There was a coat rack but no hangers. There was only one bah of trash in the room for a stay of 4 nights.

Perfect if you don't need to be in the centre

The apartment was quite big and clean and well organised. Good breakfast with cold and warm choices.

Not many underground connections, more buses which were not driving regularly. The receptionist couldn't speak English

Lovely staff, nice location and spacious rooms!

Excellent service, we came early and were allowed to check in. We used parking for our bicycle. The apartment was huge and exceptionally clean! Breakfast was pretty good - the tables and dining area were also super clean.

Very comfortable, calm and clean. Nice location.

The neighborhood is veri nice , beautiful and calm. Within 10 minutes of walking we reached the subway station Anatole France. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean, there is two rooms, kitchen, calm balcony. Very comfortable. Also we used taxi to come back from the city center at night which costed us 12 euro.

Quiet, pleasant stay very nice hotel staff

It was very spacious, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, there were lots of things that we could do at the hotel, including watch movies, sauna, and work out. The staff were very nice and even when they didn’t speak English, they tried their best to accommodate us.

The pictures on the booking showed a nice upper level balcony view of a street and we got an inside ground level view of a weed garden. I wish there were a lamp in the twin-bed room. I also wish there were more hangers. We only had five. There was no air conditioning nor fans contrary to what the booking details said. The shower room was quite dirty especially once bath towel got wet, there is no way to keep the floor clean/dry and there is no place inside the shower for us to put shampoo, conditioner, etc…

False advertising

Property is not disclosing the fact that it's the a senior house. Upon arrival, i discovered that its not a hotel. Rude staff, very poor breakfast, not as described on the photos. They asked me to do dishes and take out trash upon check out. And again its a senior housing!!!!!!! They don't have a 24/7 attended lobby, i came back a few times around 11pm- no front desk person and front door wide open, area is not safe, so anyone could just walk in into the property. I don't recommend to stay there, they will make your vacation horrible.

Excellent location and property. Very comfortable stay.

The suite was very comfortable. It was a big flat with a bedroom and kitchenette. The location was good albeit outside the city but LeVallois is a safe neighbourhood. Staff were excellent.

The entrance could not be found. They can put up a sign at the corner to know where the place is. Also the bathroom facilities can be improved. The property does not have an AC. While we did not have a problem, its a worthwhile point to note.

Fantastic stay

One of the best properties I’ve stayed at. Leo from reception was very helpful and kind. He’s very service oriented and helped us in our requests. The surrounding area is quiet and nice, we felt very safe. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Would highly recommend. Note that it’s in the same entrance/place as “Happy Senior”.

Great stay overall

The Apartment was spotless, completely new. It is within a retirement home and walking distance from metro station (15 mnts or so). I think we were probably the firsts guests in the newly renovated apartment as it still smelled like fresh plaster.

Internet was incredibly slow, could never connect to TV apps and there were a few items missing like cloths iron, and toilet paper hahah nothing that couldn’t be easily fixed.

Its a decent property

Location was good

Pillows, only 1 pillow per person and that too the pillows were too soft, pillow cases were bigger than the pillow. There were no emails about security gate code to use upon arrival or where to pick the key from, we had to wait and follow other residents when they arrived. This was very annoying.

Aangenaam, rustige accommodatie in een net appartement.

Netjes , ruim, parking onder de accommodatie. Ook in de buurt een groot winkelcentrum.

Was even verwarrend om vanuit de parking via de lift op het gelijkvloers te komen in een gang zonder aanwijzingen. Gelukkig kwam er toevallig een heel behulpzaam personeelslid langs.

Nos gustaron mucho las habitaciones, las instalaciones y, en general, el alojamiento fue cómodo y agradable durante la estadía.

Déjeuner pas prêts à l heure, pain rassis il fallait attendre plus de 30 minutes pour avoir du pain frais à 7h 45 . Chambre salle grosse tache sur le tapis et pleins de saletés sur le sol. A la réception la chambre qui m avait fait he attribuée à été donne à une autre personne 30 minutes pour avoir une chambre c est loin de ce que j ai connu en septembre.

Bon rapport qualité-prix pour un séjour en famille

Hyper bien situé pour nous, appartement bien agencé et bien équipé, parfait pour un court séjour alentour famille (chambre + canapé lit dans la pièce de vie). Cuisine équipée, produits de base fournis (gel douche, liquide vaisselle, papier toilette...), serviettes à disposition et lits faits. Nous avons eu du mal à trouver car la façade ne correspondait pas à ce qu'on attendait mais à part ce petit pépin, séjour réussi. On reviendra sans hésitation !

L'accueil à l'arrivée. Le logement est propre et fonctionnel. Le quartier est agréable et les transports en commun à proximité. Le parking souterrain sur place idéal si on ne souhaite pas utiliser son véhicule.

Appartement spacieux, très calme, très bonne literie, bien chauffé

Le petit déjeuner était une grande déception: Si les oeufs brouillés sont terminés à 8h45, tant pis pour les personnes qui viennent plus tard. Dans ce cas, il vaut mieux ne pas en proposer. Pas de muesli ni de cornflakes classiques. Lait terminé à 9 h et pas remplacé. En résumé: peu de choix et en quantité insuffisante. Appart Hotel n'est marqué nulle part à l'entrée. On trouve "Residence Seniors" à la place. Cela prête à confusion.

Appart hôtel très bien équipé et d'une propreté irréprochable!

Une propreté irréprochable. Linge, sanitaires, sol, équipements, tout était au top et de qualité! Les nombreux équipements sont de véritables atouts quand on décide de voyager léger car tout y est! Résidence vue de l'extérieur impeccable et quasiment sans bruit à l'intérieur.

Le bruit de la rue car même avec des fenêtres de qualité l'hôtel ne peut pas y faire grand chose malheureusement.
