It was super easy to check in + such a nice atmosphere right after stepping in! The staff was more than welcoming and exceptionally friendly throughout the entire stay, I felt extremely welcomed and comfortable. I can only recommend this Hotel and will come back here for my next stay for sure!

Good vibe, clean room, still/sparking water on tap in the lobby, nice shower, comfortable pillows, cozy comforter, nice electric kettle (steel, nor plastic) with good size cups. Great location, steps away from the Louise Michel train station. Our room was ready about an hour before the check-in time, which was a nice bonus. We had no issues with the heat or utilities that others mentioned, the iron radiators worked great!
The only annoyance was that the queen bed in our room was two single mattresses side-by-side, so one could find themselves in a crack in the middle of the night.

Good location & friendly staff
It was cold, and we could not manually adjust the temperature in the room. The room on the first floor, behind reception, was dark and uncomfortable. Noise from outside could be heard easily, there was insufficient lighting, and the windows were painted over to maintain privacy—though this also blocked natural light. Additionally, there were only a few light bulbs placed in random locations. On the day before departure no one cleaned the room.
