I would like to share a fair, honest, and non-judgmental review based on our personal experience during our stay. Location – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the Eiffel Tower, restaurants, and train stations. This was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Accessibility – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for transparency The owner was upfront about the hotel not having a lift and that guests would need to carry their own luggage. While this was clearly communicated, it is something guests—particularly elderly people or those travelling with heavy luggage—should consider before booking. Room Size & Comfort – ⭐⭐ The room was quite small and felt crowded, although the bed itself was comfortable. Customer Service – ⭐⭐ Unfortunately, our experience with customer service was disappointing. We found one of the staff members, who was frequently working the evening/closing shift, to be quite unwelcoming and unhelpful when we raised concerns. We would have appreciated a more professional and accommodating approach. Room Condition & Housekeeping – ⭐ The room was extremely warm during our stay. There was no remote control available for the air conditioning, and when we asked about adjusting the temperature, we were unable to obtain a remote to make the room more comfortable. We also experienced a lack of regular housekeeping during our stay. Towels and bed linen were not changed, the room was not cleaned, and there were no suitable rugs or bath mats, which made the bathroom area potentially slippery and difficult to navigate when wet. The toilet also required better cleaning. Value for Money – ⭐⭐ Considering the price we paid, we expected a higher standard of room condition, housekeeping, and customer service. Overall The location is definitely a major advantage, particularly for visitors wanting to stay close to the Eiffel Tower and public transport. However, based on our personal experience, there were several areas that could be significantly improved, particularly housekeeping, room temperature, cleanliness, and customer service. I would recommend that elderly guests or anyone with mobility difficulties carefully consider the lack of a lift and the number of stairs before booking. Overall, unfortunately, our experience did not meet the standard we expected for the price, and we would personally choose different accommodation for our next visit to Paris.

Smallest place of our trip across Europe. If you don’t need much space it’s a great value. Otherwise the steps up with your luggage can get tiring

- Nice location with reasonable price BUT - No staff service, always absent (during the mentioned the operation time) - No hairdryer, no replacement during our 4 nights stay - they have listed the store luggage service (NOT free, need to pay) but when we check-out (during their service time the mentioned near reception door) , the door of reception was locked, no one here then we rang the bell to get connect with the staff, she said no this store luggage service. It made we are so surprised and ruin our planning. Then asked her any store luggage service around, she just told us to check it by internet ourself, SO weird for her irresponsible. NEVER come back again
