Decent hotel, nice location

Great location, nice safe area. Good shops and local restaurants. Staff were friendly and accommodating

Quite a basic hotel. No restaurant or tea making facilities in the bedroom. Had to ask for a kettle.

It had a lovely big window that could open fully. There was lots of French tourism leaflets. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was no kettle facility in the room. Breakfast was not included in the high price.

Superb

I stay here regularly and it is always a joy. The team are so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel is old fashioned but spotlessly clean with very comfy beds and powerful hot showers. For the money it is great value.

The staff were really helpful and friendly, there was Underground parking and it was close to amenities.

There were no drinking amenities in the room, e.g. tea and coffee and we had to pay for a breakfast which consisted of only one croissant.

Despite the fact that the hotel was supposed to be non-smoking, it was very smoky! Could smell cigarette smoke in the lobby and in the hallways.

Nice stuff but the bed sheets were of bad quality, pillows very uncomfortable, no AC and noisy area

The staff was so kind and available 24/24, the room was clean

The sheets quality was very bad, the kind of quality that even hostels don't use. It makes you feel the heat even more. and We got winter blanket while it was one of the hottest days in summer. The pillows were very uncomfortable and hard to sleep on. There was no air conditioning and it was a very hot day and night. The room had an old ventilator that makes a lot of noise once you put it on and it was not optimal because it only cause us to be sick next morning. The area of the hotel was very noisy

Quiet, pleasant neighborhood

A pleasantly quiet neighborhood away from the crowds and noise of central Paris. The room was well sized for Parisian conditions and the bathroom as well. The metro station was within walkable distance.

Everything was clean and very comfortable, it was a good area to stay.

wifi connection it’s really bad, they need to fix it as soon as possible. Front desk staff doesn’t speak English, so communication is really difficult for no French speakers.

Would stay again

Family run hotel who go above and beyond to ensure comfort. Not a speck of dust could be found and can honestly say would stay at this hotel again if ever back in Paris.

Is this the most modern hotel? No, but it shouldn't detract from how clean the hotel is.

Gracious staff that went above and beyond. Rooms were small but clean and a good value for the price

The staff were so so helpful! they went above and beyond

The leaving and returning situation was a little odd having to turn in the keys. When we needed to leave early in the morning the front door was locked and I had to wake someone up to let us out.
