Quite and clean
Knowing it was a studio, there was no cutlery or no kettle. I had to ask for them. No sponge in the kitchen or tea towels. I had to use my paper tissues. The shower was cold and hot .

Lovely location, great area for bars and restaurants
Was quite noisy from the street at night, but very quiet with the windows closed. Just needed them open to stay cool.

Cute, little place with lovely back garden.
Room was tiny for the price, got only one towel for me and my daughter.

A simple hotel. Don’t expect miracles from a one-star place. The room is clean — as much as can be expected. The bed is comfortable. One towel per person. There’s a hairdryer, a wardrobe, and a fridge.
The staircase is narrow, so going up with a suitcase might be tricky. There’s a charming little courtyard where you can sit. The front desk is open 24/7.
A large supermarket is just a minute’s walk away.
Very poor sound insulation. You can hear the neighbors very clearly.

It was a clean and comfortable stay for us
It was quite away from the Center of the Paris but with the value of what we paid for, we were Happy to stay there

Honestly, I was prepared to the worst just by reading all of those reviews from other fellow travelers.
People who book should at this hotel should be aware that it is not a Ritz Carlton presidential suite, but also the price is neither
The staff was very friendly and did their best to help in all the inquiries a guest could have
It is an old style Parisian apart hotel so they have stairs but nothing too extreme.
Bathroom was very clean and I especially appreciated the brand new sink that they've just installed lately.
The room is normal size about 9m2 in size(for those who say it is extemely small should go to Japan, they know for sure what a 4m2 room is 😂. - it smelled pretty good, and the bed sheet and pillows were freshly washed
It is located in a really good neighborhood, literally 10 meters from a local supermarket, eateries, french patisseries.... 22 minute walk from the Beauvais bus and about 1.5-2 hours from the Charlie De Gaulle airport. (with publuc transport, assuming people who come here won't take a rolls royce chauffer drive 😂.
Other than that it was worth every penny, if I'll ever come back to Paris I will certainly take into considerarion booking at the same place..
Greetings,
David

The room is small but enough if you are solo and not staying longer than a few nights. I was there for one night from 22:00 till 10:00 next day..
The service is very good. The guy at the reception speaks English and supported me with translation when I needed help in the parking garage where nobody spoke English.
The location is perfect.
Bathroom/toilet is on the 3rd floor.
$$ Valuable tip $$
You can park your car there on the street for free after 19:00 till 8:00 in the morning.
There is a parking garage 250m from hotel and you can park from 18:00 to 8:00 for €6, and from 8:00 till 18:00 for €20.

Comfortable rooms, well equipped
Didn't know hotel was under renovation ruined the experience slightly and couldn't use shower without water going on floor due to bad placement of shower head

Location is close to metro, near Paris border. The staff is friendly.
No elevator. No facilities, just a bed in a tiny room. Only one towel set for two guests. The bathroom door falls and gets stuck when you close it. No soap/shampoo/shower gel. The night receptionist does not even understand "WATER" in English. Noise of the staircase gets in the room. No trash can in the room. Dusty floor and no slippers.

After some poor ratings this hotel is going through redecorations, which are evident as soon as you enter reception.
Our room was a reasonable size, clean and quiet with new fittings in the bathroom.
The staff were generally friendly and helpful.
.
The location is out of town. Metro stations are about 300 meters away.
The staff were generally helpful apart from the man on duty the day before we left. He blatently refused to get us a taxi for the airport. He gave us a phone number instead which gave me a recorded message in French. He then told us to go outside and get a taxi which proved impossible in such an area. We were left to hump our luggage through 4 stations on the metro and RER.

authentic Parisian residence in a pretty neighborhood
there were some works during our stay, nothing serious

Friendly staff. I got there early and they were very nice and let me keep my luggage there as it was too early to check in. Decent size room. It may not have looked the best, but seemed clean. Quite alright for one night
The walls were quite thin, and a group of girls next to mine were talking and laughing until quite late, which was unfortunate for me as I had to wake up very early the next day.

Room was clean and comfortable, basic but according to expectations.
The bathroom was old and needs an upgrade. The stairswell needs an upgrade and carpeting too.

Staff said they're available 24/7, didn't put it fo test but it's a good thing.
room size was sufficient, and also included small kitchen, fridge and microwave which was very nice.
Bed mattress wasn't great, sunk in. Walls very thin, you can hear everything from the outside -, luckily for me it was pretty quiet most of the nights.
No elevator, but the staff helped with the suitcase.

Location is very good and the staff very helpful and supportive. Modest and clean.
It’s a very simple hotel in Paris, so don’t expect much: wifi not working properly, no lift to rooms, the heating system was either not working or not enough to warm my room up.
