Nice and spacious, but felt empty

The location was great for Levallois-Perret - it was an easy journey from the airport, close to the offices I needed to go to, and plenty of good restaurants around. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was only served from 8am, which was a bit late for my requirements, and the rooms, while spacious, felt under-dressed with furniture - there was a TV, but only two upright chairs to watch it from. It would have been nice to be able to sit back on a sofa instead. Also, Wifi was only provided through a QR code when I arrived, so I couldn't get my laptop connected later.

Pet friendly, clean when we arrived. Good location, close to metro stop, close to a carrefour shop, close to nice restaurants and parks. Also the building is new, in good condition, with a lot of amenities.

We were unlucky enough to be in Paris during the heat wave and we could not even rent a fan. For almost a week of stay, we never had cleaning service. and for the price we paid for night ... this is quite unexpected. Also, we had to request every second day for toilet paper or soap. Reception staff is at the limit of being totally annoying, definitely not there to help or support the people renting rooms in hotel conditions. For the price we paid for a week, that is similar with what residents are paying for a month, we should have had access to swimming pool and the rest of facilities. But no ... the building policy forbidden it. As a conclusion, i would not repeat the experience considering the amount i paid.

Perfect location for someone who's visit Paris numerous times - live like a local.

The apartment was spacious and had the added bonus of a large balcony. It's located close to a metro and lots of typical bistros, bars, shops and parks. The staff are very helpful and go out of their way to make make your stay as comfortable as possible. We purposefully chose to stay away from the bustling centre and enjoyed the local atmosphere of Parisian life.

The place is okay overall, but think twice before staying here during hot days.

Spacious and nice room, located in a great district, very close to the metro. The kitchen and balcony were a big plus.

However, it was 30°C inside the room (there’s a thermometer on the wall), even though it was only around 25°C outside during the day in Paris. The balcony door in the bedroom was broken. I asked for it to be repaired, but was told, “The technician is not available today; we will fix it tomorrow.” Unfortunately, that never happened. They did give us a fan though—which felt like a win, because no one else had one. The street outside is very noisy, even with the windows closed—it was almost impossible to sleep in the morning. The staff doesn’t speak English at all. This made communication a bit difficult, especially considering that most guests are not from France. There was also a lack of cleaning. The room was quite dusty, especially the floors. They only cleaned once during our 5-day stay. The breakfast is honestly a bit disappointing: coffee or tea, a glass of orange juice, and three small pieces of bread with butter and jam. Definitely not worth the money.

One night in the 2 bedroom apartment

The 2 bedrooms apartment is clean and spacious with a balcony that you can sit outside. It has everything you need. We only spent one night and didn’t use much of the equipments. The location is outside the center of Paris, but close to Metro, only 2 minutes walk. Good value for the money.

We spent 15 days in France, this is the only apartment doesn’t have a rain shower head on the ceiling, only the handheld spray. Either the water pressure was low or the shower head stream was small. That is the only downside about this apartment.

Amazing apt. Terrace was also large. Didn’t expect how spacious it was. Location is nice, and just the environment is amazing.

A small tip is when you stay multiple days: - they could check everyday with people if they need something or just add more toilet paper, check towels etc. ofc we can always ask - breakfast is really good. I’d just reinforce that is a pre-set/not buffet

Worth the money, it was a fine stay!

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The bed was big and nice to sleep on. Everything was very clean and generally new. The location of Domitys Le 225 is quiet and easy to get to. Metro station is 3 3-minute walk away from the apartment. There are some bars and restaurants, as well as shops and bakeries around the facilities.

The staff did not speak English that well, so there were a few difficulties regarding communication with the staff. Also, the breakfast was typical French breakfast. Every person only gets a cup of coffee/tea, a cup of juice, and a little bit of pastries with some jam and butter.

Perfect accommodation in Paris at a very good price.

We had a two bedroom apartment with a large lounge with cooking facilities. The location was great for us and it is close to a Metro station. The underground car park was a bonus at 20euros per day.

Très bel appartement dans cette résidence Domitys avec un excellent rapport qualité prix et la possibilité de garer notre véhicule dans un garage sécurisé. La literie est excellente. Le personnel est très sympathique et nous a réservé un excellent accueil. L'établissement est très proche du métro.

Geräumiges Appartement in ruhiger Lage

Die Unterkunft selbst ist sehr schön und die Zimmer wirklich groß. Es gibt sogar einen Balkon mit Blick auf den Innenhof und es ist wirklich angenehm ruhig. Das Frühstück ist okay und die Garage war auch nach dem Check Out nutzbar, was ich sehr gut fand, da Parken in Paris schwierig ist. Wir waren fast nur mit dem UBER unterwegs und kamen immer schnell ins Zentrum. Metro haben wir nicht gemacht aus Zeitgründen, wäre aber möglich gewesen.

Wir haben beim Buchen darüber informiert, dass wir erst abends an der Unterkunft eintreffen werden und kamen auch zur angegebenen Zeit an. Leider wusste die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption nichts von unserer Buchung und sie sprach nur französisch. Sie hat dann telefoniert und nach einiger Zeit wurde ihr bestätigt, dass wir gebucht haben. Leider hat das mehr als eine halbe Stunde gedauert und wir bekamen auch keinen Schlüssel an dem Ankunftsabend. Die haben wir am nächsten Morgen an der Rezeption erhalten. Also am besten vor 20 Uhr eintreffen, da danach die normale Besetzung der Rezeption nicht mehr da ist und leider auch telefonisch niemand erreichbar war. Die Heizung war viel zu warm eingestellt. Auf den Fluren hat man es gar nicht aushalten können und im Zimmer haben wir viel gelüftet.

El apartamento es muy amplio, tanto el salón como la habitación y el baño. Tiene todo lo necesario y la cama era muy cómoda, además de que estaba todo muy limpio. La zona muy tranquila y hay una estación de metro a 5 minutos caminando.

El desayuno no era tipo buffet, sino que te sirven en una mesa y era poco variado. El camarero no sabía ni español ni inglés, con lo que la comunicación era un poco complicada. Pero lo que tenían de desayuno estaba bastante bueno.

C'est comme louer un appartement à Paris dans un quartier calme et propre. Nous reviendrons si possible.

J'ai tout aimé. On se serait cru chez nous. C'est calme, bien aménagé, personne ne dérange. Il y a un parking, plein de magasins d'alimentation à proximité. La cuisine est équipée d'un grille-pain et d'un four. Les fenêtres vont jusqu'au sol, les chambres sont climatisées, et je crois même que le sol de la salle de bain est chauffant. Je vous donne 10 sur 10 parce que vous acceptez les chiens. Je vous remercie sincèrement de la part de tous les propriétaires.

Nous n'avons eu absolument aucune plainte, pour moi c'est même plus que confortable qu'ils ne viennent pas tous les jours faire le ménage.
