Close to cruise terminal.

Directly opposite the cruise terminal so exactly what we wanted. Did not appear to be close to much else so perhaps not the best option for people visiting Rotterdam.

Great hotel and location but slightly overpriced.

Great location. Right by FENIX for museum and fantastic eateries. Over the bridge and you’re in central Rotterdam. Everything is walkable but a station is situated minutes from hotel if needed. Hotel was cosy and beds were comfortable. It was next to (without leaving the hotel) a food market and bar. Fresh water was always available in reception.

Hotel encouraged reusing towels etc which is good but sometimes I need clean towels. But the room wasn’t cleaned properly and my towels that were put on the floor for changing were still there that evening. I could see the sink wasn’t even cleaned and the coffee/tea wasn’t refilled either. The next night the towels were changed and cleaning products were left in the bathroom. I paid a lot more for this hotel but felt it was no better than a budget hotel in some ways.

Friendly, funky hotel - brilliantly located for a city break

Great location with a friendly welcome and a relaxed atmosphere.

The room lacked some basic things (such as lights in necessary places, beside tables, etc) and the way the building is converted means that our ‘view’ was of an internal corridor / courtyard.

Good value for price, great for a 2 person stay

Was sharing a room with my brother and the room was structured very well for accommodating 2 people that are not a couple (fix room layout for separate beds and a bathroom with 2 sinks). Location is great for Rotterdam, also near the station. Was clean and comfortable and the staff was nice.

We had a hard time finding the parking. The shop downstairs is very handy, but quite pricey for regular items.

The location was excellent! Proximity to the food hall was also a big plus.

The location was perfect for us, since we left the next morning on a cruise. Being across the street from the Cruz terminal what is the whole reason we stayed there.

We wanted a room that had both a tub and a queen or king size bed. Because we had the tub, we had to settle for twin beds.

Very stylish spacious hotel in an interesting location. Good to have bike storage in the hotel’s garage. Nice toiletries in the bathroom!

Really nice townhouse, rebuilt to a B&B. Wonderfull staff that made you feel like at home. The breakfast was like eating at home but with service and with only the best of best. Relaxed and easygoing. Wonderfull staff. Great recommendations of what to do and restaurants.

Enjoyable stay, lots of food was available to purchase, its highly likely to stay again!

The place was lovely nice inside and out. decor was good, the surrounding facilities were good too. The room didnt come with breakfast, it should have though, would have been a nice touch.

didn't like the fact I specified during booking I required a twin room because I had my 17 year old son with me, such an imposition, more for him that me. Teens need some space and privacy and at least in bed. I do not like the fact you need to ensure that you fill in the further booking forms to request your bed preference, even though you have already told. The venue was a bit of treck from the hotel, however my husband didn't mind the long walk, it was impossible to catch a cab from the venue to Brunos because the drivers were rip offs and would give really inflated prices, so watch out guys.
