I have no negatives to report

Nothing stood out in particular.
Upon arrival, we were not given the room type that was booked and confirmed on Booking.com, with no acceptable explanation or prior notice. This alone significantly affected the stay, as the room provided did not match what was advertised or paid for.
In addition, the property description lacked transparency. Housekeeping was not included, yet this was not clearly stated in the listing and was only offered at an extra cost. Even coffee capsule refills were charged separately, which is unusual for a hotel-style property.
The listing also mentioned baggage storage, but when we requested to store our luggage briefly, the request was refused for “security reasons.”
Overall, the stay did not reflect what was advertised on Booking.com. Between the incorrect room type, hidden costs, and unfulfilled listed services, the experience was disappointing. I would not recommend this property unless the listing is updated to accurately reflect what guests actually receive.

Very spacious for Paris. If you have a view of the Eiffel Tower it would be beautiful but unfortunately not available for us.
Only one lift for 32 floors meant big wait times.
Rooms are only serviced once a week which is outrageous for the price.
Location whilst near the Eiffel Tower is not near much else.
Fitness centre is like something from a horror film. Fix it or close it off.
No hairdryer or iron in the rooms which is hard when travelling
English channels on the TV did not work

Floor height, view could be better
The shower height can not be adjusted. Laundry service was closed and this is one of the reason I book this place. Also there’s no tissue in the room not even in the wash place in bathroom

Good location, bus station right in front of the apartment, big room, train station nearby, about 8 minutes walk.
Bed sheet can be more clean and ready for sofa bed.

We had a great Eiffel tower view. It was worth paying extra for. Room was good and spacious with plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 children. The shopping centre was very close by and easy to walk to and the bus stop out the front was a great way to get around.

Few steps away from the landmarks and with accessible secured paid parking area.
Nice view of seine river.
Few steps from fresh bakeries and Lafayette mall.
Bath tub cover tiles broken.

Very mediocre hotel. Absolutely no 4-star experience. Friendly staff though and 10min walk from 2 metro stations. Clean room.
Overcrowded breakfast area with hardly a place to sit. Only 1 elevator for 31 floors available. Warm rooms with no way to ventilate. Sweaty mattresses with plastic cover. Unclear online presenation makes it look as if rooms have view of Eiffel tower, which most rooms have not.

Great location, Eifel Tower view, big room with lots of facilities, cooking supply, washing machine
Instead of a double bed, there were two beds connected into one, which were moving during sleep creating a dip in the middle.
Also there was this paper sheet underneath the linens to keep the mattress clean, which made noise when you moved in bed and made the whole experience kind of cheap.
Lastly, some parts of the shower and bathtub were falling apart.

It was great walking distance to good restaurants and the Eiffel tower. The rooms were nice if you have an Eiffel Tower view. It’s nice to have a fridge and a small kitchen area. On-site parking was an added bonus.
The elevator was very slow causing lots lost time waiting. They didn’t inform us that we couldn’t have fresh new towels for three nights, refuse to give us new after we had prepared the used ones to be taken. Nor was there a good place to hang our towels up after we had used them. Then when the third night came they didn’t do the cleaning or refreshing of the towels that they had said they would.

The Hotel is at a quite good location and very close to bus stop and Metro stations. And it has a parking house, which cost 135€ per week. Internet was super fast.
To be fair, quite often there's only 2 out of the 4 elevator that are working. It makes it quite difficult during the high hours (breakfast time, dinner time, etc), especially if you have a Baby Trolly with you or luggages with you. I had to walk down once from 10th floor, with the Trolly. And I was not alone in the stairway. My experience: on the day of check out, I brought all my luggages to the car at 6 a.m. Which was not a disaster for me, but people should be careful on the day of check out.

Rooms are spacious and the proximity to the Eiffel Tower and other dining shopping within walking distance.
Long wait for the elevator going up and down because one out of the two elevators were down (with no one showing up to fix it during my week long stay). Lack of basic amenities. Having to pay to get new towels. Have to pay to get the room cleaned unless the stay is over a week.

Loved that we were able to get early check-in after our early am arrival in Paris and also getting a room upgrade to a partial view room.
One lift was out of action so waiting times were a little long at times.

Location close to Tour Eiffel and major transportations
The property is poorly managed with candescent management, and the team is unable to make the second elevator functional. Imagine the morning wait time for breakfast and transportation.
We waited more than 45 minutes to get to the breakfast to arrive and we were turned down arguing that the time is over. My complaint about the elevator was not resolved I have to leave the place immediately to find another alternative. Not most will have that possibility and I cannot imagine their struggle. I hope the hotel will have the decency to reimburse my two night and breakfast fully paid in advance. If not I am ready to sue the hotel. I would not recommend the place if you have another alternative until they fix the elevator and engage better management team. I paid 9-12 but stayed only 1 night for good reason.

Excellent location.
Spacious rooms.
Comfy beds.
Amazing views.
Dishwasher was broken (the section to put the tablet in did not have a cover on it).
Bedding was not provided for all beds, had to ask reception for this.
One of the lifts was not working making it very difficult to get to the 22nd floor at busy times.

Location
Its not very clean. Comforter had stains. There is no house keeping every day! It is only once a week for long stays! You can request cleaning for additional charge but that depends on the availability of house keeper. It took me couple of days to get it scheduled. If you want extra sheets you need to go to reception and ask. Reception is very busy at any given time!

I thought the city tax was included, but the front desk told me I had to pay the city tax, so I paid 16.9 euros.

Good location
It was a very hot room. I couldn't sleep at night because of the heat. The air conditioning was not working, and there were no fans provided in the room. The showers were very cumbersome and difficult to use. Only one lift was working. Due to the huge traffic and non-functional lifts, it could take up to 30 minutes to get a lift. Beddings are not changed daily and I was asked to pay to get towels changed. The baggage room is not free. You have to pay to store your luggage in the baggage rooms. Very difficult to access the baggage room due to several doors to pass through. This is especially difficult for someone with several luggage.

The apartment was clean and spacious and had a good view of Eiffel Tower which was the main reason I book this room. The apartment had everything we needed.
The facility maintenance needs improvement. One of the 2 elevators broke causing long wait time and inconvenience going in/out of building. The water machine broke in lobby. Should have at least 2 machines available or a spare available whenever one is broken. The hotel receptionists are not too friendly, not too eager to help, but they did respond to requests. It will make the stay more memorable and if hotel wants good rating, good hotel staff is one important area to improve.

The view of the Eiffel Tower from every window in your apartment is fabulous. The breakfast and coffee was delicious and such a nice variety. The staff were lovely and accommodating, they helped me with a late checkout, and as a traveller with two very young children this made me feel really comfortable. It’s also situated just out of the city and all the huddle and bustle. But so easily accessed with the public transport right out the front of the property.

Efficient, busy, very clean. Well equipped for any length of stay. Staff v good and helpful. 10 minutes walk to closest station. Metro so good.
Never found pool or gym. Not sign posted

There really wasn't much of a VIEW, our room faced the back of the hotel. You need to pay for the view. It would be worth it.
The LOCATION was perfect; we could walk to everything.
The room was nice, a little smaller than I expected. The shower was really weird. It doesn't have a door, and the water can get a little messy.
Small room.

No toaster, aircon old and noisy, you have to ask for everything, like tea coffee sugar, fresh towels, should be in room, tourist tax which was not told about beforehand, 100 euros for six nights stay, check in was excellent arrival was 11.00am and gave us room in 20 minutes

The property is very well situated near restaurants, shopping, and metro station. It is away from the crowds in the city center and the rooms offer more space. The hotel is an older hotel that has been updated. It has a laundry room as well. We stayed for six nights and did not receive any room cleaning services. We were told by the front desk that the apartments don’t get cleaning services but if we wanted there would be an additional cost. All we really needed was clean towels.
We were upgraded to a nicer room with a view of the Eiffel Tower, it never gets old.
Our room smelled terrible when we walked in. The previous tenants had cooked fish or something very smelly and had clogged the kitchen sink. We called the front desk and they fixed the sink the following morning. The apartment smelled like fish the entire stay. I tried using air freshener but it did not go away. Unfortunately, we were using the sofa bed an that is the room that smelled for the duration of our stay. I wish there was a. Window we could have opened to air out the room.

they do not have room service included in fee & you wait at reception desk for long time to get served.

The best part of this hotel is the location. It's close to the most famous attractions in Paris. The room size was great and the view was pretty decent.
The breakfast was just OK, but I was expecting more options available. However, the dining room was pretty small and always crowded. Most of the time, it was complicated to get a table. Also, the staff there didn't speak English at all and their french was very complicated to understand. It was very difficult to communicate each other.
Besides that, it was very complicated to talk to someone from the reception. There was only one or two receptionist that handle a lot of people, and it was very to call them or make requests personally. Also, they weren't thoughtful nor courteous the few times I could talk to them.
Finally, the TV in our room was really tiny and the iron wasn't working it.
8.0 / 10.0
The room we had was really lovely with a beautiful view of the Seine and the Eiffel tower. It was a good sized room for 3 adults, clean and tidy. My only surprise and disappointment was no tea/coffee available despite there being a coffee machine and kettle.
Photos were representative of how nice the apartment was.
Stay for the view and the lovely room but don't expect to get a decent start to the day with a rubbish breakfast..
The breakfast was awful! The first morning there we went down for breakfast at a reasonable 815am.and it was like Fyre Festival/Hunger Games madness!
Long queue, tiny breakfast area given that it's a 30 floor block and each floor had around 10 rooms. That's a lot of people to cater for in a tiny breakfast area much smaller than the average restaurant.
By the time we got seating, majority of the food had run out. No cutlery, no plates/bowls, no bread, no milk. Literally nothing to make a breakfast of or have remaining breakfast on.
Eventually some more food came out as people complained....uncooked pastries and cold scrambled eggs and cold chicken sausages. Not what I would expect from a Parisian hotel. As soon as anything came out people were scrambling to grab what they could quickly before it ran out again.
The breakfast was "included" in the price for our room but I saw that it's €19 for breakfast if paid separately. If I had paid that as an addition, I would have been very upset as it was definitely not value for money.
I've stayed in numerous hotels all over the world and this breakfast was by far the worst I've ever encountered.
Highly recommend skipping the breakfast here and going out to a lovely local cafe.

Ac was not working , and we requested cooler or another room
They didn provide us any alternative solution and reception staff was also not supported.

The place is 15 minutes from Eiffel tower, that's brilliant. I mean you could just walk to the main road and see the Eiffel tower.
They should support cleaning and luggage storage on free basis.

We booked the eiffel tower view apartment and the view was amazing. Loved seeing it twinkle at night
Booked the 2 beds and they did not make the sofa bed up. We arrived late at night so this was very annoying. Even when we called to let them know they do not make the bed, they tell you where the sheets, etc are and make you do it. A bit frustrating after a 17hr flight.

Someone had spewed in the sink, former occupant and it was not cleaned for us. We asked for it to be cleaned and it was not. Room was not ready at designated time so we missed our guided tour of the Eiffel Tower. Would never recommend, worst accomodation of our European Holiday, No mini bar.
