Quiet bedroom, great location and good stuff

The staff Loïc especially, he is such a professional, he will always find solutions for you. Every time seeing him, you know you will be safe and on time for all your needs. Wonderful premier de reception! Location is great, but there will be no restaurant open in the night. Picard saves me at night. Monop grocery store is right in front crossed the street. Breakfast buffet was great and fresh, save you so much time in the busy morning but be careful if you eat too much they will charge you for 2 people and sometimes 3 to 4, and you only notice at the end of your stay… be careful if you have visitors and if they get to make their cafes themself they may want to charge you at the restaurant. Bedroom was very quiet which is great for busy hectic fashion week.

Bedroom was very quiet which is great for busy hectic fashion week. However the pillow and bedding wasn’t that great quality, I had trouble sleeping with those pillow and bedding sheets. Quality of the body washing and hair condition wasn’t good, too dry and not nourishing at all. You will have to bring your own skincare and shower kits. No tooth brushes and toothpaste.

Great!

Overall very comfortable. Stayed here multiple times with 7 months. Very convenient located for RER and subway, only 10 minutes from Gare du Nord.

Only this time we heard some tv noise from our neighbors but normally very quiet and absolutely a good place to go.

Fabulous in every way

It was chosen for its proximity to the Palais de Congres as we were heading for the Bob Dylan concert. Everything about the hotel was great.

We stayed in Room 001 on the ground floor and there was little natural light.

Honestly every thing was great from the time i stepped in great welcome from the lady in the front desk ( am sorry I forgot your name) she is awesome and she speaks English she even helped me with the gentleman with my luggage, they offered me hot drinks until I checked in, she managed to check me in early and everything was unforgettable and definitely am going again 🤍

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay

This Hotel exceeded my expectations. What a cute little Hotel with all of the amenities you need, amazing facilities, and attention to small details. Stylish, nicely furnished, clean, spacious rooms for a city hotel. For a home away from home to come back to after your busy day of travelling Paris, we thought this hotel was great. The bedrooms were stylish as shown in the pictures, a postcard the hotel can send to your loved ones from Paris, great sound proofing, AC, 9/10 comfy beds. The best part for us was to be able to wind down and reset our tired body’s in the sauna and private pool. Don’t forget to book in advance. The indoor swimming can be booked till late which was amazing. It is a gorgeous serene room with a great sized indoor pool. Breakfast had a variety of options; pancakes, bread, cheese and ham, cereal, yummy fresh juices, yoghurt, mini pastries, scrambled eggs and sausages. I am used to large buffets for breakfast, but this hotel is a small city hotel therefore although there were options, they were on a small scale. Having said this, I think it was perfect enough for me as I could go about my day without a food coma in the morning. The staff were amazing! Very lovely staff throughout, from reception to the breakfast, to the caretakers. Elaine who we met on first day, very funny and lovely. I did not get her name, but she had long curly hair, she was so so lovely and hospitable, went out of her way to help us with our travels, with lots of recommendations and tips for travelling Paris. The hotel is located so close to the Arc de Triomphe! We passed it daily haha!. The RER is very close, and to our surprise the famous steak and chips place is only a 3 min walk (one of our best food experiences)! One of the metros we had to take daily was a 12min walk away. Wish it had been a bit closer, but I guess this is travelling.

This is minor but would make the world of a difference. Stricter timings for the indoor swimming pool would have made the stay even nicer. Would like the hotel staff to reinforce the allocated times for the indoor swimming pool, as we had to wait for the previous hotel guests who surpassed their allocated time slot, wait further for the area to be cleaned up, which cut back on our time. Unfortunately for the Hotel, the coffee machine during breakfast broke down. They were expecting an engineer to arrive and fix, but it was not working the next day either. They did replace it with a small single unit coffee maker, but maybe could have found another solution to this.

A cosy stay

Great location, comfortable but very small room.

The night staff member was the only staff member that engage with me the entire time, the ones during the day never acknowledged me. The pool while aesthetically pleasing but was very dirty - clumps of hair and cigarette butts floating around.

Delightful little hotel, in a quiet, leafy street. Charming receptions who were so helpful. The breakfast was exceptional. Served and made by the barman. Beautiful spa pool. From now this will be my go to hotel in Paris

Great stay!

Great location and wonderful staff who are always so friendly and willing to help. Fabulous location and it’s a lovely boutique hotel.

The room that we stayed in was great on the whole, but it was quite small. It was the double room with a balcony. Perhaps all the rooms are that size, but if we booked again, we would look for a bigger room at the hotel. Space is quite tight when walking around the bed. Overall comfortable room and really well done.

Romantic getaway

The hotel is lovely, clean and comfortable. It was boutique style so a bit more private and less noise. We particularly enjoyed our spa booking as we did not realise it was private for just us for 45 minutes. The whole stay was romantic and we would definitely booked at Hotel Toujours again.

Loved it! Would visit again

The staff were lovely and helped us with booking an airport taxi home. The room was very clean and had a boujee feel. We really enjoyed it and it was in a great location, felt very safe walking around. Close to public transport especially metro line 1 and metro line 2 (which is a 10 min walk). Would stay again.

The room size was a little bit too small, especially with luggage. But the bathroom was a nice size. We still managed with the room size
