Modern lobby. Concierge were helpful.
Most of the staff were inadequately trained and never enough staff scheduled. Housekeeping start entering your room at 0800 without knocking. Bathroom floods after each shower. elevators do not work well. Breakfast is awkwardly arranged.

The location is great and the staff tries to do their best.
The hotel is under renovation and many issues during our stay. Noisy due ti renovation; The shower had only burning water, common spaces were not that clean, no private space for meetings. The price in those periods of renovation should be lower to balance the inconvenience.
