Definitely recommend

Perfect location, nice and close to the Eiffel Tower. The room was lovely and spacious, very clean and so peaceful. We slept very well. The staff were friendly and they stored our luggage after we checked out until we were ready to go to airport.

The roof bar was closed due to the weather but you could still go up there to see the Eiffel Tower. We did this but there were no lights on. It didn’t bother us and we were only having a quick look but might bother people who want to stay up there.

All the staff were kind and the hotel is attractive, clean and in a very good area of Paris.

Perfect location near the Eiffel Tower and Siene River, a busy tourist area w lots of restaurants and buses and taxis available.

The breakfast option for us, even tho we did use it twice in the 5 days we were here is expensive. It’s great if you eat a lot. We don’t. My husband was hot under the duvet and asked for a blanket. But they don’t have any. The deluxe king room was rather small and don’t expect housekeeping to show up every day.

Disappointed

I have an item in my room and it was lost after housekeeping cleaned the room. I raised it with the front desk for 2 days but there was no response. When I checked out, the manager did not show up to explain the status. Bad attitude of the staff and was unwilling to help. Very disappointed with their attitude and service. Need to take extra care of belongings.

Lovely American Branded Hotel Near the Eiffel Tower with Friendly Staff and Good Hot Breakfast

Great location on a quiet and clean street near the Eiffel Tower. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. We had the king suite with terrace (Room 704), which is the best room in the hotel. With plenty of room to stretch out, it comfortably fit our family of 4.

Great location, staff and comfort

The hotel is in an excellent position just a short stroll from the Trocadero and Eiffel Tower. Lots of lovely restaurants within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful with planning excursions, reservations and taxi's. The bedroom was large, modern very well equipped and best of the all the bed was very comfortable which was essential after long days of touring.

Possibly a little more choice at breakfast, I asked for fresh eggs each day and these were great.

The rooftop is too crowded during evenings and you have to wait minimum 20mins before you get a table . I guess there is nothing the hotel can do about that . Other than that property is great as it has the view of the effiel tower
