The location, was clean, comfy and soundproof

It was expensive for the area it was in

The triple room has a separate quarter for the third person. The location is next to metro station.

The surrounding is kind of run down. The metro station is very dirty and one of the escalators didn’t work.

room had odd layout ( C shape, was smaller than expected. how ever it was clean and new, renovated.

Breakfast.... even though it was really great, lots of variety, they charged 20 euro per person.... the way lady asked for money at the breakfast was not good experience, besides when I paid with card, 2.5 euro were surcharged by the bank..... I do not know what kind of deal they have made with bank..... it rip off the customer. even though hotel was newly renovated and price was good..... we felt, they were trying to charge for everything..... it is not good when you are asked for money at every step..... why not charge breakfast upfront? oh this will show the people how expensive the breakfast is..... so keep it secret till the last moment? Parking was good.... but entering in to the parking, I had to fold my mirrors to avoid them hitting the parking gate.... take a guess what I am talking about.

Restaurant inside building serves dinner with a bill saying service not included! This is not true in the Netherlands, I hope the servers (to much of them) are correctly payed! You cannot even add breakfast to the hotel booking, it is runned by the indépendant restaurant in the same building. The served products were of bad quality.
