Good location, parking capacity.

Innappropriatr behavior of staff. My room was prepaid in advance but I was charged again at check-in. When I complained about the payment, my money was refunded only after three days. Although I booked a twin room, I was given a double room. When I asked to change rooms, they granted it. But…! When I was moving and had all my luggage in the hallway in front of the door of the correct room, I discovered that the room card was not working. So I had to go to the front desk again. When I finally moved in and went to take a shower, I only discovered under the running shower that the shower gel dispenser was empty. Crazy…

Not worth the money

Location

Not value for money. Rates are increased exorbitantly without providing any facilities. Even there is no cupboard to hang suits and no iron for pressing cloths. Beds are not comfortable. The matters is sliding

I had a problem with the lock on my suitcase, and he went so far above and beyond to help me, something he absolutely didn’t have to do, but did with such kindness and patience. Thanks to him, I was spared so much hassle and stress. I’m genuinely so grateful. The hotel itself was great, everything I needed, but it was Pawel’s care and willingness to help that really stayed with me. Thank you, Pawel, from the bottom of my heart!

Very disappointed with the hotel, but not with the staff.

The staff were the only saving grace. They were all fantastic , helpful friendly and the only thing i liked at he hotel.

Most things, bathroom bad design, the Tv and media in the room was not what i expected from a hotel like that and expensive for what i got.

Lovely location.

The maid service. Cleaned room on third day however did not replenish coffee/tea and condiments. Did not replace empty Kleenex box and left dirty dishes in the room. There was a stain on the pillow case which I left out but it was never changed.

Good location, new hotel with beautiful lobby.

Extremely scary theme in every hotel rooms! You have animals staring at you in the room and the toilet….too scary and can’t relax, even for 1 minute. Can’t sleep at all for my 4-day’s stay there. I don’t appreciate it at all! It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed!!

New hotel with good intentions but teething problems

The hotel is very convenient for the conference centre, the reception staff were helpful, and the food was good

I waited 25 minutes to be served in the restaurant while 5 or 6 waiting staff ignored me. I got up to get my own menu and still ignored. Two staff were texting on their phones, others were chatting. It took me 45 minutes to get a pizza. I then had to wait another 10 minutes to pay. I didn't eat at the hotel again for this reason. I paid a lot of money and expected something better for that.

Modern ausgestattet, sauber, Personal war sehr freundlich

Das Restaurant hat deutlich überteuerte Preise besonders was die Getränke angeht. Das Essen ist gut, aber auch hier sind Pizza und Pasta zu teuer. Das Personal an der Rezeption hat es trotz mehrfacher Versuche und Aufforderungen nicht geschafft eine Rechnung auf eine geänderte Adresse auszustellen. Nach langen Diskussionen wurde mitgeteilt, dass man die geänderte Rechnung noch am gleichen Tag per Mail zusenden möchte. Dies ist nicht geschehen.

Het ontbijt was echt super, heel uitgebreid, mooie en goed verzorgde kamer, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Daarbij was de korte afstand van ahoy wel echt heel fijn.

Savonds de bar vroeg dicht na het concert, glazen waren ineens op dus plastic bekers voor het bier. Op sommige tijden lange wachtrij voor bestelling en inchecken. Overigens niet voor ons

De locatie was perfect, ik moest werken bij het ABN Amro Tennistoernooi en het hotel was op loopafstand van Ahoy. Beter kon niet! De kamers waren ruim, heel schoon en waren van alle gemakken voorzien. Ik heb er alleen geslapen en daar was het perfect voor. Het ontbijt was prima, niet spectaculair maar ik heb gewoon me yoghurtje kunnen eten en me koffietje kunnen drinken.

De communicatie wbt het parkeren. Er kunnen beter uitbijkaarten worden uitgedeeld voor de parkeerplaats en op basis van het aantal dagen dat je er staat betaald worden.

De communicatie wbt het parkeren. Ik kwam op 10 februari aan en mij werd verteld dat ik bij de receptie de parkeerkaart kon betalen voor 10 februari en 11 februari. Hier had ik mijn twijfels al over en dit bleek ook zo te zijn. Ik had voor 1 dag betaald en toen ik mijn kaart in de betaalautomaat deed stond er dat ik nog voor 2 dagen moest betalen. Een uitrijkaart bied een betere optie, want dan kan je betalen voor meerdere dagen in het hotel en dan met de kaart die je koopt uitrijden.

De locatie nabij Ahoy was top. Kamer was schoon en smaakvol ingericht. Pracht uitzicht vanaf de 10e etage.

Ontbijtbuffet was erg verspreid en daardoor erg onoverzichtelijk en druk.

Toplocatie voor een avondje Ahoy. 3 minuten lopen. Het was een fijn, schoon hotel met prima bedden. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en heel uitgebreid.Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Het was jammer dat er geen raam open kon op de kamer. Het was daardoor wat benauwd en warm ‘s nachts.

Hôtel sympathique pour une nuit

Très beau cadre du côté du parc, bon accueil, le petit déjeuner était très bien. La literie était confortable, bien pour une nuit.

À notre arrivée pas de télévision, le personnel est venue quelques heures après régler le problème mais cela aurait pu être vérifié en amont… Quelques poils dans la douche… pas mal de poussière et la fenêtre ne s’ouvrait pas du tout, c’est un peu étouffant. Vu sur parking pas top … c’est écrit 4 étoiles mais cela fait plutôt 3 étoiles. Il faut payer le parking à chaque rentrée et sortie (soit 19€ et quelques) nous avons dû payer deux fois de ce fait, pas très correct. On a voulu aller se balader et surprise de devoir reprendre un ticket et repayer.

Ontbijt. Eerder hier een overnachting gehad met zeer goed ontbijt. Nu vanwege VVAL kreeg je een doos met ontbijt die je op de kamer op kon eten. Geen faciliteiten op de kamer om ontbijt fatsoenlijk te nuttigen. Ontbijt uitgebreid maar kwaliteit zeer slecht. Brood was droog. Dunne yoghurt, zout nat, gebak bevroren. Bezwete kaas. Geen bordjes waar je de broodjes op kon smeren. Erg teleurstellend en jammer want we hebben er weinig van gegeten waardoor er veel overblijft wat weggegooid kon worden. Verspilling van eten.

Goed bevallen.

Ontbijt zit qua logistiek niet handig in elkaar. Je moet steeds naar een ander buffet lopen om eten, drinken te halen. Pas aan het eind van het ontbijt heb je overzicht. Geen fijne lepel aanwezig om yoghurt te eten. Geen dienblad waar je wat meer o kunt zetten.

Zie hierboven. Maar ontbijt was verder uitstekend!

Totaal niet aan de verwachtig voldaan helaas!!!!

De kamer

Het restaurant wat we hadden geboekt was niet beschikbaar in plaats daarvan kon je munten kopen en uit papieren bakken eten. Wat totaal niet was gecommuniceerd, echt tegenvaller. Dus uiteindelijk munten gekocht en een bak slappe patat en bitterballen gegeten uit een papieren bak en staand want er was geen zitplaats. Heeel slecht en heel slecht gecommuniceerd ook!!! Het ontbijt nog erger, dat werd in dozen aangeboden en daar zat oud brood en oud croissantje in en nog wat dingen maar totaal niet in verhouding tot de prijs die we ervoor betaald hadden. Enige optie was ook om het op de kamer op te eten want er was wederom geen plek bij de receptie om te zitten. Waar je de dozen kon ophalen. Wederom niet gecommuniceerd en heel slecht!!!!
