The hotel was opposite a metro station which was amazing for getting around, and the Eiffel tower was about a 15 min walk away. There were loads of restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean, well equipped and comfortable. The windows could be opened fully. The water was hot and there was a safe and fridge and a useful auto light which came on when you walked past giving a low level light if you got up at night. The staff on reception were lovely always.
The metro came past my room at window height and with the window open the curtains could not be pulled making it a bit exposed. The air conditioning was not yet operating and it was too hot with the window closed. They did provide a table top fan. The breakfast was adhoc, good choices but poor restocking and odd shaped small plates!

The location is perfect for access to Eiffel Tower and metro
We had a “Do not disturb” sign on the door and were out during the day, we left a RFID card in the room to keep power going while we were out to charge devices, we got back to the room and found someone had entered and my RFID card was missing, staff were not helpful in identifying whom entered the room or where the card was!
And on the morning of departure there was no hot water so a cold shower in winter was not the best

Location next to metro
Lift worked 50 % of the time and looking at previous reviews this has been going on for years
Would be unsuitable for people with walking difficulties as we had to use the stairs several times
