost. Checkbin and out on a screen, no personal welcome or any kind of service. No coffee or tea facilities in the room, only plastic cups. While playing table tennis one of the employees came asking if we were staying at the hotel, same guy next day asked me to put my coke bottle away while sitting in work area, as if it was some sort of illegal substance. Just everything I asked was not possible, for the menu I had to go down to the lobby… I expected more from a 4*

I didn’t have the breakfast but the coffee/latte was good.

It’s not a big deal but I would’ve preferred an iron and iron board in my room rather than have to go to the laundry room in the basement level.

Great location, very eco friendly and focused, comfortable hotel!

Brilliant location, little "gritty" but only 5 - 10 mins walk from beautiful museum quarter. Great transport nearby for non walkers. Cosy class of room at rear very quiet with lovely bed/bedding, great shower and we'll designed room. Bonus that so environmentally focused!

One or two of young staff need encouraging to be little more hospitable, particularly towards older visitors! Lack of small kettle in rooms, to make your first cuppa of the day...took my own travel kettle.

Room was good, but very compact with bed in corner so some climbing over partner to get out of bed. We disturbed the maid, maybe as we checked in early, so one bin was not emptied and there was a little dust.

A gem in Rotterdam

The location is prime, the hotel itself has a ton of amenities including a restaurant downstairs, a library and we had our own bathroom. I like the concept of the green building - everything aimed at sustainability.

The floor in the shower is not slanted so after showering a lot of water makes its way to the rest of the bathroom. Drainage could be better.

Excellent spot for a short stay in Rotterdam.

Cosy little room, exceptionally well furnished and with all modern features. The bed was very comfortable. The bar/common area downstairs seemed a great place to hang out/work/relax although we weren’t there long enough to use it much.

Lovely modern hotel close to centre

It looks amazing, rooms are super modern and clean.

We were woken up by loud banging noises, not sure what it was but most probably construction. It was continuous from early in the morning until we checked out. If you know this as a company I would put up some signs so guests are aware. Nevertheless would stay here again but take earplugs.

Not very soundproof, could hear traffic from the busy street outside and every time a toilet flushed in the room upstairs, so recommend bringing earplugs. Bed was not very comfortable

Great - excellent for a 2 night stay and wish I could have stayed longer.

Super convenient location - very close to many shopping areas and multiple restaurants, and only 15 minutes walk to the harbor to catch the water taxi/bus. I appreciated the hotel's commitment to sustainability and also liked the quirky eco design aspects in the room. Very modern hotel with a cool bar/working space in the lobby area. I requested a quiet room and the staff were happy to help me out - no similar rooms were available and I ended up getting a complementary upgrade, which was much appreciated.

Fantastic hotel in Central Rotterdam.

My second visit here and it's every bit of a good hotel as last time. Very friendly helpful staff. Secure bicycle parking if needed. Extremely comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast too. Highly recommend.

The staff service is excellent, and the location is very central. Text and whatsapp communication is great, with fast responses.

For a 4-star establishment, a small kettle or coffee machine should be provided in the room, but none was available.

Bright, Stylish Stay with Exceptional Breakfast and Warm Hospitality

The hotel is centrally located near Beurs station, with comfortable-sized rooms filled with natural sunlight. I really appreciated the sustainability concept, and the breakfast was extraordinary—plenty of delicious options to choose from. The rooms and hotel entrance were beautifully decorated, and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind throughout my stay.

The breakfast organisation is not clear. Booking.com says "superbe petit-déjeuner inclus" but this is not true. You only have a croissant + tea/coffee. You have to pay much more for the full breakfast. But the staff has been very concerned and showed a lot of attention to our comment.

ok, but not returning

The location was perfect

The room I was in was called "Cozy" - Due to its size I would rather change that to "Claustrophobic" or "Caravan". Also, sitting on the bed maddress I sunk down in what felt like a hole. Also, It to a large extend it is a self-service hotel. Probably the reason why the staff is not very proactive and serviceminded. As a guest I needed to take action and ask for help/service.

We loved this place. We had originally planned to stay one night and then decided to extend our stay one more night. The staff is extremely helpful and nice, we received the best recommendations of places to eat and see in the city. The room is cosy and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. Also, we mentioned more than once how good the whole hotel smells; the scent around matches the shampoo/conditioner/soap they offer. Everything smelt divine.

It's really only a design detail, but we stayed in The Cosy, and the door to the bathroom is the same as the door to the shower (you just move it for what you need it). It was a little bit awkward since the space was not perfectly set up so one had to come out of the shower, move the floor mat, close the door again in order to be able to come out. It was just an awkward design decision due to the smaller space.

Great hotel and location

The downstairs is really nice and calming, it’s an area you want to sit and have a drink, or play table tennis. The staff are friendly, and the room was great, big enough and lovely toiletries. The location was excellent for exploring and also the metro.

It's a brand new hotel in a great location near the central station so everything was in pristine condition. The staff are very relaxed and friendly and my room was modern and comfortable.

Fantastisch

Modern ingericht. Schoon. Geweldige lokatie. Vriendelijk personeel. Hulp bij het inchecken. Heerlijk ontbijt. Goeie cappuccino’s, fijne zeepjes. Heerlijke bedden. Grote tv. Airco. Goed geïsoleerd (geen geluidsoverlast). Thumbs up!! Wij komen zeker terug en zullen het iedereen aanraden.

Alles was perfect (alleen miste we bruin brood bij het ontbijt en was de koffie/thee uit de grote thermosflessen lauw)

Fijn hotel, dat nog puntjes op de i zou moeten zetten.

Het concept is leuk. Het personeel aardig en behulpzaam. De kamer prima en leuk ingericht. Je kunt je er snel thuis voelen. Levendig.

Het bed sliep echt behoorlijk slecht. Twee matrassen waarvan 1 hard en 1 zacht. De prijs is te hoog voor het feit dat het bed zo slecht is. Bij het ontbijt was de keus qua brood beperkt. En er waren een paar onhandigheden in termen van : geen bakjes om de jam en toppings in te doen. Zoektocht naar zout bij het ei. Het was er allemaal wel, maar niet vanzelfsprekend. Echt erg was de thee. Dat hoort met kokend water te zijn, de thee wilde gewoon niet trekken in lauw water. Zoiets is gewoon een afknapper, ik verwacht het misschien nog in een jeugdherberg, maar niet in een hotel voor deze prijs. Dat sommig personeel niet Nederlands spreekt, kan, maar hier is het standaard Engels. En dat voelt raar in eigen land. We sliepen hier 3 nachten. Ik vond het prima dat er tussentijd geen schoonmaak is, maar ik had daarvan wel verwacht dat dat even duidelijk gemaakt zou worden.

Dekbed(zomer dekbed) zat amper voering in. Was voor mij te koud. Bij het vragen voor een extra deken, gaven zij als advies; je kan de temperatuur hoger zetten. Kreeg uiteindelijk wel een deken na extra vragen. Maakt veel geluid bij het bewegen. Wederom kussens en bed zelf rampzalig. Te veel herrie van de ventilator. een nacht ging het brandalarm af, geen evaluatie van het personeel dat er geen gevaar was. Deuren vallen met een klap dicht, geen demper erop. voor mijn rust kwam ik, maar tevergeefs. Communicatie mag ook beter naar aanleiding van dat ik twee boekingen had gedaan en of het mogelijk was om in dezelfde kamer te blijven en dat kon zei een medewerker. Twee dagen later werd er aan de deur geklopt ( in het Engels) waarom heb je nog niet uitgecheckt, je bent te laat. Daarnaast is de kamer prima voor 1 persoon, badkamer qua inrichting prima en het douchen ook. Ik kom alleen nooit meer daar. Heb ik ook als feedback gegeven aan hen.

Il classico albergo olandese, minimal, eco sostenibile, pulito ed inclusivo. Ottima posizione.

Non fanno servizio in camera e nonostante ci avessero assicurato che il bar fosse aperto 24 ore e che avremmo trovato qualcuno alle 6 di mattina che ci avrebbe fatto un caffè, non è andata così! Inoltre nella nostra camera il freno della porta del bagno non funzionava bene, la porta era troppo pesante e sbatteva.
