The room was fair for the price and location was decent. While it differed a bit from the pictures it wasn’t major, just some wear and tear. I would disregard reviews about rude staff, I thought all were pleasant enough. Also, deposit was released the same day.
There was an unpleasant smell in the room. Maybe it was coming from the toilet? Sort of like urine… Housekeeping clearly tried to cover it up with a strong lemon scent but we could still smell it. We paid 60 euro a night so honestly for Paris, this was still worth it, if I paid closer to 100 or over I would not be happy though and if someone is booking for dates with these prices I would not recommend.

nothing horrible location
everything was horrible
the rooms are dirty its in a bad part of town the staff is rude
we initially booked for 5 nights
upon arrival we found that the room did not have a.c....which it was listed as having air conditioning...it had 2 pedestal heaters for the entire unit...had a mini split which did not work
we advised staff of the issue and they said to let it run for a couple hours to warm up...we let it run and it was unbearable we left and will be asking for a full refund for the 1 night we were charged for

Plenty of room, good laundry service, well stocked kitchen, quiet
Squeaky doors, it was a little cold, the parking garage was very difficult for a larger vehicle - the exit was very tight even for a small vehicle.

My stay was fine, but still don’t recommend because of the terrible deposit refund experience.
I paid the deposit in Cash, but they told me they would refund it to me via bank transfer when checking out, which doesn’t happen later.
It’s very disappointing that I have to keep messaging, emailing, calling them to ask my own money back, but get barely responses after three weeks.

Additionally- really friendly helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.
No real issues- it is just outside the ring road so to get to the major monuments between 30-50 minutes combination walking and metro but obviously cheaper than the centre- we found it no problem but get pre-organised (always important for a Paris trip any way).

Since I had to be in Clichy it has been quite well located. There is a bakery across the street and a 24/7 shop just next to the train station. The room had a stove, fridge and other amenities, so that restaurants are not necessary. However, there are plenty of hotels in the nearby area.
The whole establishment looks to a certain degree somewhat lived-in. The AC could not be regulated and was centrally set to 25 degrees. During the whole stay there was no room service.

nothing
The staff were not helpful at all.

We arrived from the Uk on Tuesday. When we arrived at the hotel we are greeted by one word only “passport”. No welcome or enjoy your stay. The man at reception seemed more busy texting on his phone then greeting his clients. The pillows and mattresses weren’t comfortable at all. Breakfast was standard and not worth the money as there wasn’t much options to pick from.
Some reception staff, bed, pillows and breakfast… not really worth the money.

The room has everything what is necessary. Bed is comfortable. Location of the hotel is great to explore the city.
Towels are not changed during 4 nights stay.

The placement of the hotel was good and the staff was nice but did talk little english. There was aircondioning
The hotel was ok for the little money we paid. But would we book again, no.
The shower was alwasy either Hot or Cold. The bathroom was dirty and the kitchen also. The bed was very Hard and we had diffulty sleeping there. The hotel also had a very dirty vibe to it. The Doors had bangs and marks on it and not very well painted.

The studio was clean, big and quiet, didn’t hear any noise from the street. The air conditioning worked well, although was centrally regulated. Kitchen was well equipped, comfortable mattresses, pillows, new and functional shower. Shops and cheap cafes nearby.
Location: 40 min by metro from the main attractions because the metro station is also 10-15 min walk away. Try to check the bus, it may be more convenient. The reception is not always responsive to requests. We had no shower gel and it wasn’t provided upon double request.

Great location for our visit to Paris. Close enough to metro stations and bus stops and great to be able to leave the car in a safe and secure car park. Good breakfasts, lovely apartment.
Entrance / exit to car park, if using it take great care especially in a British Car as there is a 90 degree corner to get out. I got a bump on the left hand side from a post when trying to get the right angle.

24hour reception, free brita filtered water in lobby, free luggage weight scale in lobby, quiet rooms, room darkening drapes. good pots and fry pans as well as place settings. clean room and comfy beds, affordable laundry on site and you dont even need detergent as the machines use the environmental soap from internal dispenser. easy to recycle everything I needed to, glass, cans, paper and batteries, all on site.
I keep returning to this same hotel, because it is great value, safe and clean. If I have to comment on anything it is that it would be helpful to have a button to open the fire door you must pass through when dragging your luggage from the elevator through to the outer reception area. The door opens inwards / towards you and that is awkward when you must step backwards and rollling your luggage.

Room was clean, staff was nice, and location is good!
On first night one of the late night staff members seemed to dodge queries regarding AC not working in the room. At first, they said they will look into it asap, then when asked about it after few hours, the same staff member seemed to act like they didn't know what I was talking about. Probably the staff member was new or only for night duty as didn't see them much in the morning. In the morning, when asked about the issue to the morning staff member, they looked into and fixed the issue asap.

low cost , but still no value for money,
not recommended for families.

very few choices in breakfast.
we had to make our own breakfast, staff did not help much.
one neighbour did not get proper blankets

Staff always available and most were very responsive. On the whole their English skills were good.
There was an excellent seafood restaurant just across the road called Marina.
It was further from the city centre than expected so travel time on the metro took out a large part of our day. Also the metro trains were extremely crowded and cramped. The old Clichy hotel was closer to the centre. One
Of the reception staff was not so good with the English language and he seemed rather unwilling to assist us, but all the others were efficient and helpful.

modern feel and very clean
on check out day before our check out time, a cleaner Bardged into our room whilst we were still packing up.

Location is Perfect for me as my business is located in Clichy. Metro stations & RER are so close, 5 minuets walk.
Many restaurants in the area
Staff are nice
Rooms are well equipped
Wi-Fi is very good
It needs to be a bit cleaner, the doors on the way to the elevator need paint.
Towels need to be replaced, it has been used for years & the quality became so bad.
Quality of shampoo is really bad, no shampoo can be used for hands, body shower gel & hair at the same time.
TV is all in French, we need some channels in Englich, like news, sports & movies
Thank you

Not worth of money paid. Absolutely unhygienic apartment. Poor breakfast spread.

It wasn't too rough of an area, had a laundry on site and breakfast if you wanted to pay for it. Not much else that I liked.
This hotel didn't see my booking and they spent a long time on the computer trying to check me in. I realise that this was because they didn't have a room for me. Instead of offering me my money back or giving me a choice on the issue they placed me in a room that shouldn't have been used. There was no aircon working so it was really hot with no airflow unless you want to listen to loud trucks all night, shower flooded everywhere, some lights in the bathroom didn't work, no tea/coffee or kettle just a coffee pot that only slightly warmed the water. Bed was rock hard
Some man walked straight into my room without knocking to fix something, I wasn't told that this would be happening and they didn't even knock whilst I was getting changed.
The location is far from everything, you have to walk 10-15 mins for the metro or catch a bus with already purchased tickets.
The hallways and elevator area is really creepy and run down.
We were there for four nights, no-one checked if we wanted or rooms cleaned/serviced, we weren't provided with towels in the room from day one. We payed alot to stay here though I saw signs in the lobby that you get a discount for this many days though I wasn't even offered a free breakfast or anything.
Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I stay in alot.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The room was fine. The good thing that we had a small kitchen with a fridge as well as some utensils (cups, forks, spoons, pots, etc.) A small supermarket is around 5 minutes away. Two metro stations are 7 minutes away so it is easy to get to the city center. The neighborhood is very quiet. Also it was a bit cold so we used AC to make the room warm. The staff is very friendly and understanding.
When we arrived, we couldn not open the main door as you should know the password. On one hand, it is a good thing that other people cannot come in. But on the other, when we arrived, we had to wait outside for other people to let us in. We left our luggage at the hotel as the room was not ready and it was 8 am. We thought that there is a special room, where usually people can leave their bags. In this case it was a corner on the right from the reception behind the glass door. Luckily, nothing was stolen or damaged. Also, when we were getting ready to move out (the time was 10 am, so we had an hour to collect our belongings) someone from the hotel opened the door to our room. Apparently, they wanted to clean it, but we had not checked out yet. We were taken aback by it. Personally, we found it inappropriate.

Room was nice with a good setting.
Price of breakfast is 11euro pp per night so it would have cost 44euro for 2 nights.

Room was exactly like the photo given in the site. It was loaded with kitchen utensils. Over all was good
There were several hairs in the bedsheet and pillows cover. When I show the hotel staff, they gave me a washed set of pillow covers and bedsheet which I had to change by myself. Moreover, nobody will clean the room during your stay, I booked for 7 days 6 nights and nobody came to clean the room during my stay.
