Overall good but unsure about value for money or worth of suite.

1. Very late checkin (suite not allocated before 1600hrs!!!). Made to change clothes - had an important meeting 3:30pm - in a bathroom instead of being offered a private room where we could do so. 2. Party with loud music and tapping of shoes allowed to go on in one of the rooms (3214) above our suite. Date Friday 30/01. Situation reported to reception but took almost one hour to bring under control despite showing video of the loud music to reception.

I didn't like the clearness the property they, overcharge me, they didn't respect what booking said that they were going to charge. The breakfast was always the same. We wait too long to be able to check in.

I would happily stay at the Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile again and will recommend to others

Room was more than adequate with views out towards Eiffel Tower. It was spacious and comfortable and bathroom a good size. My only concern was that the bathroom has a shower over the bath tub and no handrail to assist the user. Location was great near Arc de Triomphe for sightseeing buses and metro nearby Breakfast was delicious and a wide choice of foods for different palates

Not worth the price

The hotel is well kept, clean and tidy. The breakfast is good.

The eiffel tower view isn't exactly what you expect. The first room they gave me had a view on the pipes of the congress center, when I asked to change it the other room had a partial view. To see it you had to stand opposite the bed a tilt your head ! so watch out, you could have a view on something else. You can only change the temperature of the room by 3 degrees max, not more, so hope the temperature they chose for you is ok.

The location was great. The room was spacious and clean.

Thank you for the complimentary water bottles but larger water bottles would be more appropriate. There was also no room to put larger luggages.

Hmm, nothing unfortunately!

Elevator stress, no any possibility to can take the stairs until lobby level!!! So small and tight room!!! No walking shower!!! No fifficult at morning go for breakfast!! No sorry even breakfast are not for a level for a 5 star hotel!!

Most bad stay in a Hyatt in Paris

Location and direct access at congress

I received the most bad room. Really thinny, small, no walking shower, no any usual accessory to clean the toilet. Going down with elevators was a nightmare as you spend long long time before you was able to reach lobby level!! No any possibility to take the stairs!! Roof bar impossible to visit, always private party or totally over growded. My most bad experience in a Hyatt hotel. Price really high for this poor service received.

Great stay

Loved our stay! Staff were super friendly, rooms were very comfortable and the view of the Eiffel Tower is amazing! Very close to metro and walking distance to fabulous restaurants. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Paris and would highly recommend it.

Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and professional. Hotel is safe. Close to transport and easily accessible. Would definitely utilise the hotel again and recommend it.

The room had instant coffee, I would enjoy if the room had a small Nespresso machine.
