2nd time here, but now last!

The location is perfect for access to Eiffel Tower and metro

We had a “Do not disturb” sign on the door and were out during the day, we left a RFID card in the room to keep power going while we were out to charge devices, we got back to the room and found someone had entered and my RFID card was missing, staff were not helpful in identifying whom entered the room or where the card was! And on the morning of departure there was no hot water so a cold shower in winter was not the best

Amazing weekend away to Paris

We were very grateful to be upgraded to a room with a view of Eiffle tower for my daughters birthday. They also left her a lovely birthday message and gift. These gestures made our trip so special. The staff were lovely and wanted to make our stay comfortable

It was in a great location with good transport links, restaurants and cafe’s. Also walking distance (under 10 minutes) to the Eiffel Tower.

Perfect Paris Hotel for short stay

Location - off metro line 6 and cross the road. Walk to see the Eiffel tower and surrounded by places to eat, drink and watch the world go by. Size - by Paris comparison the rooms are airy, light and a good size. Helpful staff - it is Paris! 2nd time I've stayed here and will again.

It was clean and functional.

Certain staff attitudes- not all staff. Asked for some milk to have a cup of tea, and the attitude was not helpful. We did get the milk but felt bad as if we had somehow put the staff member out somehow.

Amazing location, 15 min walk from Eiffel Tower. We had a room with a view straight to the Eiffel and it was perfect. Also they have a garage, which is amazing.

Location was good. We were upgraded to an Eiffel view and the view was great.

The room was very rundown. The wallpaper was coming away from the walls and the carpets were horribly stained. My husband asked for an iron which tore his expensive shirt as it was broken at the end.

Very run down rooms & facilities that didn't match expectations from a 4 star hotel.

The staff were friendly. The breakfast was nice and accommodating to my dietary restrictions.

The room was so run down, Marks all over the wall, paint peeling in the bathroom and black mold on the bathroom ceiling. This was not satisfactory. There wasn't a robe or slippers for a 4 star hotel this was awful . Sheets also had marks over them. The lift didn't work properly and the door wouldn't close. There were ants crawling all over the entrance to it. I took the stairs. The gym didn't have a single free weight in it.

Everything was great during our stay.

Everything went great during our stay. Beds were comfortable, room was spacious and clean, staff was amazing. They answered all our questions in a courteous way. That includes the front desk staff, cleaning staff, and cafeteria staff. Location is great. A few minutes walk to the Eiffel tower. There's a train station in front of the hotel. We could see the station, but we didnt have any noise issues. The area was also great to walk to cafes and restaurants. Felt super safe walking around and coming back walking to the hotel even past midnight. Will stay here agin iif we come back to Paris!

A wonderful hotel - you will like it!

Friendly and wonderful staff. The desk clerk took extra time and effort to walk with us to the metro ticket office across the street to resolve ticket issues. We are so grateful! I'm sorry we did not get your name, but your kindness is so much appreciated! Hotel is a great value for Paris. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower, even a view of it from our room! Metro station literally steps from the hotel, a well stocked Monoprix just down the street, live markets on Sunday and Wednesday under the Metro, good breakfast, comfortable rooms. We loved it.

Not worth it

Just a rip-off hotel! No elevators, no services, nothing really worth it.

I paid an extra €50 per night for a "Privilege room" (a far view from the Eiffel tour), and I actually have paid extra money to suffer! There was no lift working ANY day of my stay, only the last day. So I paid extra money to go up 5 FLOORS of stairs! The room was so hot we had to sleep with the window open and noise from outside because, they said, this time of the year (End of April) they DO NOT turn air-condition on! Room service? Water? Forget it, you order, but they NEVER bring it to you. Parking? Extra €25 per night. There is NOTHING at this place that justifies the price. I will definitely request a partial refund for this bad experience.

Served its purpose well and was comfortable

Room was warm. Couldn’t see any air conditioning so we opened the window. The breakfast was basic. Cooked option was poor. Not enough to serve the hotel. Better if they could take a hot food option order. Cannot boil eggs. The facility was not working. Some tables are inadequate for breakfast as the room is probable used for others purpose at times. Layout of the room can be improved. Plates need to be larger for hot food.Lift wasn’t working.
