Not a good welcome, furthermore good location!

Great location. Nice room, everything you needed was there.

There were bloodstains on the duvet that were visible through the duvet cover. There were also stains on the pillowcase. The cleaning lady came and said the duvet cover was "just" clean. I just don't like looking at bloodstains. She took the duvet and put it on the floor, then turned it upside down on the bed because then you can't see the stains. She added, "Look, no stains." After a long disagreement and several attempts to persuade her, she finally decided to get a new duvet. We accepted that she was using the duvet cover she had put on the floor. She repeatedly mentioned that she was going over her time because she would be done with work by then. She initially said, "I'll do it tomorrow." To which we replied that we just wanted to sleep in a clean bed and didn't want to wait until tomorrow (we're staying there for two nights). Not a pleasant welcome. It cost us unnecessary time. Even though we helped her make the bed, we had to argue for a long time.

Good enough for just 2-3 days

The breakfast was fine. The variety of food was rich enough. Good coffee, Nice atmosphere. About the room - enough for sleeping only.

The room - too small from my prospective. I did not feel privately in the toilet and bathroom. Excuse me, but only glass separates you from the other person in the room..... That was frustrating experience

The location of the hotel was excellent. We asked for early check in as our flight arrived in the morning, which they were able to accommodate - which we really appreciated!

The room was very small, with the bathroom integrated into the room itself, with the toilet behind just a frosted glass door. If you were staying in the room yourself it might be ok but with a couple it was uncomfortably close. The shower also was prone to leaking and because the bathroom was in the room itself it meant the leaking water soaked anything on our floor, including bags, clothes and shoes.

Low standards to be part of Hilton

I liked the location, a lot of restaurants, huge market and ability to park a car at a hotel. Relatively reasonable price.

Worst check-in experience in my travel history. The woman-receptionist during check-in was quite rude, even hostile and annoyed. Didn't explained anything about parking - it is unacessible without a clicker, so if you parked your car you should also take out all your stuff and pulled it into the hotel before checking in (which is confusing and not convinient at all: if you parked you have no access to your car), we were running back and forth because of it 3 times, also there are only 2 clickers so if someone using it you have to wait. I mean for 20 euro parking and Hilton it is ridiculous, invest into more clickers so guests are not wasting time, explain how parking works not throw the clicker with a snobish face. The room is super small, I think the size of the room listed is not correct as we stayed previous day in a hotel with a same (supposedly) size of the room and it was much more spacious. We got bunk bed, which was not convinient and suffocating as windows could not be opened. The shower had faint smell of pee and the sink was stained and nearly beige instead of white. There is no space to sit or put your things anywhere except the bed and shelves around the bed, the cloth rack is so small it only fit carry-on suitcase, so we had to put other luggage next to the bed - it really felt worse than sleeper in a train. Pillows... if you supply two pillows they should be at least a bit different but no they we absolutely same thick stone spongy feeling, super thick blanket for summer and already super "stuffy hot" room. Glass door of the toilet and shower has opening on top and ventilation is not very good so - all smell goes directly to the room.

Really good location which is 4-8 minutes walk from Blaak station or a 15-20 minute walk from Centraal station. Shops nearby and feels like a Dutch neighbourhood with the nice cafes and local restaurants/brunch places. Would definitely stay again when I return to Rotterdam. Not sure if this is a permanent offering; I arrived at reception and got to ‘spin the prize wheel’ which allowed me to check out at 2pm to catch my train and not have to wait around with my luggage outside. Overall atmosphere was really cool, staff were very friendly and the bar had a good vibe. I mean if you’re into it, coffee shop is 1 minute walk away ;)

Almost perfect

The room is quite spacious and hotel location was close to main sights and station (less than 10mins walk). Bed was a lot bigger than expected and was very comfortable.

The bathroom was a little small so it was difficult to change but other than that everything was perfect.

Great location, funky room with everything you need.

Great location. The space was used very creatively, they managed to pack a lot into the space. Huge bed. A bonus having a fridge and a kettle. The open concept bathroom was interesting. Meant you had a separate shower/toilet/sink and the sink area could double up as a kitchen area.

The translucent walls/doors on the bathroom shower could have been opaque!

Nice venue but comms could be better

Great location with a comfy bed, fantastic shower and stunning restaurant (Pesca).

Poor communication at check-in. Wasn't made clear the kettles could be accessed, how to get water or how to access the gym (which we were surprised to learn wasn't in the building). We only discovered these things during the stay. The 'breakfast' area also looked like a lounge / co-working space so better differentiation would be ideal.

The location is perfect for staying in Rotterdam. The bed was comfortable. The room is air conditioned Has an empty mini fridge

The shower door was not water tight. Water leaked out of the stall while showering. The toilet stall has no room to place feminine products. The shelves by the sink were quite dusty. Side doors by the stairwell stays open for quite a long time after card swipe which can become a security issue.

Asked for a kettle to boil water twice, was rudely told that it was not available. Tomi was polite but Meru definitely needed to be more respectful to guest's request. Room was small.

Reasonable price, clean hotel, cozy design

Everything was detailed and well designed. Comfortable room for a couple included all the essential and amenities. Safe area and not overcrowded.

Body shower gel was over from 2nd day and nobody refilled it (4 nights stay). We didn’t ask for it but, it’s obvious that room service never checked for the level of bath/shower products.

Excellent stay in the centre of Rotterdam

Good size well appointed room that looked bigger than it was in the heart of Rotterdam. Excellent facilities in the room: water boiler w tea & coffee, hairdryer, and even a steam iron! Plenty of towels, extra hand towels, though small, were provided. Value for money!

Small thing but the mosaic floor in shower/hallway was very cold. A pair of slippers would have been nice. Around the bed there is wood on the floor.

Not a good experience

Not a good experience. The experience wasn’t good, when I went to the room I noticed that was very dirty, a lot of dust everywhere. On shower cabin, I see body fat (probably there for weeks) that could be removed with a white sponge easily. Also, the woman in the reception (curly hair) was SO RUDE with me, I asked for fresh towels and she said that usually they don’t make stayover on arrivals but took my room number and than, after 2 hours when I was back to room, didn’t have what I ask for, I went to reception and she looked at me and turned back. The location is nice, but I found Marriot property for the same prince, just choose this one ‘cause looked closer to the main spots in the city but wouldn’t recommend.
