Outside noise to be expected give location, but you could hear a neighbouring room zipping a suitcase, which isn’t ideal at 5am

Fabulous. This will be the place we stay each time we visit!

So much nicer than I expected. The perfect paris hotel. Next to excellent shopping. The hotel was so chic and fabulous! The hotel was so lovely we fondly think of it as one of our favourite memories in Paris. Fitness center was so nice with great facilities.

We tried to eat in the restaurant on the night we arrived and they said they couldn't seat us as they were full. It would be great to keep some seating for guests of the hotel. There were tables available.

Overall, I loved the experience. The rooms were very well done...excellent materials and finishes. Location was superb...adjacent to Champs Elysee...was able to work everywhere. The staff were super-attentive and went the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable...even did some on-the-spot tailoring that I needed urgently. :) Sadly, I didnt have the opportunity to sample the restaurant but I found the most incredible Armagnac I have ever had at the lovely hotel bar. Truly enjoyable....

The room was a little small, but alas that is the case in most of Central Paris. :)

A great time in Paris!

The breakfast was amazing. So much delicious food: Wonderful bread and croissants, tasty omelets, delicious cheese, charcuterie, yoghurt and fruits, not to mention excellent juice and coffee. The room was nice with good facilities. Service was excellent, as was the location of the hotel.

The lift was a bit slow (there was only one) and as we were on the fifth floor, sometimes it took a while to get to our room.

It is very close to the Champs Elysees especially if you want to go shopping and sightseeing. It is stylish and rooms are very clean.

Room was a little bit cluttered with too many things especially for a small room like that.

The smell in my floor was bad, smelled like basil. I asked for queen bed and they had joined a twin bed together and covered it up with a bed covered looked like mattress and it was not comfortable. They should rethink their tubs as they are very dangerous and sharp, any wrong movement could result in an injury.

Blown away by this new, picturesque, boutique property

Fantastic new hotel just behind the top of the Champs Elysées, unbeatable location! The building is magnificent and very well maintained with plenty of lovely flowers at each window. The common areas are very comfortable and welcoming, the style is unique. We had drinks at the bar (largest selection I have ever seen for a small property), a fantastic dinner at OMA (Korean-French fusion) with a very hearty and tasty cuisine. As it was a one-night stay we booked the first category, a Boudoir. The layout is very clever and there is ample space for two and suitcases. The finitions are perfect, the bathroom picturesque, and I loved the minibar selection, even with homemade cocktails ready to drink:) Rates are unbeatable and much lower than others in the area. We were a bit concerned at first, the hotel has been open only a few weeks and we were prepared for some hick-ups but it seems all is running smoothly, the property was full and the service was perfect throughout. The team could not have been more friendly and more professional. The concierges helped us book a private tour and a restaurant for lunch. Chateau des Fleurs is now our very classy Paris home!

The only two good things about this place is the location and the staff.

This is NOT a 5 star hotel. You could say this place is OK for a 3 star, but NEVER for a 5. It was a very poor idea to lie to guests on booking.com saying that your hotel is a 5 star as it clearly is not, that’s why you gonna keep getting bad reviews as everyone will be expecting a 5 start hotel.

Если не дать чаевые, то к вам будут относится, как к не званным гостям - не будут здороваться, не будут подходить чтоб принять заказ в ресторане, не будут менять мокрые полотенца в номере и не будут убирать номер каждый день (не говоря уже про 2 раза в день, хоть и считают себя 5-звездочным отелем).
