Close to the Eiffel Tower
When you pay $555 for a room, and get put in a ADA room (handi-cap) room with low bed and no shower doors or walls, it is not what I reserved. The Frame Restaurant service was less than par. I could never get a waiter to come to the table for another drink, then had to waive him down to get the bill. The prices on the menu were much different than on the bill. I witnessed another person challenge their bill as well. Not impressed for a higher end hotel.

The staff truly deserves special recognition. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. The team was attentive, proactive, and clearly focused on making our stay as comfortable as possible. Their thoughtful approach and attention to details made a noticeable difference and left a very positive impression.
In particular, we would like to thank Sabria, Lya, and Jeff at the reception for their outstanding support. They were professional, friendly, and always ready to help with any request. Their excellent service and customer-oriented attitude really stood out.
Breakfasts were excellent as well. Special thanks to Fernando, who warmly welcomes guests every morning. In addition to great coffee, you can order a freshly prepared traditional French omelet with cheese and sausage, which is a lovely touch and a perfect start to the day.
Overall, a great hotel with high standards of service. Highly recommended.

Location
The service level is way below average for a hotel that charges $550 per night. Had to call 3 times at 6:00 PM to get clean towels but still never arrived.

Besides the view, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my stay
No pool or spa but it’s amazing other than that

Terrible experience. The lobby and restaurant were impressive and the food was good, but the rooms were a major disappointment. The room I was given was small and felt more like a motel or hostel. The bed was small, the covers were lumpy, and the floors were stained. When I requested a different room, I was met with attitude. I waited two hours with no resolution and ultimately had to cancel my reservation, and I was not refunded. Overall, a horrible stay and unacceptable service. I won’t return.

Excellent location, even more so the staff. Ms Leonnie is a super star and so was the night receptionist who made our early departure a breeze
The rooms are well beyond their lifespan. Chipped corners and furniture, burn marks at the carpet and a clearly not well cleaned toilet is not what you expect paying 500 euro a night excluding breakfast

The location is perfect if you are looking to explore the Eiffel Tower.
Fernando by the breakfast area was the ONLY person who made me give this property a higher rating.
Checking in. The staff were rude and only interested in getting the city tax. I wasn’t even offered a hot chocolate upon arrival. I had to show my travel document to three different people and two different people wanted to charge me the city tax. Surely it reflects on your system? I did not get help with my bags from the taxi to the door and my wife and child had to stay outside with the bags. Eventually we just sat in reception, and nobody came to call us when our room was ready. Upon leaving, staff was much friendlier but nobody assisted with getting a taxi. I did not feel any personal touch from this hotel.

The location was the best part, the staff was very welcoming!! Beautiful and well managed
The beds was horrible ! They was hard and felt like laying in the floor, I went to a bnb and their bed was softer not to be rude in anyway

I liked that we got the room we paid for
however, we were placed at the end of the floor (travelling with a toddler) and the wall was deteriorated, which ruined the view we paid for. Also haven’t recovered my deposit 🙃

Lovely helpful staff
Perfect location
didn’t like that in the bar having spent 50 euros that we then couldn’t sit down and were turned away from the VIP area. We were never given the option of entering the VIP area when we got to the bar reception

The location is more than perfect
I booked a room with tower view, ended up with the last room in the building which have a partial view of the head of Eiffel tower

Area was great, very nice and helpful staff.
The size of the room was big and nice, and the bathroom was spacious compared to other hotels and rooms in Paris. What I really didn’t like was that the rooms were very old — the walls were peeling, the carpet was dirty and worn out, and in many places, it was torn and frayed along the edges. That really turned me off about this room. I only booked it because it had a good view, but I later realized that not all rooms in this hotel have a full or proper view of the Eiffel Tower. For a room that costs around $1,000 per night with such limited facilities, I don’t think it’s worth paying just for the view.

The hotel’s location is unbeatable, offering a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower. The staff were friendly and professional, and the breakfast at the restaurant was delicious with a great variety. The overall atmosphere was elegant, making our stay special and memorable.
While the view is exceptional, the room size does not justify the high price — it feels overpriced for what is offered.
Additionally, even though my stay included breakfast, I was charged both a delivery fee and the full price of the breakfast when I ordered room service. The staff explained that the included breakfast is only valid at the restaurant, which is surprising and unacceptable. Why should I pay twice for breakfast? Especially since I only managed to benefit from the included breakfast for one day during my stay

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days for the second time
One day the electricity in the room was cut off
The air conditioner in the room did not turn off at all. When we asked, they said that the air conditioning system is integrated
The bathroom sink was not draining, we asked the hotel to fix it and they came and checked and said there is no problem

But we were able to get in early thanks

We booked a room with Eiffel Tower view for two nights after staying at The Hoxton for two nights prior.
View is as expected and it was nice to have an evening where we could see the grand finale of tower lights without sitting on the lawn closer to tower.
Lobby is also clean and updated. The pros end here.
AC does not work. Lowest setting is 10 degrees Celsius on the dial (did not even try to set it that low, we tried to keep it at 20c when getting ready and sleeping). It must have been actual temp 24-26 which is not refreshing after walking around in the heat all day.
Balcony doors do not open from outside so you have to sit with the window open.
No silverware or wine glasses provided which we had at every other 4-star property we stayed at in Paris and the rest of France - there were flimsy wooden coffee stirrers but not even a spoon for coffee. Feels cheap for a €750+ a night room.
Carpets were stained in room and throughout hallway.
Breakfast was included in price of room. Mimosas go for about €20 if you plan to have a relaxing brunch beverage, you’re better off buying a bottle and some cheap glasses to keep with you during your stay to enjoy on the balcony or elsewhere.
Housekeeping did not clean room on our second day not a huge deal for a short stay but it did take about 45 minutez after calling for towels. Again, not the level of service I’d expect at a reputable brand in a high value room and property.
Also, no ice available even if you ask bar.

Location was amazing, very easy to get anywhere to need, close to metro and taxis right outside
The amount of money I paid for the room for a view of the Eiffel Tower, we first got put on the first floor and you could see the top of the Eiffel Tower it was rubbish and really not worth the money, but I went down to the reception and asked to changed rooms and they was very kind and put us in the 2nd floor in the middle and it was so much better

The view was nice but that’s it didn’t rate anything else.
It was just basic hotel
Nothing special very over priced for what it was.
Only thing was the view was best part but could get that standing outside Waste of money
The staff at the bar upstairs wasn’t helpful you can’t go in to view ,
to many rules can’t wear open toe shoes , no sandals not able to just enjoy after all your on holiday

I paid for a high floor room and didn’t get exactly that and the room is average ,I guess the price is high cause of the Eiffel Tower view

Air conditioning ineffective in the room. Wifi absolutely useless. Also it’s by no means cheap

FIND ANOTHER HOTEL, I liked the neighborhood and cleanness only
I lost a ring after after room service, and when I went to the reception to Just ask if it was seen I did not point any finger as the ring is too cheap to be stolen, the reception lady, I think her name is kouma, she started interrogating me and defended the Home service lady even before she ask in which room i am staying which means she did not even know which lady came to my room , her attitude was very suspicious, she and the morning reception male staff refused to connect me to the manager, the ring is cheap so I didnt bother myself
later I found out one of my wife sunglasses is also missing, at that moment the receptionists attitude made sense, I knew the cause the defensive attitude and the refusal to connect to the manager, I filed also knew i will get nothing back given the previous encounter
Pullman management should really re-evaluate this one staff
I could be mistaken, you can try your luck

Overall, our stay at the Pullman Eiffel Tower Hotel was lovely. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view—we were fortunate to have a high-floor room with a direct view of the Eiffel Tower, which made our time in Paris truly special. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Very central location, good restaurants next door to the Eiffel tower.
However, I was disappointed by what happened at the end of our stay. In the rush to leave for Disneyland, my 9-year-old daughter accidentally left her brand-new Jellycat Baguette toy in the bathroom, placed right on top of the bathrobe. I called the hotel within minutes of leaving (while still in the Uber) and explained exactly where it was. The cleaning staff had just come in as we left, so I truly expected it to be found easily.
Unfortunately, no one followed up with me as promised. I called again the next day and also used the messaging system, only to be told that nothing was reported to lost and found. That was very upsetting—this was a brand-new toy purchased at Galeries Lafayette, still with the tags on, and it’s a rare Jellycat model that’s hard to find in the U.S. My daughter was heartbroken, especially since it was her special Paris souvenir.
This situation left a sad note on what was otherwise a great stay. I really hope the hotel re-evaluates how they handle lost items, especially when guests provide clear and timely information.

Location to tourist attractions. The hotel is nice and the restaurant bar is gorgeous.
My room didn’t have a full body mirror, the patio door didn’t have a handle on the outside of the door, the shower head was broken.

Location of the hotel is unmatched, room was lovely and clean with a very comfortable bed. Great view of the Eiffel Tower from balcony.
Have previously visited and enjoyed the bar / views on the top floor which was one of the main reasons I returned, however on arrival when queried was told it was closed for this week.

It is actually close to the Eiffel.
Check in time is later than usual so they send you daily reminder to sell you “early check in” and other “add on” packages. On top of daily promotion spams, emails and messages to “remind” you to check in online so you can pick up the key upon arrival. Well, we still had to wait in line and for the staff to manually check us in upon arrival. We were expecting better service and less hassle with this price.

The location was fine but the nearby locations were full of garbage, very dirty.
the room was a good size but no small dresser to put your clothes in,

Our Eiffel Tower balcony room was lovely (Room 409) and the view of the tower was fabulous.
Check-in wasn't great - we were given the wrong room initially. It was only when we had unpacked that we found out and had to repack, move rooms and unpack again! Annoying! We were given very little hotel info at check-in and the tablet in the room seemed quite unhelpful too. Several of the servers in the bar & restaurant must have been trainees, as they were not very good. Disappointing, when you have paid a lot of money for a supposedly premium hotel.

Very good position, fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower. The receptionist is very kind to offer us a welcome drink, and the concierge comes to handle our luggage promptly.

Staff were very friendly and attentive, they went over and beyond to welcome us and see to our needs.
There was nothing we didn’t like. It was clean, very modern and in a great location.
We had an issue with our room upon checking in but the hotel and staff were quick to rectify it and we cannot fault them.
