Disappointing to spend so much money for 5 star and feel like in a 3 stars.

Not so much

Terrible service, temperature in the room did not function well, did not sleep first night, you can’t open the windows. Breakfast was really bad; no fresh juice, no nice fruits, the room was okay but smaller than expected, the steam bath did bot really function, honestly 3 star and not 5. Very disappointing.

This hotel exceeded all expectations!

This hotel quickly became my favorite. The location was outstanding, and the room—with its kitchenette—was the perfect blend of beauty and sophistication. Our first interaction with Morgan set the tone for the entire stay: incredibly professional, yet genuinely kind, going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and accommodated. Best place!

Every thing was amazing, very comfortable, clean great location and the staff were very friendly. Felt like home away from home. I loved that my room has a little kitchenette especially because I traveled with a toddler.

Great location but poor condition and service, not corresponding to a 5-star hotel.

Location is premium, just a few minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower.

The breakfast is very poor. One hour before closing there was no more bread (baguettes). We booked a room for 4 people and only one bed was ready, we were told the bed linen was there for us to put. I had to specifically ask them to make the bed - this is not service of a 5-star hotel. The toilet is very old with pieces from the cupboard coming off.

Location is great at heart of 16th. Staff friendly.

Services were not of a 5-star hotel for sure, this puts the value of the stay up for question. I have visited the reception 3 times, at different times during the day, there aren't enough staff (one person). Upon check-in, no one available to assist with luggage, door, etc. There was also an alarm in the morning, we called reception, the advice was "you are not allowed to stay in room when there is alarm". Very informative and we basically had no idea what was happening. Also, can't really control the a/c, and there are more switches on the wall than lights.

Position and staff were wonderful Metro Station Trocadero just down the road Beautiful view of Eiffel Tower around the corner

Reception ordered us a taxi to airport on the $65 Euro deal and if we had issues with overcharging to call them. The taxi driver said at airport we owed him an extra $30 but staff at hotel said it was not their problem. Dont promise things you cant deliver. We bought a painting leaving the roll in our room and it disappeared and our enquiries went nowhere.

My wife fell ill and they were spot on in bringing in a doctor. The next day we forgot a phone number the room and reached the airport, they checked our room, and had the phone delivered to the airport in time before we left - exceptional staff

Check in has no flexibility waited for 3 hours for room to be ready!! No consideration for the kids or offer alternatives. AC is terrible does not cool or heat properly. Limited breakfast choices and spaces.

LOVED IT! I Would Recomend for Others

Spacious the two bedroom apartment and rooms, good for family of 6, clean and tidy rooms, Nice beds, was perfect with basic ammenities in room like TV coffe machine refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, washing machine etc. Amazing staff, friendly bar tender, good helpful kitchen staff and warm welcome at the enterence and and greetings from the reception staff. Thank you for guidance on the taxi and other places and stuff.

All was good so far, nothing negative to mention, However there was a small thing about one light bulb, which was flickering in one of the bedroom, but all other altervative lights were working fine so there was no issues.

This is a decent hotel, at a very good location in Paris.

Lack of fresh air.!!! What is advertised on the photos is not what the reality is! This is not a historic and romantic building as you see it on the photos, it is a modern, strictly business building, where my room had windows that do not open, (sealed windows and no door) and the only air you breathe is the air-conditioned air from the air-conditioning system. Check the photo below. it is a modern, business building where windows do not open. Some may like it, because it is modern, but people with allergies will certainly suffer from a complete lack of fresh air.

Not really looking like a 5-star

The room was very nice, the location is great, just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower. The staff was absolutely great as they went above and beyond to arrange a cake with wine to surprise my partner for his birthday: really a lovely gesture.

The entrance, reception and in general the communal areas of the hotel are very small and basic, it really does not look like a 5 star hotel at all. Breakfast also was disappointing, in terms of variety and service.
