A great relief when the hotel is good. Really makes the trip easier.

Just what you need and nothing you dont. Nice and clean, great location (particularly for the maritime enthused) and a well put together room (albeit small, but its a room on the water!) Mattress was thin but fresh and clean. For the price, it punched above its weight. I payed 100 Euros for my room.

You've got to stay here if in Rotterdam.

A superb hotel, quaint and really comfortable. The room was exactly what we were looking for, and breakfast was amazing. In short it was perfect for us and the couple of days we were in Rotterdam

Not much, maybe the room was a little small but that would be being picky, given it was on a canal boat. I'd highly recommend the Floats hotel, especially for a leisure trip to Rotterdam.

Great location and staff. You need to fix the alarms.

The staff was friendly and helped out when needed.

There was alarm that whent on 4 o'clock in the morning. This is the second time in a row. Last time the fire alarm whent off and there wast'n a fire issue.

I saw one rat 🐀 running around . The boat is on the water so I assume it’s normal. In the room not much 🪝 hooks for jackets

Great location and helpful staff

Excellent location, clean, welcoming staff, good stay. We arrived late and the kitchen staff still took an order for food for us, also provided coffee and croissants for my daughter who had an early start job interview.

Breakfast was expensive for what it was, room was quite small and dark, also pillows not great but we managed.

My Room had a leaking roof

The location was great only O was given a leaky room where the rain dripped in and soaked all my clothes in my suitcase. When I complained at reception the response was remarkably that they new about the leak in room number 5 but they put me in there anyway. This while charging me €200 euros for the room. The room felt very damp. It was a big disappointment. I asked for a reduction the next day when I spoke to the supervisor at check out. She said she would arrange something and get back to me. I have heard nothing since. On a separate note I also found the hospitality tray very inhospitable. There was no coffee machine and only 2 tea bags and no mineral water or cookies. Overall I was disappointed.

Excellent stay and very comfortable

Room and location was great and exactly what we needed for our stay. The only improvement I would suggest would be some are for hanging clothes. We did get a few hangers from reception. We were attending a wedding so needed to hang our clothes

Pleasant hotel in central location.

Excellent location. Staff very helpful, bonus our cases were taken to our room after we arrived early and left them. Handy supermarket over the road.

Our room was rather dark, even with all available lights on. Breakfast was very limited choice, beneficial to go early!

The Floats is in City Centre, all we wanted was walkable. The staff was fabulous - answered our questions, suggested local places to go and were gracious re our special requests.

The room is small and somewhat awkward and DARK! but a good value and it was long day time.

I do not recommend this establishment!

Good location

Lots of messages before check-in about their services, great breakfast, etc. and not a single mention of a deposit. Should I sit and read your establishment policy? Nonsense. In the morning at breakfast, we waited 20 minutes for them to bring us the menu, another 10 minutes we waited for regular coffee. I was patient. I asked only not to put bacon in my food. I was told ok. After 50 minutes of waiting, they brought me food ... with BACON! This is the worst service I have ever encountered. My mood was ruined for the whole day. Incompetent staff in the kitchen and at the bar.

We loved the breakfast options and the restaurant menu at night the room we had was perfect for us and only a short walk from the everything we wanted . The staff were the main thing we liked they were all fantastic and we will be back very soon

Amazing location and a very special boat hotel with impressive lighting! The lobby was also lovely and the staff was pleasant and helpful at all times.

The bathroom could be more functional, as it was getting too wet after a shower.

Loved eating on the water!

Loved the food served for dinner, the restaurant on the water, the staff and the complimentary beverages. The hotel was not crowded at all. Very peaceful and felt exclusive. Great budget hotel in an outstanding location! Very short walk to everything you'd want to see! Even if you just stay at the hotel, great facilities for relaxing and hanging out (outside your room).

My partner loved the breakfast. I, however, wasn't a fan. Also, l the room was VERY small, and the bathroom was VERY tiny. Far too small for a couple. My partner is a built guy (not fat, but tall with muscle) and couldn't comfortably shower because it was so small. We felt we had too little space for our luggage as well. The only space in the room to put it was between the bathroom and the bed, so we had to literally take a large step over it every time we went to the toilet.

Loved every thing about our stay

A fabulous stay, the staff were very nice, they were attentive, informative and happy. The location is perfect and because I had a motorcycle I could park it out front with no issues. The restaurants food was great and it’s so relaxing on their floating veranda having food and drinks. We Definitely recommend this place .

Good

It was my first time sleeping on a boat hotel and I loved it! I booked a double room with terrace for a friend and I on a tuesday. We asked for two beds which was fixed very quickly. The front desk clerks were all superfriendly and helpful. They arranged taxis for us and things to do in the city! Thanks guys! In the morning when our taxi arrived they also came to get us in our room. The hotel is located in the centre of Rotterdam and is just a few minutes away from a watertaxi, tram, metrostation, the famous Market hall and a few other hot spots. When it's a beautiful, warm and sunny day the room with terrace is recommended and if no one is sleeping in the room with terrace opposite of you, the terrace can be considered private.

Unique stay; we had booked but we dint realize until we reached the location that it is a floating hotel. :)Unique experience and stay. Location is also good and convenient. They also accommodated our request for 1 hr late checkout.

Relaxed, friendly and comfortable in a unique setting.

Really pleasant relaxing stay. So nice to be able to sit out overlooking the water having a very well made G&T! Memorable in a unique setting. Free welcome drink is a lovely touch. Staff were friendly and relaxed too. Sunny warm day and evening helped. Good selection of tasty things for breakfast and excellent coffee. We would happily return.
