Room was very clean and comfortable, nice view on the skyline and cruise ship terminal, location is quite convenient - very close to metro and just 30 mins walk from main attractions in the center. Food hall/market is a great bonus and addition to the hotel.
The mattress was too soft and I couldn't sleep well. Also, it was a bit noisy on the street so you can't keep the window open for the night. The carpet in the corridor is fairly stained.

Loved this hotel, couldn't really fault it. Everything about the hotel was very stylish. Bed was huge and comfy, TV was of good quality, room even had a little study space for if you need to do some work. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection. Staff were friendly. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rotterdam.

The hall entry reception and location were nice and easy.
The room was not cozy and comfortable and dark. I was told it was an upgrade but the bathroom was really not convenient.
