Staff were super helpful and friendly from start to finish. Room was large and spotless. Great restaurant & bar downstairs - very conveniently located 50m from tram and metro. Will stay again!

Very nice large bar area. Very handy for the trams and metro for airport or Amsterdam.
Room was quite cold. Had someone look at it but we still couldn’t get it warmer. Tiny, tiny sink in the very nice bathroom.

The rooms are really spacious and well fitted. The location of the hotel is great, 2 mins to metro which would take you to anywhere interesting within 15 mins. The surrounding area is also very nice to walk and explore. Overall, it offers some of the best value for your money if you are planning a visit to Rotterdam.
No coffee macine in the rooms. The parking is a bit overpriced and they charge you €50 deposit for a dumb key. The restaurant of the hotel is overall pretty good, but also a bit pricey compared to its quality.

Restaurant inside building serves dinner with a bill saying service not included! This is not true in the Netherlands, I hope the servers (to much of them) are correctly payed! You cannot even add breakfast to the hotel booking, it is runned by the indépendant restaurant in the same building. The served products were of bad quality.
