    We had the tour Eiffel suite and it was fantastic - what a great location and beautiful rooms. Beds were extremely comfortable, nice decor, great facilities. Couldn't be happier

    The Location & Value We stayed at this hotel for a total of 7 nights—initially for 4 nights, and then returning for an additional 3 nights. Across our stay, we experienced two different rooms. The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing. It is situated close to great restaurants, lively cafes, the Eiffel Tower, and major city attractions. While they market themselves as a 5-star property, it realistically feels and operates much more like a 4-star hotel. It lacks the usual opulence and high-end service you would expect from a true 5-star establishment. However, the pricing is closer to a 4-star rate, so you are ultimately getting what you pay for. In terms of overall value for money, it is a good deal. The Room The rooms themselves were very clean and well-furnished. The beds were super comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. Service & Room Issue To be fair, one or two staff members were friendly, but the others were not so much. While they weren't explicitly rude, they were generally just okay and lacked the warmth or proactive service you would expect from a luxury experience. This became especially apparent when we had a maintenance issue in our first room. The toilet seat was loose and would move while sitting on it. We didn't realize the problem until we had been in the room for about four hours and had already unpacked. When we flagged the issue, we were told it couldn't be fixed that same day and that we would need to move to another room. Given the inconvenience, I suggested that this issue shouldn't have occurred in the first place and that we should be upgraded. The lady at the front desk dismissively replied, "No, you just went to your room." I had to correct her and tell her to check the check-in time, as we had been there for at least four hours. She eventually went to her manager to see if an upgrade was possible (something a true 5-star hotel would have handled in a heartbeat without arguing). She came back and showed us a much better, upgraded room, but its only window overlooked an inner courtyard and was completely blocked by trees, leaving the room with zero natural light or view. Because of this, we opted not to take the upgrade and just moved to a standard room instead. Breakfast Having breakfast here multiple mornings, we found it to be very disappointing. The breakfast area itself is tiny, which makes the experience feel cramped. Service runs until 11:00 AM, but when we came down around 10:00 AM, most of the food was already gone. The staff made no effort to replenish the empty trays unless we specifically asked them to. Even then, the overall quality of the food was below average and not the best. Overall Verdict If you book this hotel expecting a solid 4-star property with an incredible location and comfortable beds for a week-long stay, you will be happy and find it to be a good value. Just don't go in expecting a 5-star luxury experience, proactive service, or a premium breakfast.

    The hotel reception and check in was disappointing ; they gave us a room full of smoke smell a very strong smoking smell although I have booked non-smoking and mentioned i have children aged less than 5 in my booking. Receiving such a room is not acceptable at all. Its not healthy and may affect my children health. Kids started coughing because of the smell. We tried for a room change and the hotel team apologized for not having another room wheras some promised to change it and we waited for more than 2 hours in hotel and the asked us to leave the room as they wanted to clean the room and put some air purifier and this is not acceptable as well. We supposed to receive a room cleaned and as booked. we leaved the hotel until the end of the day instead of staying after a long day of travel. And later we came back and still the room was the same with a very bad smoking smell nothing was solved!!
