Great room and perfect location!

Really lovely small room with a good view with lots of light. Really loved the neighbourhood it was in and was only a 5 min walk from the nearest metro station which took us straight into the centre of Paris.

Great hotel for a short stay in Paris/Levallois

The staff was very welcoming and available to attend to my needs. The hotel is well located, 5 mins walk from the metro and in a calm area of Paris. Rooms are as shown on the photos.

Would be nice to have a fridge in the room. No aircon was bearable with the fan that was provided, but still it would have been nice to have the aircon as it was advertised as available when booking. The hotel did send an early notice that it had broken down.

Worst hotel experience I’ve endured

Location next to supermarket and room was clean.

Lost my booking, took an hour to find me a room, confused members of staff, no air conditioning in 33 degree heat, no fans to give out, a disgrace to the Ibis name, horrendous trip!

Free tea and it was clean.

The air conditioning did not work and the staff said multiple times they’d bring a fan to the room and didn’t so spent two nights unable to sleep. The outside noise was very loud as there’s a bar down thé street.

It was difficult to communicate with one administrator who didn’t understand correctly any requests in English language. We could get help only when (more senior as it seemed to us) staff member was in place.

Clean and nice room, in a nice hotel in a charming location. Breakfast was OK. The hotel has a cute outside patio as well. All the staff was great, special thanks to Hannane who helped to solve our multiple requests with great attitude and smile! :)

Mixed feeling

We particularly liks the ground floor room, which can easily accessible to the outdoor dining area. BUT, this is not what we booked and wanted.

I would say the reception/security on night shift was not as attentive as he should be. I won't say we are mistreated or anything worse. We just felt somehow uncomfortable. First of all, he didn't show he cares about the customers, or show any sign of welcoming. Second of all, The room he arranged for us wasn't the one we booked. Luckily, it was meant to be a short stay for a night only. And the staffs in the morning shift were attentive and polite. That's why we have mixed feeling about this hotel. I would not recommend anyone use this hotel as it might ruin your first impression to paris.

they serve free coffee, juice and fruits all day long for free! Since I had flight early morning, it was good to get drink and snack early morning from hotel

Nice rooms and bed. Good showers with free shampoo,. Good free coffee in the dayroom. You can work in the dayroom. Good WiFi. Quite. Quick check in and out.

Rooms aren't big, small table, no safe, no hot water- or coffee maker. Slippery courtyard when it have rained.

Fabulous hotel

Nice area with many transport links to the city centre. The hotel is located on a quiet street and various shops, bars, and restaurants are in close proximity. The room had an amazing view! Very welcoming and accommodating staff. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Small, but perfectly formed! Comfortable and great location!

Whilst the room was small, it was perfect and had everything you needed. The addition of the Juliet balcony was amazing! Close to shops and a bar!! Excellent location! Free coffee/hot chocolate/tea was a very nice addition.

The location is good. Breakfast was average

1. Heating - They heating in the room is not working and when you ask the reception they only tells you to turn the button to the right or to the left but it's not working and no one is comimg so I believe it's the policy of the hotel right now and it's cold in the room 2. No closet in the room 3. Staff is not friendly

Very friendly staff at reception, very nice and quiet surroundings. Excellent location!

Breakfast is adequate for its price, maybe some veggies would be nice to have in the morning as adding. Kids were happy to have crepes on our last day stay.
