Excellent hotel attentive staff and great location

we liked the location, the courtesy of the staff and also special mention to the breakfast staff: he was very kind, serving fresh ingredients and extra attention to the little ones. Also we noted they were flexible with breakfast time when guets came in way after the usual end time.

People-very helpful, warm, friendly Location-very central especially if you would like to walk. Close to the Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Élysées, Trocadero and Eiffel Tower Salience-the street it was located was very calm

One of the best staff I have ever met

Excellent service. We have arrived early, very friendly check in, after that the lady in the breakfast area has been very very friendly and offered us coffee and something to eat even if the breakfast was already closed, thank you very much. The day after at breakfast we received again a wonderful service from a friendly man. Check out, again, very friendly. Have you heard the words "The staff makes the difference?". It's true and in this hotel you understand what does it mean.

Just what it has to be meanwhile the fruits should be more diverse than just apple. Some people take only fruits and tea or coffee in the morning

I wish I’d stayed elsewhere

“Upgraded” my room to a worse room. It was bigger than the room I had booked, but did not have some of the amenities I specifically booked the room for. The bathroom was filthy upon check in, including obvious marks all over the mirrors. The staff would knock on the door despite the Do Not Disturb being on.

Fine for a short stay, with helpful staff.

Well located, in the 16me arrondissement, where clearly prices are high, so for our budget price our ‘superior’ room was a bit disappointing. Narrow bed in a rather cramped space, with only one chair to sit on. However sitting comfortably in the salon/bar was fine, and the staff were charming and helpful. Breakfast fine with the normal adequate provisions in self serve buffet, fresh fruit,cereal, yogurts etc.

Narrow stairs, minuscule lift, space obviously at a premium in this quartier.

The place has been fully renovated with a unique style, the perfect mix of modernity and classic design. It's well located in Paris 16, in a quiet street with the old fashion Haussmann building. It reflects the essence of Paris and why this wonderful city has become so famous in the World.

The staff were kind and nice, the location is good too, but we specifically wanted to be in the 16th to be close to family, if not you may not like it too much. It is close to Eiffel, Arc de Triomph etc though

An exquisite gem in the middle of Paris

The decor is exquisite, the attention to details is exceptional, everything is done for comfort, joy and relaxation! I loved the bespoke breakfast in the morning as well, and all the staff was extremely nice.

Marathon weekend. Great location 👌

Location was fantastic for running the marathon and close by for finishing too 😀. Staff friendly and welcoming, room was comfortable.

Breakfast was advertised in brochure as 6:30am start, however told upon arrival at 6:30, that it was actually 7:30am and the brochure was out of date. Slight lack of supplies on tea and coffee facilities. Had to ask several times for tea bags and milk and an extra bath towel for the room.

Cute boutique hotel, easy stay for Kosher and Shabbat

Looked exactly like the photos, so no surprises and was a nice clean roomy suite. No more than a 20-25 min walk to kosher facilities (restaurants, bakeries, chabad). Hotel staff were very knowledgeable about shabbat practices concerning key cards and were really helpful.

Very disappointing

We arrived at the property early so left our bags and went back to check in at 4:30 well after the 3pm time stated to be told our room was not available and we would have to stay in another that night. We were assured this room was superior to what we booked, however it was awful. The key card fell off the wall, wallpaper was ripped and the bathroom was tiny. The iron provided had wires showing which was dangerous when I raised this with staff, they insisted ‘they had done me a favour to find me a room’, which was laughable. I asked to see my room for the next day which I was shown to be empty.The next day I went to move rooms and was told my room was still not available despite being in empty the day before, reception. Staff told me to leave my bags at reception again and they could not help only the manager. Staff were so rude and unhelpful. The manager finally called me and advised the room was ready on Saturday afternoon. Absolutely disgusting no apology received and to essentially be without a room for 2 days which I paid for appalling. Do not stay here. I

Hotel in a quiet area of Paris , not far from the Arc de Triomphe , metro and train from where you can get to any place in Paris and with children to Disneyland ☺️If you like to walk then in about 2 km distance there is also the Eiffel Tower 💪. The room was not large but it is a hotel and the room was sufficient for two people. Very helpful and friendly staff❗️

The hotel has very attentive staff. It is also well located and accesible by public transportation. We enjoyed the coffee machines in the room and the cleanliness.

Great place to stay, close to the Metro. Friendly staff

The hotel is clean, well presented, with friendly staff. It was a good base for us, being a short walk to Porte Maillot metro station. Metro yellow line C was having some engineering works done, but we managed to navigate alternative ways around quite easily. Top tip is to buy the Navigo pass, but take passport photos with you as you must stick you photo on your card before using it. Breakfast is good, with someone always on hand to help.

I did pay extra to ensure we had a double bed (it is Paris after all), but it was 2 single beds pushed together. I know that's a bit of a first world problem, but is literally the only issue we had. We would certainly go back.

The incredible location! It was a short walking distance to the Metro but we mostly walked everywhere. The area was beautiful & felt safe. We loved having a sizeable bathroom with a bath & the staff were more than accommodating and friendly.
