The place was great, in a good location with convenient transportation nearby. The room and the building were extremely clean and well maintained. There were amenities - a small equipped kitchen, which was great. We also really liked the neighborhood, it was clean and welcoming, in a good location.

Get a SmarTV asap. Change the a/c or any heater stronger to warm up the room.
Great location, lots of food's options within 3 minutes by walking, super easy access, super clean and cozy.
There is no way in 2026 you don't hold a SmarTV which you could have an option of watching any streaming you want while having a moment with your girl/man. WiFi wasn't working very well. The heater was not working well as it was freezing outside.

It was close to the metro, about 8 mins away, and also was clean enough
There was a smell in the room, not very bad, but you will definitely smell it 1st time you enter the room. Also I saw a cockroach in the kitchenette, but it’s not necessary the hotel’s fault

Great place.
Location was great. Safe neighbourhood. Check in easy. Tv, iron, AC, hairdryer functional. Bed was comfy eventhough we didn’t have too much space to move around the room.
Small elevator but still does the work. The room was smaller than expected. The bathroom extremely small , with a sink like an airplane bathroom. Very late check in and the host didn’t accept earlier.

Great value, clean and well-run, lovely neighbourhood.
This is a basic apartment; no frills, extremely functional. It was excellently clean, quiet and reasonably comfortable (good bed, limited as to other furnishings). It was very modestly priced and superb value. It's about half an hour from the centre - which is an easy metro journey, Metro station about 8 minutes walk. It's In a lovely neighbourhood with many small local friendly restaurants; we always came back to eat in the evenings. A great basis for a relaxed break and I would definitely stay there again.
It is undoubtedly basic - the bathroom is compact, I was fine but my taller partner found it a bit cramped. The apartment floor is tiled and the walls just plain painted - there are no frills. The kitchenette is miniscule. But given the price, what they provide is amazing. Also free breakfast (selection of rolls/fruit/jam/cake) delivered the day before which is a bit stodgy but very handy - and we just went to the local supermarket to supplement with what we wanted: there are dishes, spoons etc in the apartment.
