Quirky hotel with nice feel

Nice quirky design. Enjoyed the record player in the room. Easily accessible via tram. Great cafes nearby.

Steep steps leading to the bed area in our room were a bit lethal and could be tricky if you have any mobility issues - especially in the middle of the night.

The front desk staff provided excellent service, and the room was well-equipped and clean.

We stayed at the Supernova Hotel for four nights, and overall, the experience was excellent. The cleaning staff tidied the room very thoroughly every day, and the room space was quite sufficient for two people. The only unexpected event on this trip was that we misremembered the check-out time, which meant we couldn't rush back from Kinderdijk in time to check out. However, the front desk staff's proactive assistance and friendly attitude left a deep impression.

During our stay, the elevator seemed to have some issues, making it impossible to call the elevator on certain floors. This problem was not resolved before we left, but the front desk staff still did their best to help us with our luggage. Additionally, the bathroom door appeared to be more transparent and clear than in the photos. For me, it would have been better to have a curtain or anything that could provide some privacy. This is just a small suggestion and not a flaw.

Everything was so stylish, the hotel is beautiful! The girl at the front desk was very friendly and inviting. The room was beautiful, the pillows were heavenly, everything is was wonderful. We had a lovely stay!

Lovely hotel in quiet area of town

We liked that this hotel was not in the middle of everything but you could hop on transit or even walk into key areas. They have laundry on site that you can use for a fee which was a great surprise. The room was very spacious and we were able to reserve parking in advance.

Their parking lot does not include electric chargers however there is a charging station just outside of the hotel that we used before parking for the remainder of our trip in the garage.

Location is great, room was cute, bed was comfortable. Bed was comfortable, and overall quiet hotel.

The cleaning products used smell very strong. The layout is a little maze like but otherwise fine.

It’s a small hotel near the city centre, it has a nice restaurant with good size rooms, the staff were friendly

Great cozy hotel

Very cozy hotel with a soul. Built into several older building it's a wonderfully local hotel with a lot of personality. Enjoyed the handwritten welcome note in my room. Super clean and comfortable.

As business traveller I found it a bit challenging to have a room without any kind of desk solution. The shower solution could be better, as taking a shower flooded most parts of my bathroom.

Beautiful hotel, loved the aesthetic. Great service! Staff was super nice and helpful!!! The bathroom was absolutely beautiful.

Horrible food from the hotel bar, the pizza for example was not eatable. The windows did not open which felt a bit claustrophobic.

2 Star hotel pretending to be 4 Star

Actually nothing

Room was dirty, someone else's hair on the bed, hairball in corner of the room. Nowhere to sit in the room. Room VERY basic. Had to ask for, collect and return an iron myself. Breakfast ok but limited. All in all this is a two star hotel calling itself four star.

Fantastic stay on a nicely renewed building close to R'dam center (not in it, but close). Will definitely come back if the opportunity arises.

Very special hotel, hyper-design and clean with a very friendly atmosphere, hyper friendly staff and high-tech features such as electronic keys available on your smartphone. Very good breakfast.

Only minor issue: not enough light in the stairs (may be tricky for less valid persons) and in the rooms.

Exceptional

Smooth design, sharp clean room, perfect AC, beautiful bathroom with a great shower. Toiletries were very nice too. Deep dark room with the drapes. And the whole hotel is just cute. We appreciated the bar and small shop.Even the coffee they serve is amazing. What else could we do than just recommend this place. Got to love the staff too. And of course the bicycles can be rented, that was just amazing what it did for us. Much appreciated stay.
