Less than bare minimum

Nice area, accessible by transit but a bit far from the city. Bed was comfy and the kichenette was handy. Was nice to have laundry machines that were available 24/7. Was there on new year's eve and had a small peek of the fireworks at midnight.

Minimal amenities (one kind of soap for everything, no facial tissues or anything else) and the soap holder in the shower was broken. Bathroom sink drain was clogged before arrival, no cleaning services for the entirety of my stay (I think it's at extra cost, as for much of the services they offer). Heavily advertise a wide selection for breakfast but the one time I went to look there was not much available and no staff around to ask - cheaper to just go to the bakeries around the block anyway, if they're open. Hallway had a weird smell and shower door made a screeching noise. The cabinets in the kitchenette have no handles so I had to get creative with opening them if I needed to access anything.

Nice spot to be in Paris

A safe, comfortable stay for the price. Easy to use public transportation including busses, trains (train station 5 minute walk) and connecting metro. Breakfast better than most included breakfasts in Europe. A very nice stay for 5 nights

Lovely hotel

Its a very nice place reminds me of Premier Inn in the UK. Easy to get to as near a train station, but I was staying with family very close to it so a 10 minute walk. There bed wasn't to comfortable so wanted a good nights sleep before I went home the next day. And this hotel have me that.

Only one small thing the key card didn't work when I got to my room.

A short stay in a busy city.

The space was just enough for two people. It wasn’t too large or too small, just enough. The location was really good for us with a metro just a 5 minute walk away. The staff were also very kind. Every time we needed something, they assisted us very well.

The accommodation was adequate in every way. Everything in the room and bathroom was covered. Great to have the kitchen unit and all it provided. I don't have any negative comments, only praise for a comfortable stay. Thank you.

The fact your accommodation was far from the city. It took sometimes a long time to discover how to use the Metro and this was frustrating. Also there isn't much in the area for tourists which is unfortunate. It is more a residential area.

It was close to trains and on a relatively quiet street. Room for 2 nights was good value. The staff were very helpful and always on hand

Staff for the first night was really rude…they said I paid fir 2 rooms which I didn’t and they charged me city fee for 2 rooms…even when I show my book from booking confirming I have only one booking…they refused to check and they said it was problem with booking.com

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The apartment was centrally located, and the room was clean and spacious. The receptionist was warm and welcoming, which made check-in smooth and friendly.

The only thing I would suggest is adding a small fan in the room, especially now that the weather is getting hotter. That would make the stay even more comfortable.

Big space but too hot and poorly advertised

Room was spacious, good neighbourhood

Booked a double bed as was advertised and received twin beds, when I told the receptionist she was unhelpful and rude. The room had no blinds despite the sunrise beaming into the room first thing in the morning, hindering sleep and making it too hot to stay inside especially considering there’s no air conditioner. disappointing as I specifically booked so me and my partner could celebrate her birthday.

The location is perfect near to the railway station about 2 min and from there 2 stops to central station and metro!

For staying 4 nights we haven’t got any clean towels or changing the bed sheets.

Great price, good if you come by car, very good sleep

Very comfortable beds, super dark and quiet at night - slept so good. Car park in private park garage = super!

In the evenings the connections with public transport from the city centre were a bit more complicated (and longer) than during the day.

Staff were very friendly & helpful. Beds were comfortable & room was clean. Felt safe & secure. Good parking.

The hallway was very hot so the room was unbareably hot (in winter). We had to leave the window open which meant we had the street noise & it still wasn’t cool enough. Didn’t supply soap. Only left 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 people, for 5 days. We were able to easily ask for more but it is embarrassing & sometimes inconvenient. The room wasn’t as big or stylish as the website photos.

room included a kitchenette with microwave oven. vending machines in lobby was convenient. located near train station. very friendly and helpful staff. stowed our luggage after check out an extra five hours to allow us to sightsee.
