Beautiful and comfortable hotel

We had a lovely view of the church right across from our window in room 307 with a very comfortable king size bed. Very clean and well equipped room. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Just note that the hotel is quite far from Rotterdam Central Station. Just a suggestion for accommodation overall is to inform guests of available transport options, especially in the NL with the trams and the metros being available as options. We for example took tram 4 from Rotterdam Central Station to the closest train station to the hotel and walked a short distance with our bags to the hotel. The whole trip of more or less 6 minutes took us about 30 minutes to figure out as to where the hotel could have just provided different available transport suggestions beforehand. We stayed at both Sonder hotels in Rotterdam and the neighborhood of The Rose, Sonder definitely felt more clean and safe with more restaurants and bakeries close by.

Cramped room with disinterested staff

Location - used this hotel because the one I would of used on the same street did not have availability. Nice bedsheets and pillows. Central breakfast area had cold and fizzy water dispenser which was appreciated.

There was a general lack of interest in providing hospitality. 1] The shower door didn't fit properly and water ran out into the rest of the bathroom - enough to completely soak a bath mat. 2] One morning the shower was cold. We were told they were aware of the cold water problem and a plumber had been called. However, there was no offer of any compensation only a suggestion when we were about to leave that we should have asked for a different room [in respect of the shower door] and nothing about the cold shower. We had paid for a room with working amenities and the hotel staff didn't seem bothered that they had not been provided. End of bed to wall was very tight - there was enough floor but the TV projected into the room and made it cramped to get round the bed.

Excellent modern room and great value for money

Clean tidy and everything you’d want was provided including bathroom sundries and tea/ coffee set. Room was just as pictured and very comfortable. Lovely quiet neighbourhood easy to get to from the train station.

A fab stay

Amazing beds, so well presented & very welcoming staff, and we loved the signature scent.

The door key pads are very had to see, especially when up against an ‘alcove’. A small stool under the wall desk would have been very useful.

Easy to find, easy to get access, clean, comfortable, and good value (it was about half the price of all other options that week because of the Congress at The Hague. The room also had lovely views

The hotel is stylish and well located close to the Nieuwe Binnenweg. We had our bicycles with us and were within minutes in the city center. The room was well equipped, e.g. iron.

The room is rather small and the light in the bathroom is insufficient to put make-up on.

Would have expected a lot more

Interior very pretty

Hot water not working and no compensation or whatsoever, they didn’t even offer us to have breakfast. We had to shower with cold water, both us and our baby. There was also a hair on one of the pillows when we arrived.

Just book it! You won't regret it

Everything. The cleanliness, facilities, little message left by the staff, location, price. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and will be missed. TV in the room could be used for YouTube, Disney and Netflix. Showers are incredible. Option to have breakfast at the hotel, however, we haven't had this but everything we had used and experienced exceeded both our expectations. 100% reccommend

On the second morning, the hotel informed all guests that the property was closing and asked us to leave. I contacted Booking on the same day to explain the situation. Initially, there was some difficulty in fully understanding the issue, and I had to book another hotel to continue my stay. After my explanations were carefully reviewed, Booking’s customer service team showed goodwill, understood my situation, and corrected the issue in a way that compensated for the inconvenience I experienced. I appreciate their efforts and constructive approach. I would like to thank everyone involved for eventually resolving the problem. While the process took some time, I am satisfied that the issue was handled in the end with good intentions and professionalism. Otel, ikinci gün sabahı tesisin kapandığını belirterek tüm misafirlerle birlikte bizi çıkardı. Aynı gün Booking’e durumu bildirdim. İlk aşamada yaşadığım sorun tam olarak anlaşılamadığı için konaklamamı tamamlayabilmek adına aynı gün başka bir otelde yeniden rezervasyon yapmak zorunda kaldım. Helemaal perfect, heerlijk geslapen en goede locatie

Stil in de kamers en goede temperatuurregeling. Lekkere douche. De hele dag kan je koffie of thee pakken, en gefilterd water. Ook op de kamer kan je goed koffie/thee zetten.

Het ontbijt is wel erg simpel en basis.

Super Aufenthalt für einen Städtetrip

Die Gegend ähnelte einer holländischen Kleinstadt. Total gemütlich und trotzdem mit Bus und Tram vor der Tür. In der Parallelstraße gibt es Bistros, Restaurants, Bars und Shops. Das Zimmer war modern, sauber und das Bad sehr schön.

Das Licht im Bad war gemütlich, nur etwas zu dunkel zum Schminken. Das ist wirklich der einzige Kritikpunkt, also „Jammern“ auf ganz hohem Niveau.

Prima overnachting in een mooi hotel

Het was een kleine kamer maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel nieuw allemaal en de kamer super efficient ingericht. We waren 1 nacht in Rotterdam voor NSJ festival in Ahoy. Het hotel ligt in een heerlijke buurt en vanaf hier zijn we met OV en te voet op pad gegaan.

Na concert heerlijk verblijf

Bij binnenkomst hing er een heerlijke geur. Vriendelijk personeel hielp ons aan de code van de kamer. Kamer was klein en knus. Voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Bed lag heerlijk. Ondanks routine korte nacht maar met de heerlijke koffie op de kamer weer vol energie. Ontbijt was prima. Herhaling zit er zeker in.

Er kwamen 2 dames bij het ontbijt die naar mijn mening niet in het hotel overmacht hadden die alle ontbijt zo goed als op hadden gemaakt waardoor de keuze karig was. Maar ondanks dat prima gegeten

Das Zimmer war extrem klein, aber ok

Das Frühstück bestand im Wesentlichen aus Kaffee, einer Scheibe Toast und kleinen Industriedonuts und war sein Geld auf keinen Fall wert, Am schlimmsten war jedoch der Service. Die Rezeption war zur Hauptabreisezeit nicht besetzt. Der Bitte nach einer Rechnung (am Vortag der Abreise) sollte angeblich später nachgekommen werden. Zur Abreise war dann jedoch die Rechnung nicht fertig. Auf eine erneute Anfrage beim Check-Out hin (nachdem dann nach 20 Minuten Wartezeit endlich eine Mitarbeiterin zur Rezeption kam) sollte diese per Mail zugesandt werden. Das ist jedoch bis heute nicht geschehen. Anfragen an das Hotel (sowohl über booking.com als auch über die Hotelketten-eigene Serviceadresse) werden ignoriert und nicht beantwortet.

Buon soggiorno in spazio ristretto.

La posizione in un quartiere residenziale abbastanza vicino al centro di Rotterdam. Letto comodo. Ambiente silenzioso per un buon riposo notturno. Staff alla reception molto gentile.

Camera molto piccola. Acqua doccia troppo calda e non regolabile. Poco spazio per due persone. Pulizia quotidiana solo su richiesta. Moquette molto anti-igienica. Coperte troppo pesanti per la stagione estiva.
