Great option next to eiffel tower.

Next to eiffel tower and subway station. A spacious room, for paris standards. Comfy bathroom. Not so long for warm water. Net to brasserie and restaurants too.

Air conditioner was set in 20⁰C and was unchangeable. I wake up sweating every day.

Great location, east short walk to station

Location was amazing, step out onto street and you can see the Eiffel Tower. Station very close by. Rooms are nice and included breakfast is very good.

I had a pleasant stay - Carole the reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The location and the cleanliness of the hotel met my expectations. I like the coffee machine in the room.

I did not like the fact that water was not provided daily for the coffee machine in the room.

Perfect in Paris

This was our second stay here and our first choice in Paris. The hotel is in a great neighborhood, the price is decent for Paris and the staff are quite welcoming. The breakfast is plentiful and the check out time of noon is nice as well. Will return on our next trip to Paris.

Lovely hotel

Everyone was very kind and friendly.

There were no lamps in the room on the ceiling. It was very dark in the room. Only one small desk lamp and 2 small bedside lamps.

We'd definitely stay there again!

Conveniently located within an easy five to ten-minute walk to Trocadéro and the Eiffel Tower as well as Metro stations. It's located in a pretty residential area, but still with lots of restaurants and shops close by. The room was quiet (except for the early morning garbage pickups!), modern, spotless, and included some much-appreciated treats. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety (fresh fruits, yogurts, cheeses, pastries, eggs, fruit juices, etc.). The staff were exceptional--warm, friendly, and very helpful. We were also able to leave our luggage there after checkout. We'd definitely stay there again!

Pleasant stay in Boutique Hotel, close to Trocadero Metro. Room, breakfast and staff were fine.

Shower over bath, awkward for older guests, also for taller people results in water spraying onto floor.

Great location

Room too hot and air con off due to French laws after 1 November. Staff brought us a heater rather than a fan. Toilet flush kept falling off wall despite reporting it to reception.

Loved our stay here

Perfect stay at this hotel. Staff are very friendly. There are small gifts on the bed when you first arrive and complementary water. They have a garment steamer in each room. Breakfast had a little bit of everything - eggs, sausage, vegetables, fruit, pastries and bread, cereal, juices, coffee, cheese, ham, dried fruits. There was also a small sign saying gluten free products were available upon request. The location was very good. About 10 minutes to walk to the eiffel tower, 20 minutes to the champs d'elysee and 5 minutes to the closest subway station. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was very large and comfortable. They also had complementary water at reception and complementary wine between 6 and 7 pm. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay!

We had an amazing stay! The staff went above and beyond. They upgraded our room and even surprised us with a bottle of champagne for my fiancée’s birthday, free of charge. The breakfast was super tasty, and the location couldn’t be better, close to everything and really convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Great value in a popular location

The delightful staff upgraded my room and left me a few surprises for my birthday (balloons, chocolate, a card, etc.) The room was very clean, comfortable, and bright. I loved the balcony with a partial view of the Eiffel Tower. Very walkable location.

For my wife's birthday, I surprised her with her dream trip. This was our first trip to Paris. We originally booked our hotel with an American brand to ensure a certain level of familiarity but changed our minds. My wife did research to find a hotel within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower (about one mile, and the Arch de Tromphe is a mile as well) and found this great hotel. The evening staff were wonderful and made check in quick and easy, even though our train from London was delayed and we arrived far later than planned. The morning crew were equally friendly and helpful. The room was great and the view from the window was so amazing. The handwritten note on the bed welcoming us was such a nice touch, and above and beyond any hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff guided us to a great place to go for dinner and drinks just a block down the street, as well as a grocery store a few blocks away. Both day and evening staff ordered taxis for us and visited with us as we waited for them to arrive. They made our stay for her birthday the best ever.

Room a bit small but typical for Paris, staff (especially evening staff) were really lovely and breakfast was really good and excellent location. also the hotel recommended a transport company to and from gard du nord and also lonchamp races who were really reliable

Hotel was very clean and in a good location for getting round Paris. Staff were very helpful and the room was bigger than normal for a Paris Hotel. Breakfast was good. Plenty of restaurants nearby and the metro is 5 mins walk.

Excellent location and clean

Big improvement since my last stay here. Well trained and welcoming staff. Location is quiet and next to local shops and cafes . The Trocadero and Passy is a 10 min short walk . Very good cleaning and decent European style breakfast. Nice cosy Lobby lounge area with free drinks in early evening .Good value at off peak times . baths have been nicely renovated and comfortable beds

Rooms can be small . They do have a few larger rooms so book in advance if a small family or you like more room . No fridges in standard rooms you need to ask for larger rooms that have it you need it for drinks , cheese , medicine ect

I opted for the express breakfast which was ok. The buffet breakfast is however does not offer value - there is too little variety for the price of 22 euros.

Service was overall very good. Staff were helpful and obliging. I was however surprised to be billed on check out, 10 euros for use of a travel adaptor. Firstly, when I had asked to borrow one, I was not told that I would be charged. Further, it is quite unusual for hotels to charge for such items given they are just on loan! For the price, I would’ve expected to be purchasing the adaptor - but again, nothing was explained to me and I was only billed the amount at check out.

Fabulous hotel, fabulous location, fabulous staff.

Fabulous location in a perfect safe residential area with local restaurants where you could sit & see the Eiffel Tower! The Eiffel Tower was only ten minutes walk away. We were in room on fifth floor and had a small balcony with tiny view of the top of the Eiffel Tower! Roomy, with two twin beds, as I was with my daughter celebrating her birthday. We didn’t go to the wine reception at 5pm as we had wine in our room in the small fridge. Lovely breakfast which set us up for the day, eggs bacon, sausages, fruits, yoghurts, continental, cheeses, cereals, pastries , pancakes. All the staff were super friendly and helpful and helped make a mother daughter birthday weekend extra special . Thank you!

If you’re not on WiFi where ever you go in Paris and with Verizon’s global pkg. from USA I had missed calls a never received important calls. It did not happen in Italy. Nor in S France only Paris. Be aware.

Lovely stay near the Eiffel Tower

Hotel was great, room is spacious and very comfortable with a spacious and nice bathroom. Staff was always lovely and attentive. The glass of rose every evening was a thoughtful touch. Room was very clean a location was great in a really nice neighborhood. Breakfast was also very well set up.

Wonderful location, close to Eiffel Tower, Seine, Arc de Triomphe and Avenue des Champs-Élysées. Metro and bus stations near the hotel. Quiet area at night. Very friendly and helpful staff. Super comfortable bed and great breakfast. We had free airport transfer to the hotel.
