Nothing. Absolutely nothing was satisfactory about this hotel.

Upon my arrival around 8 p.m., the establishment asked me to pay for my stay again, even though the amount had already been debited from my account (and it wasn't a pre-authorization). After an hour of confusion and with no alternative for the night, I was forced to pay in cash, amid strong suspicions of double billing. Only after that did the staff assure me that a refund would be issued. But the worst was yet to come: the room I was assigned was in a deplorable state, a far cry from the photos published on the website: tiny, dirty, unsanitary, with broken furniture, a filthy carpet, a stained mattress (forcing me to inspect it for fear of bedbugs), a moldy bathroom, a dirty toilet, an unusable shower, an unbearable odor, a defective window letting in the cold, and very thin walls (impossible to sleep). When I returned to reception, I was told that the photos on Booking.com only show double rooms, not singles like the one I had. This is misleading. Unable to find any affordable hotels in the area (all were priced from €200/night), I was forced to spend the night there, but I had to clean the room myself with hand sanitizer, as the condition was so unacceptable. I barely slept because of the noise, the cold, and the persistent odor. I left the hotel the next morning and booked another property on Hotels.com for the remaining two nights, at my own expense. The hotel promised to refund me one night, but since then, they have stopped responding to my messages or requests from Booking.com. I have lost my money, without any follow-up or goodwill gesture, despite the promises I made. The result: no refund, undignified conditions of stay, additional fees, and no assistance from the hotel. I am deeply disappointed, and I strongly advise against this property. It does not deserve to be on Booking.com.

Bathroom was simple but in excellent condition. Excellently clean and a little more big in dimension than in other Paris hotel. Bedroom was old, as furniture, but, in any case, clean. In any case, due the very covenient price it is OK. Position in Leavallois is very good: a lot restaurants and other kind of stores around, and, this is very good, 2 subway (metrò) stations at real 5 minutes walking (confortable to reach with a suitcase too)

Hotel is a little "old style", so no lifter. Not critic, but if you need to reach 3rd floor with an heavy suitcase, may be ask help to guy at reception (they are very kind and nice, and they help people)

Cheap, close to the metro station and Flixbus stop. The staff was friendly.

They charge 9 euro per person for breakfast but just gave crossiant and black coffee.

Room seems better on photos, Shower smelling bad and presenting insects. So much noise between room, so expansive, bad quality. It is the first time I see this in a Booking research. Please, don't go there.

Quite a good, inexpensive hotel, in a good area, not far from the Arc de Triomphe. The entrance to the room was from the courtyard, and there is very nice) In good weather, sitting there at a table in the morning and having a coffee is a great idea!

Good place to stay and rest - very comfortable mattress, stove for heating. Good location - there are two metro stations 5 minutes away; opposite the hotel there is a grocery store; there is a cafe nearby for a morning cappuccino, as well as many restaurants. The staff is friendly and responsive. Every day the room was cleaned and the bed made without changing the sheets. Downside was that there is no fridge in the room if you decide to keep food. I recommend the place for people who are not looking for luxury but a nice place to stay. Thank you for a pleasant holiday stay.

It was near the bus stops and metro. I also loved the market right across.

It is a very very dirty place. Our room smelt Musty and the floor had unexplained stains. In general ot was worse than a shelter home.

room was spacious and bathroom was huge. They both had 2 big windows with great views of the courtyard. Mattress was very comfortable, room was cleaned and made everyday. Rooms were VERY clean and towels were changed often. Staff was very nice and helpful. They are many supermarkets, cafeterias, restaurants and parks in the area. The Anatole France metro station is 5 minutes away on foot. 30mins walk to Arc de Triomphe and an hour walk to the Eiffel Tower. Anatole France metro is easily connected to all the famous landmarks

no kettle in room as stated in the booking. Property has no lift (but the staff will help carry the bags up)
