Great location but due to renovation, our stay was not that pleasant.

The location is great and the staff tries to do their best.

The hotel is under renovation and many issues during our stay. Noisy due ti renovation; The shower had only burning water, common spaces were not that clean, no private space for meetings. The price in those periods of renovation should be lower to balance the inconvenience.

Price was good and facilities mainly bidet in the bathroom is very important for us as muslim Loopy is big and nice decoration Walking distance to the shamplezua was reasonable which was 15-20 minutes

Any sound in the corridor you feel like they are in your room No staff in the reception early in the morning, we need to go to the airport at 5:00am , we have to do self check out but the problem after we left the room we forgot some thing in the room while we left doors key in the room , so there was no way to get them and we left the hotel without finding some one to help in that

The hotel is located on the center of the city, very closed to the Arc of the Triumph and a walking distance from the Eiffel Tower. There are many restaurants around the hotel.

It is all about the Location

Since Mariott Bonvoy took over there is a decline of Meridien, they still advertise about Valet Parking when there is none and they don’t own a parking any longer , it is now Indigo the new owner so the parkings spaces are public and one must be very careful now A lamp needs some repair, silicon in the bathroom siphon in the sink not performant and worst no warm water by the sink, how can one hotel charge so much for such low quality? We have been customers from Meridien since over 3 decades That is the reason we see the difference of quality

Horrible experience: -assigned the worse room at the corner of 2nd floor. Tiny bed and tiny room even though the hotel was not fully occupied. - room too cold because of the facade (cold air coming from the aluminum handle taken out) - no hygene bags in toilet, and for 2 nights cleaning staff did not bother to fill it or the trash bag - i used the bathrobe because of the cold after shower, and the next day it was taken out and not replaced. Not sure how much the staff is motivated to work or lack of supervision - coffee nescafe sachets not replaced after 1st night. - my colleague had his complimentary bottle replaced after 1st night, for me i was told to go fill it in filtered water machine in the far hallway. Overall horrible experience and lack of attention to small details from staff. We paid around 300 euros per night.
