Location was great. Very close to Metro Station Dupleix and 1 station away from.Tour Eiffel. Lots of restaurants and eating options closeby The reception staff were very polite. Special thanks to Mr David He gave us lots of tips and information and also gave us a Navigo card which we loaded to commute the metro. We stay here again
Lifts are small and slow. But its still great considering most hotels in Europe may not have lifts

We both very much enjoyed the central location of the Timhotel Tour Eiffel.
The staff were terrific, very friendly and always accomodating to our needs, in particular ordering us a taxi on our final day.
They regularly checked in on how we were enjoying our stay too.
We will be coming back in the future for sure.

Before I booked the room, I inquired about accessible rooms, but I didn’t fully understand if all of them were already reserved, especially since it was very short notice—just one week before our trip. I was informed that there were four accessible rooms available, which gave me hope, and I was also told that the hotel had a lift.
When we arrived, we were greeted by a very nice lady who assured us that the room had already been paid for, as I had requested to settle the payment at the hotel. We only needed to pay €11 for the city tax, so I thought nothing more of it.
However, when I saw the lift, I was taken aback by how small it was. I knew my electric wheelchair wouldn’t fit, but luckily I can fold it down. Both my husband and I fit in the lift, and two ladies at the reception kindly managed to fit my wheelchair inside and sent it up to us. Unfortunately, the hallways were too narrow for my chair, so my husband had to lift it down the hall since it wouldn’t fit otherwise. Electric Wheelchairs are incredibly heavy, but we had no choice at this point.
When we finally reached our room, I discovered that it was very small and lacked any accessibility features. I went back down to reception to explain that I had requested an accessible room and offered to show my email confirmation. The receptionist apologized and informed me that there were no more accessible rooms available. I felt disappointed with the entire situation. We paid a lot of money for one night, and the room was dirty and not what I had requested.
When checking out the next day, we were told that we had to pay again. I explained that the lady had informed us the room was already paid for, and that we only needed to pay the €11 city tax, which we had done. I had to check my banking app to ensure we were not being charged twice.
I took pictures of the narrow hallway, the small lift, and the tray with the kettle and cups for tea and coffee.

If you want to be close to Eiffel Tower, then the location is perfect. The area was nice and I felt safe. The staff was good and welcoming.
My room was next to the elevator and I could hear it at the night, but it wasn’t that big deal for me.

Very tiny room

Clean, comfortable sized room, provided toiletries.
Hairdryer broken, our room was basically in reception, breakfast didn’t have enough option, communal garden right outside our room meaning had to keep curtains shut the whole time, staff could’ve been more friendly
6.0 / 10.0
The hotel was walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and to the train station and cafes.
As with most of the accommodation in Paris, the room was exceptionally small. Very crowded with two people in the room, suitcases and very little cupboard space. The bathroom was so small, if you closed the toilet door, your knees would hit the door. Bed is only a double. Quiet claustrophobic.

It was a few blocks walk to the Eiffel Tower, one block to the metro, in an area with restaurants and shops of all kinds, the staff was very kind and helpful. Great attention to details with in room amenities.
The elevator was very tiny, the hallways seemed unsafe like the floor was crumbling. The room & bathroom tight.

Good location mediocre breakfast
My recent experience at Tim Hotel was an absolute nightmare, and I would caution anyone considering this establishment to think twice. From the moment I arrived, it became evident that this hotel fell far short of even the most basic standards of quality and service.
The first glaring issue was the giant hole in the floor leading to the room. This was not only a safety hazard but also a shocking display of negligence on the part of the hotel management. It created an immediate sense of unease and discomfort, and it was clear that proper maintenance was not a priority for Tim Hotel.
The poor insulation in the rooms was another major letdown. It felt as if the walls were made of paper, as every noise from the corridor and adjacent rooms infiltrated our space. Sleep was nearly impossible, and the constant disturbances left us feeling exhausted and frustrated throughout our stay. It's utterly unacceptable for a hotel to neglect such a fundamental aspect of guest comfort. You can basically hear when someones phone is ringing one floor down.
Adding insult to injury, the staff at Tim Hotel were consistently poor and rude. Their lack of professionalism and indifference towards guest concerns were evident from the moment we arrived. Our requests for assistance or even basic courtesy were met with disdain and a complete lack of empathy. It's disheartening to encounter such subpar customer service, which only amplified the disappointment we felt.
Furthermore, the absence of proper sealing around the doors was a significant breach of privacy. It was distressing to realize that anyone passing by could effortlessly see inside our room. The lack of attention to this basic security measure reflects the hotel's disregard for guest safety and privacy.
In conclusion, my experience at Tim Hotel was a total disaster.

Location is excellent and very close to the Metro which allowed us to travel around to the sites easily and very cheaply. Walking was a good option too because of the ideal location.
