Very comfortable and large room for Paris standards, very friendly staff, a bit far away from the city centre but there was a train station near by that could lead us to the centre within 25-30 minutes.
First day we arrived we could not reach anyone by the phone or via message to let us check in, despite the fact that we informed them previously on our arrival day and time and they reassured us that there would be someone there by that time-we had to wait to a bistro with all our luggage (!!) until someone would show up let us check in-we were lucky that it didn't lasted long. The smart TV was a bit broken, Netflix did not work, after day2 there was a bad smell coming from the shower-mentioned this to the reception but there was nothing they could do to fix it, there was every day hot water but during shower there was a limited amount of it, also fire alarm (eventually a false one) woke us up one morning at 07:25am and was ringing for over 10 minutes without anyone informing us whether we had to evacuate or not whilst the reception number was busy during this whole time.

Excellent location, near the train to go into the city.

Peace. Shower is relatively new.
Bed, pillows. Unflexible times. Would not even let we drop the bags, since the stay has been paid days in advance. Customers comfort doesn’t seem a priority, for nemea clearly put their own comfort above and before anyone’s.

The location is really nice, a pretty neighbourhood, with a 17 min walk to the metro and 8 min to the train station. The room itself was good-looking and had fridge, hair dryer and a mini-kitchen with dish-washer and other necessities. We received the money back from the deposit in the same day after the checkout.
The check-in being at 17:00 is pretty inconvenient; however, the staff allowed us to get in at 16:00 and left the bags there until then. The room was not cleaned and the towels not changed (even after we asked at the reception) for the whole 3 nights. You cannot pay the deposit by cash, only by card, and the room verification at checkout is not done in your presence, but rather several hours later, so it's a guess whether you'll receive the money back.

The best part is the location. The neighborhood is the best you can think of. Supermarket and bakeries are next door. Safe to walk around even at night. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Looking forward to coming back .

I was on the 6th floor and there were ants in the room. I was bitten whilst sleeping, so I assume this too was ants.
The breakfast was also poor.

The room was clean and had everything we needed, including a very well equipped kitchen. The staff was helpful and friendly.
The rooms are also unexpectedly big for Paris.
To keep in mind: The location is very close to the train station but a bit far from a metro station and the tourist attractions. It is perfect though if you prefer a more quiet and not crowded neighborhood.

Spacious, comfortable, tastefully decorated room. Staff were professional. In an upmarket, quiet suburb with lots of shops, bakeries, cafes and restaurants nearby. Takes about 20 minutes to get to the centre of Paris by metro.

The view from the rooftop
Rooms are too small if you are also expected to have breakfast in the room. Hotel is a bit outdated

The staff were lovely and so helpful. Would be useful to have 24 hour reception and have an earlier breakfast on Sundays as we didn’t know when booking that Sundays the breakfast isn’t until later.
My partner ran Paris marathon, because of his start time and had to leave earlier than it was served. The receptionsih did bring musli but we had to go get milk from a local shop. So I do y get the most for my money. They did bring breakfast earlier on Monday which we really appreciated as we checked out by 07:45. Thank you so much for that.

Not much
The property wasn’t left in a cleanly manor. The toilet tissue had brown soils on it. The air conditioning didn’t work, leaving the room hot and stuffy. The concierge was rude and disrespectful whenever we needed help and I have paid £130 deposit for my room which I’m yet to receive 5 days prior to leaving the property. Despite messaging and emailing the host I’m yet to receive a response. I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all

Although another staff updated my room nicely the next day, my trip was totally ruined, what can not be changed.
A female staff member gave me a room key card with a broken door lock on the first day. After I couldn't get in after several attempts, I was moved to the worst room on the top floor. The window was broken and there was an air conditioner very close by, couldn't sleep all night, I was so disappointed for being treated like this for nothing!

Reasonable room - nothing more
Avoid-Avoid-Avoid, What a disappointment, so start with. This is not a 4-star hotel. The elevator is not working for some time assumably two weeks or more as since my reservation was more than 7 days back it was already announced that it is not functional.
Then I receive a room on the 5 the floor and had to carry my luggage up only to discover that the windows shatters dont work , therefore no privacy with all the Appartment opposite looking into the room. No room service during the stay so no replacement of towels and no arrangement of the bad.
I won't come again and I don't recommend to anyone who is looking for so me comfort to stay in this hotel.
However, the reception person (his first day at work) did his job, was kind and try to help, the technician was also nice and trying to help. I can't claim those people I met but only the management that is not putting more attention to the customer comfort.

Room had a nice design but the lighting was all on or almost nothing
Elevator broken for several days. Pretty bad with 6 floors. Incomplete kitchen stuff. Hard to understand personnel. Have to take out your own garbage under threat of €90 and more fine with a daily reminder. And pretty far from a metro station. The train is €1 more to Paris Centre

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Levallois is a nice area, with plenty of shops, restaurants and parks, we felt quite safe. It's perfect if you don't mind the travel.
The elevator was broken, and we had to climb 4 flights of stairs. The hotel is located quite far away from all Paris landmarks, even by metro it took a long while. Metro stations were about 15 min distance. If you want to experience Paris, I would recommend getting a room closer to the city centre.

It’s located in a really nice neighborhood. The room was clean and nice. Same goes for the bathroom. We got two door keys which is nice if you want to split during sightseeing.
It’s around 15 minutes walk from the most used metro. There supposed to be an iron in the room but there was non in our ( managed to borrow one from the reception desk which is ok). The elevator did not work during our stay (we did not have heavy luggage so we managed to get on the second floor just fine but it is something to be considered)

Don't stay at this hotel. It has a ridiculous deposit policy and It charged my debit card twice for it (300€). No one cared to correct the mistake. 8 days later and the money still hasn't returned to my account. Stay away.
