Nice and helpful staff, smooth and easy check in and out. Close to public transport, quiet during the night.

Excellent location in relation to the Eiffel Tower and Siene River. Access is by key pads. No keys. No apps to access the property. Having a second bathroom (powder room) was a plus. Water pressure and hot water was excellent. It does have a lift. Really appreciated having the refrigerator stocked with complimentary water and sparkling water bottles after being at Paris airport 2.5 hours later (i.e., shuttle bus, customs, baggage claim, rental vehicle). I didn’t realize how parched I was until I saw the cold water bottles. We were is Paris for 72-hours. We didn’t patron the restaurant below. But it’s wine shop was charming and elegant.

No washer/dryer. Parking is a nightmare. Street parking was non-existence. Used the local paying public parking lots for my rental vehicle.

Location is great!

Furniture seems a bit dated and not quality. Kitchen and bathroom not very clean, especially the kitchen utensils. Also the sponges for cleaning them on your own were super old, maybe an investment in a fresh, hygiene sponge would already help. Set-up is a bit strange with the long conference room inside the apartment.
