Perfect location and wonderful staff.

The staff is very kind and accommodating. The location is absolutely perfect with a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower from our window. The metro is only a few feet from the hotel. The breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend!

Small room and shower issues

Very well located.

Bathroom was tiny with below par shower facilities. I could not wash my hair as the shower head was silly. Breakfast room in basement, no natural light. Poor selection of breads. Coffee unpleasant.

The staff was kind the whole time, which was the best part of the stay.

Honestly, the hotel price is mostly for the location. The rooms are very small — the photos don’t really show how small they actually are. The elevator is extremely small; it fits only one person with a large suitcase or two people without luggage. You can also hear noise from other rooms, which was uncomfortable. They charged an extra fee per person over 18, which was not mentioned when we made the reservation. The parking area is very limited — we used it for two nights but were charged for three at first (they did refund the extra night). There was no conditioner, only shampoo/body wash. Overall, I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

The location of this hotel is perfect! The personnel is also really kind and helped us with everything we needed, including a parking spot in their garage. The garage is a little bit small, but with going back and forth a couple times you can get in and out.

The Hotel Eiffel Trocadero is a fantastic hotel!! We loved our 12 day stay there.

The location of the Hotel Eiffel Trocadero was superb. Our room had an incredible view of the Eiffel Tower which was just magical at night when the Tower's lights twinkled every hour. This small boutique hotel is perched on top of a gentle hill which affords it wonderful views in a quiet part of the Trocadero area while still being within a ten minute walk of great restaurants, the Eiffel Tower, and pretty French streets. Though not large, our room ( #60) which was on the top floor, was very cozy. The mattress and pillows were great, and the air conditioning was excellent. Every single person in the hotel's staff was friendly, competent, and so helpful. The breakfast was good, and the combination bar, dining, and lounging room was also very nice. The Hotel Eiffel Trocadero exceeded our expectations in every way.

Stunning views, average stay

Stunning view from the hotel, but the room was very small. We paid a lot for the view and expected the room to be spacious and comfortable, but apart from the view, its not the same as pictured in the booking due to the size. It wasn't the most clean space either. The location was okay, but quite far from shopping and most landmarks apart from the Eiffel tower. Staff were lovely and helpful. Room has an iron and ironing board.

The hotel was awful awful awful. It was cramped and dirty. The staff were OK but left you alone.

Very little....The location was without doubt the best you can imagine. Evberything else relating to the hotel was fairly traumatic to say the least.

The hotel, on all post boasts that it 4 star, the photographs made the rooms look spacious and clean. Most of the reviews appeared to show that it was a good if not great hotel. Maybe I've been spoilt with all the other four star/five star hotels I've stayed at around the world but in my personal opinion this was bearly a two star. Should have realised something was amiss when when arrived and there was no help or even greating. The lifts could bearly fit one suitcase and one person in. We as a family had to got up to the forth floor in three journeys. Our faces dropped when we opened out hotel room. The sheets were dirty and whenn we called the reception desk, who sent a chap to take a look. The guy said "its a cigerette burn" like so what ??? The bathroom was horrendous. The toilet seat swung and when I asked for it to be fixed I was told the engineer would get to it.......It was not touched again during our five day stay. This hotel almost put us off Paris.....almost.

Excellent location a few minutes from Trocadero metro and the river Seine. Good cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Parking with the hotel was easy to arrange. They were welcoming to our dog - which was appreciated.

Disliked room not being ready at 3pm check in as promised (had to wait in small reception area for more than half an hour) not much apology… but otherwise a lovely stay, nice breakfast, Eiffel suite was great room with lots of fun touches

The reception staff were outstanding!

Although small, the hotel was very comfortable and very well located. Also, the staff on reception were exceptional. From recommending a local restaurant, to booking a last minute dinner cruise and making phone calls to try to track down my wife’s lost phone, nothing was ever too much trouble and was always done with a smile!

The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast room is beautiful. Staff were fantastic. The location of the hotel is perfect with a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel has been recently refurbished and the staff could not do enough for you.
