For the price paid, I would NOT recommend the hotel

The buffet in the restaurant was ok at best. For a heritage property the buffet food selection was limited and the croissant and pastry selection was poor!

While the staff was sincere they were very unprepared to manage guest check-in for the wedding we attended. Considering the hotel had received the guest list for approximately 45 rooms months in advance the check-in process was chaotic and mismanaged with our rooms not being ready on time and checked-in incorrectly.

Enjoyable stay in a charming place

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff and a charming outside restaurant/breakfast place in the courtyard. Close proximity to two metro stations and hence very easy to reach other locations in Paris.

This is a fantastic hotel so close to Versailles you are almost in the Palace.

Great location, and unique atmosphere.

Location is excellent.

Being a guest for 11 years straight, hotel staff does not seem to notice or care about repeat guests. Loyalty to the hotel goes back three ownership structures. But whenever I arrive staff does not care.

Perfect....just perfect.

I loved the willingness of everyone to be helpful. They we all very welcoming remembering our names and accommodating our requests. My wife stated she very special. They even helped with language many times teaching us common phrases. We felt like we were at home away from home.

The TV was challenging. There was a chromecast that we could not get to work. On the flip side who comes to Paris to watch television. It was very minor nothing that negatively affected the trip at all

They were doing some work on the hallway of our floor and we had water leaking in the ceiling one night (which was fixed very quickly after I called the front desk so it wasn’t a big deal)

as we always stay at this Hotel we like the location it’s quite breakfast is good

bathtub always blocked which causes us discomfort tried to fix the issue but the staff failed sink also is blocked. bathrooms needs renovation

the staff and the services were incredible, super nice and very helpful especially Ahmad, Abdul, Gael and Kumar.. honestly I would come back for the exceptional staff.

The picture of the room while booking looked like we will be having a balcony, but it wasn’t. also the rooms carpet was a bit smelly.

This hotel gives you the perfect blend of modern and traditional France. Perfect is an understatement.
