Great value, clean and well-run, lovely neighbourhood.

This is a basic apartment; no frills, extremely functional. It was excellently clean, quiet and reasonably comfortable (good bed, limited as to other furnishings). It was very modestly priced and superb value. It's about half an hour from the centre - which is an easy metro journey, Metro station about 8 minutes walk. It's In a lovely neighbourhood with many small local friendly restaurants; we always came back to eat in the evenings. A great basis for a relaxed break and I would definitely stay there again.

It is undoubtedly basic - the bathroom is compact, I was fine but my taller partner found it a bit cramped. The apartment floor is tiled and the walls just plain painted - there are no frills. The kitchenette is miniscule. But given the price, what they provide is amazing. Also free breakfast (selection of rolls/fruit/jam/cake) delivered the day before which is a bit stodgy but very handy - and we just went to the local supermarket to supplement with what we wanted: there are dishes, spoons etc in the apartment.

Nice budget apartment in nice neighborhood.

Simple, clean apartment hotel. Beats the expensive Ibis down the street. Besides the loud Friday night crowd making noise all night we slept well! Kitchen well stocked and the bed and bath linens were luxurious. The neighborhood wasn’t ghetto like many other areas outside the tram loop.

We’re on the street side of the hotel and the street noise was loud! On Friday night you could hear loud French people coming and going all hours of the night:(. Some lights in the room were burned out.

Very safe looking surroundings. Nice old, but renovated building. Many bakeries, cafes, restaurants and mini markets nearby. Usable kitchen. Comfortable beds.

Perfect location

The location is perfect. We traveled with a 4 years kid and we felt save all the time in the area. Bus station is next to hotel (2minutes walk), metro station is 5 to 10minutes of walk. Grocery shops are all around as well the resturants. You can reach every main attraction in 1h. There is also park closeby suitable for small kids. Perfect loaction. We liked the kitchen a lot and also sweet breakfast was good value. Hotel is self check in w/o any personel. We liked it very much.

We ordered additional bed for a child which was way too small. Maybe 1 or 2 year old kid would fit in. So we slept all in one bed which was very small as well. So sleeping was not too good:) The lift is very nice (vintage look) but very small so it took several rides to reach the appartment with all the luggage. They could take a trash bin out every day. No early check in and no reception so we had to use nannybag.

The room is so small and i had very bad experience. The host check camera all the times there is no privacy. There is a lady calling you and writting to tell you that they can check you anytme and cancel the reservation. I can not recommend

Comfortable apartment in a great area to explore Paris

Really good location - away from noisy tourist areas. The area has lots of cafes and is near to a wonderful weekly market. Easy access to public transport. We had just about everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and we had a nice little balcony to sit and watch the world go by.

The room was pretty clean and the bed was super crisp and clean, but I think the floor and bathroom tiles could do with a good scrub.

Great stay

The location is just a short distance from the centre via underground, the nearest stop is Louise Michel, ten minutes walk away. The apartment was very clean and the area is pretty good and quiet.The flat is very small but equipped with everything, it also has a small balcony and a tiny little kitchen corner in the cupboard. The self check in and check out are very convenient. If you need it and if no guest is coming right after you leave, you can arrange a late check out, but you have to pay 15 euros more per hour, in the end we preferred not to. We had a very pleasant stay in the Courcelles residence and recommend it to everyone. Every evening they leave a box with tea,fruit juice, apples, jams, honey, pastry ,bread and butter for next day breakfast, but it's only sweet food, even if very good quality.

Great appartment and staff!

The flat is located in a quiet street, just a 10 minutes walk away from Louis Michel subway station. From there you'll be able to reach the city center within 15-20 minutes. Just around the corner, there is a big shopping center and all sorts of small shops. You can get to the Arc de Triomphe in a chilled walk within 30Minutes.

Breakfast is served a day in advance on a meal tray. Which is a nice idea, but as you can imagine, a lot of food comes with packing and so it's a lot of waste you're producing. Well, I guess the choice is yours. I will definitely stay again in the Appartment because it's great, but I will provide my own breakfast or simply eat in one of the many little bakeries around the corner.

Quiet place, near shops, cafes. The subway is nearby. There is breakfast, like in airplanes, it is quite enough to start the day. Friendly staff, it is convenient that I can leave my baggage and go to walk

Breakfast is served in the room and after a while the kitchen was full of ants. There were only two blankets for three people, I slept under a jacket. The transparent door to the bathroom looks like it's blurred, but you can see every wrinkle.

5 days family stay.

The Comfort Plus apartment was large enough, clean and equipped for two adults + one teenager. Walking distance to Arc de Triomphe and metro station.

It is not cleaned during the stay. Breakfast good (pancakes, buns, macrons, jam, honey, butter, Nutella, smoothies, fruit) but still the same without any cold cuts and cheeses.

The hotel is quite successful in terms of price-benefit performance and its location is very good.

The location of the hotel is very good. We provided very easy access to both central museums and out-of-town areas such as Versailles. Sometimes we reached the city center on foot. We had no trouble eating or shopping in the area. There are many markets and restaurants. Having a kitchen in the room was very practical, especially for breakfast. Kitchen supplies and cleaning were also adequate.

It would be great if the room was a few square meters larger. Also, after a person took a shower, they had to wait for hot water again

The place is well located near lots of shops & restaurants. I also like how easy getting in was the communication was so clear & concise please READ the instructions to make sure everything runs smoothly The apartment is so convenient & big enough & had everything you really need & very clean too

very compact apartment but serve the purpose

i have no hot water bad customer service trying to call them on emengency no but no pick up what is the point having an emergency no? i waited till 10am for someone to pick up. they came at 10:45am and cannot fix it apparently the tank was emptied breakfast was served on a tray to your room that I was not told about. I have to walk around the building to look for where do they serve breakfast

Clean and comfortable. I didn't see any staff, I just checked in and out with the self-service machine.

The breakfast was pretty basic, all packaged stuff left in the room before my arrival. Breakfast was not worth the price. There is a kitchenette so I would recommend bringing your own breakfast instead.
