Perfect Location but...

The Location is Great, you can find all you need: metro Louise Michel just on the right; Monoprix on front, Eric Kayser Boulangerie also, a pharmacy just in front. Franprix, Carrefour just 2 minutes walking. Normal & Spehora 6 minutes walking Staff are helpful and friendly. A lot of restaurants and brasseries just walking distance, a very nice neighborhood.

Rooms were not that clean. On the surface they appeared clean but there was thick dust in some areas of the room, under the bed in particular and the bathroom wasn't brilliantly clean, despite being newly renovated, like I have found long hair on the bedsheets from previous guest :( No Soundproof, thin walls, the corridor between the rooms is so tight and narrow, so u can hear everything from the other guest’s rooms specially was opening/closing their door. There's no mini fridge (i booked bcoz there is, thought I offered to pay extra to have on e in the room they didn't accept) and no kettle in the room, but u can take coffee from the breakfast room. The manager/the owner, they should make a bit effort to make this hotel deserve a 8 or 9 rating.

We loved it. The staff was verry nice and we felt verry safe in the hotel becouse of the 24 hour reception.

We loved that de metro was only a few steps away from the hotel. The hotelroom was very clean and the bed was always made when we came back in the evening.

A great trip to Paris, but the hotel’s cleanliness and lack of response to our complaint were a major letdown.

The location was convenient, close to the metro and in a nice neighborhood with local restaurants and shops. The area felt safe and was a good base to explore Paris.

The bathroom was in poor condition with mold, a bad smell, and insects. We had to clean it ourselves. Insects were also in the bedroom. No manager was available, and our complaint was never answered. Hygiene and service were disappointing.

Really good location, easy walk to main visit places, metro station really close, supermarkets and restaurants around, room is little but clean and simple, enough for a city break, good breakfast but no variety

Quite clean, nice towels.

The room was tiny and walls are super thin, not soundproof. I could actually hear my neighbour snoring. Also any noise on the corridor was hearable. Breakfast quite poor.

There is no ironing board in the room, neither there is any provision for kettle/tea/coffee. The guy at the reception desk was very rude when I asked for an iron. One could only iron clothes in the evening.

The room, for 4 people, had a loft, there was plenty of space and the beds were very comfy. Everything very clean. The person in the lobby was friendly and helpful. There were 2 restaurants just downstairs. One Chinese and one Kebab, and plenty of other restaurants nearby. Also, 2 groceries just a minute away, and a pharmacy right in front. The metro was about 100 feet away. We were there the weekend, and because of it were able to park in the street for free. During weekdays, you have to go to a parking lot. We did not use it, but I know they cost about 26 euros a day. You might be able to get a 2 or 3 days discount in some of them, so call ahead.

Really, this was a great place. The one thing I would have liked would a been a short-time parking space in front of the lobby of the hotel to get the luggage out of the car, one of those 10 minutes parking spaces reserved for the hotel.
