    We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was in a great location, close proximity to the Eiffel Tower, the metro station, a grocery store and a lovely restaurant called La Cantine Lourmel. Bring earplugs as it can be a bit loud outside but that’s a given in a city. The breakfast was just ok. Wasn’t really happy with the amenities in the room. There was no milk, despite asking for it at reception and also leaving a note for the housekeeper. I guess they must have ran out. Our kettle didn’t work, although we got another one when we asked. There was no body wash, we brought some with us but we did run out during our trip and had to buy more. No plugs near the bed which was annoying. Housekeeping was great, bed changed and towels/toilet roll replenished each day. There’s a free water machine available which was great. The only other thing was that our room was right next to the stairs. This was an absolute pain that even with earplugs we were still woken up almost every night with loud inconsiderate guests going up and down at all hours of the night. This isn’t really the hotel’s fault and they probably would have moved us if we complained but we had already settled in and didn’t want to be a nuisance. The rooms definitely aren’t soundproof. Also, there was no balcony or terrace in our room. We thought there would be one as it’s listed in the room features. Overall though it was a really great hotel for the price, staff were lovely and I really loved the building which was true Parisian glory!

    I booked with breakfast but when I reached they said breakfast is not included and took city tax of 23 Euro. Lift is very very small and so also room. Extremely small. I dont know its fault of Agoda or Timhotel but my experience was worst. I will never recommed anyone to stay in that hotel.

    We will definitely stay here again. One notable thing is that the elevator is small, if you have luggages you might need to go 1:1 — the location and staff are 10/10

    Very disappointing stay. There was visible mould around one of the shower heads, and it took around two days for the hotel to address it. Thankfully there was another shower option, but the shower was still faulty, with water not flowing properly from some sections and spraying everywhere from others. More concerningly, a cleaner unexpectedly entered my room early in the morning while I was sleeping, despite me not putting out the “Clean Room” sign or requesting housekeeping. On another day, I specifically put out the “Do Not Disturb” sign, yet housekeeping still knocked/banged on my door asking if I wanted service. This made me extremely uncomfortable about my privacy. The room was also extremely small, dusty and had an unpleasant smell. The window did not close properly, which made me feel unsafe. My key card repeatedly failed, and at one point I had to go up and down more than six times within minutes just to access my room. The lift is also extremely small. The staff were generally friendly, but this does not make up for the cleanliness, privacy, security and maintenance issues. I genuinely dreaded returning to the hotel each night. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.
