Perfect.

The atmosphere was enjoyable. All staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great. I wish the website explained you can book to use the spa. I didnt understand that when reading the website. I would have brought my things had I known. My colleague and I had 2h between two meetings on the day of our checkout. We were able to use the breakfast room to work for those 2 hours and it was extremely convenient! I would go back just for this convenience!

I wish the website made it clear we can book a private 1h use of the spa. As a women traveling alone, this is a big positive point.

I had a wonderful stay at Hôtel Etoile Maillot in Paris and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere of the hotel is calm and welcoming. What truly made the difference during my stay was the exceptional staff. I would especially like to thank Rahul, Rita, and Thomas for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. They were always attentive, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect, which made me feel truly welcome. Thanks to them, my stay felt personal and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris and I will definitely choose Hôtel Etoile Maillot again on my next trip.

Clean, spacious, in a great location..

Lovely property in a great location. Rooms were big and clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Excellent Italian restaurant around the corner. Would be nice to have some boulangerie’s close by but noting is really far away.

room is good and air conditioned. good breakfast but lacks of oat milk (they may serve if you ask) . Very Friendly staff, very good connections to metro and even walking to the center (30-40 min). quite a good neighborhood with lots of places to eat. 2 supermarkets almost in the front of hotel easy to buy stacks . Recommended!

tinted glass sliding doors to bathroom in front of the beds makes you very uncomfortable to do "your things" in WC if your partner is in the room. not all rooms like this but ... ;) depends. a bit smelly corridors (dust or smoke? ) but its not inside the room

My go to hotel in Paris - better than any.

The housekeepers are excellent - and Chloe (head) was warm, efficient and helpful. The front desk people were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Shout out for Fariza. Ruel in the dining room was wonderful. The entire environment of this hotel is warm, friendly and fun...much like a large B&B with people who care about the visitors. Marzena is the Directrice who clearly nurtures the staff that radiates in all directions. The location is fabulous.

I loved staying here!

I fell in love with this hotel. I loved everything about it. A thousand small touches that made the stay so thoughtful and comfortable, as if every need was anticipated. The design is beautiful. So much light and beautiful views of the rooftops and sights of Paris. The staff were warm. The bathroom was warm. The towels and sheets smelled good. There was abundant counter space and space for luggage. The temperature was comfortable. It was quiet, yes convenient to many landmarks and conference center. The hammam was clean and so nice. I didn't want to leave! Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to stay in Paris confress center area

Very close and conveniently walkable to the conference center and Arc de Triomphe. There are restaurants and grocery stores just across the road. Room is spacious. Breakfast is very good.

There was no any English television channel. Breakfast menus were the same every morning during our stay. It should be rotated a bit in a week.

Reasonable sized rooms for Paris and reasonable location if a little out of town for some tourist spots.

Rather mean with soap, coffee pods etc. After using the nespresso machine on day one, I had to ask for refills. Got two but no more milk.

Pleasant stay

The hotel was located in a nice area, close to multiple means of transportation. Staff was welcoming and the room was nice and comfortable, spacious for Paris, with all amenities. The breakfast had good choices, both savory and sweet, including fresh fruit and juices. The breakfast area was also quite lovely, with view of an exterior garden. The windows managed to keep the noise away quite well, although from inside the hotel we could sometimes hear others (nothing excessive). Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Initially I thought the towel support in the bathroom was dusty, but it may have been the dust stuck on when it was painted (still, something to look at). There were some signs of age. The coffee at breakfast was not very good quality. Also, there were references to a hotel bar (for example, mentioned in the elevator), but none seemed to actually exist. All these are just minor issues which don't take away from the positives.

Great hotel away from the central buzz of town but easy to get to.

Fabulous hotel. Slightly on the outskirts of the main tourist sights, near the Arc de Triomphe, but this worked well as it was not hectic, spacious rooms, and some lovely places to eat nearby. Really easy to get into the centre by taxi. Actaully only two stops on the metro from the Gare de Nord. Rooms were really lovely. Clean, spacious, luxurious in feel. Very contemporary. Lovely bathroom. Comfortable and lots of things had been thought about. Didn't feel budget yet it didn't cost the earth. Didn't try out the spa but would definitely come back to this hotel. Breakfast was good - standard buffet fair, but some nice choices. We were a party of two adults a teenager and a six year old and everyone was happy. Definitely recommend this hotel. Would go if on business or with the family. Staff were super helpful and recommended a sushi place for lunch when we arrived that was just few moments away and was superb. A few good shops nearby such as a pharmacy and grocery store. Felt like a really good neighbourhood.

You can't walk to the centre but it was just as economical to get a bolt taxi as it would have been to get four metro tickets so in fact that worked well.

Nice property in the area. The rooms were a little larger than the average Parisian room which was nice and everything was in ok condition. Grocery stores right across the street which was nice.

Some things in the room were showing a little bit of age in the room, but otherwise a very pleasant room.

A comfortable and spacious retreat in Paris.

I was pleasantly surprised by the room's generous size, especially considering that hotel rooms in Paris typically range from 12 to 25 square meters, with many averaging around 15–20 sqm . This room comfortably accommodated a bed, a sofa, and a table, providing ample space to relax. travelpander.com The bathroom was also notably spacious, a rare find in Parisian hotels. Breakfast was delightful, offering a good variety to start the day. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and the efficient air conditioning made sleeping during the hot days a pleasure. Given that not all Paris hotels are equipped with air conditioning, this was a significant advantage

The bathtub was not comfortable to us, it is quiet high to enter , there is not a single handle to support yourself and on top of it, it is slippery.

A beautiful hotel near the hear of Paris and right at the corner of Arc De Triomphe.

The hotel is a small but beautiful hotel located close to the Arc De Triomphe but not too close so it’s nice a quiet during the night. The rooms are clean and have a good decor. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very attentive to our needs and answer all questions we had. This hotel is a very good choice for those who are looking for a not too expensive hotel but still want the cleanliness and luxury of what a hotel should be. I recommend this hotel.

I stayed at the hotel during a business trip and was very satisfied with my experience. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for both business meetings and exploring the surrounding area. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, with all areas well-maintained and spotless throughout my stay. The room was spacious, very comfortable, and provided everything I needed to relax after a long workday. The breakfast was satisfying, with everything you need to start your day off right. It offered a good variety without being overwhelming — exactly what I needed each morning. Another feature I greatly appreciated was the availability of hot beverages throughout the entire day — a small detail that made a big difference, allowing me to enjoy a coffee or tea whenever I needed a break. Overall, my stay was excellent.

Very clean hotel in a nice location

Very clean. Daily room servicing was of a very high standard. Nice location close to Bois de Bologne and Arc de Triomphe. Good buses and Metro station close by. Staff helpful. Sauna available on the property. 12 noon checkout was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

amazing stay as usual

I was welcomed as usual like family by the lovely team at reception, my Flamenco star Chloe and manager Magena I just met. Kitchen staff and everyone who works at the property can't wait to come back!

Nice large room with a view of the Eiffel Tower (in the distance, behind a building - we were on the 6th floor). Exceptional cleaning, good breakfast and nice steam room and sauna. Location 20-30 mins by metro/bus to most parts of Paris

Clean , quiet , comfortable hotel in a lovely peaceful area on a nice street and very polite staff

The staff were very polite , and helpful and the cleanliness of the rooms and thd hotel was very good . Also liked that the hotel was quiet and on a lovely street in a great area . What I really liked was that they would do a thorough cleaning of the rooms every day and replenish all the toiletries irrespective if they had been used or not . Bedding was good quality , the shower was very good and bed was very comfortable . We would def stay here again .

We were mostly happy with all aspects of our stay but if we had to mention one thing it would be the key cards to our rooms seemed to stop working a few times during our stay but the reception staff were quick and helpful to give us new ones .whenever needed .

The location of the hotel is good. It is on a nice quiet street that is not far from the Arc de Triumph. Staff are very nice and helpful. Good shops close to it.

Hotel rather old, toilet basin was clogged, toilet a bit damp and humid. room door was not sound proof so I was able to hear residents chatting outside and partying in their room

Comfortable and convenient

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Comfortable sizable room with a view across Paris. Convenient for the Place de Charles de Gaulle and the Champs Elysees. Quiet location.

The sink didn't have a plug so I had to use a bar of soap to block it when shaving. The shower head couldn't be secured on the rail. I would have preferred a more powerful shower... No milk for coffee although a machine was provided.

- The hotel isn’t new; - the quality of furniture and materials isn’t great either (for a 4-star hotel and the price); - the internet didn’t work well; - they only provided shampoo and body lotion in the bathroom and we had to keep asking for shower gel and hair conditioner a few times.
