We really enjoyed everything, and most importantly, our balcony view was fantastic. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent.
We had a very expensive room, but the neighboring room was bigger, and it turned out the guest there paid much less than we did

The location was good. Close to the Eiffel Tower. We booked a junior suite for 4 people but on arrival the room was only made up for 2 people. Had to call reception 3 times before someone came up and made up the sofa bed for our children along with sheets/towels/robes etc.
That night the room was like an oven. There was no air conditioning and the windows didn't open. The next morning we were told the air conditioning doesn't get put on until summer time. They would send someone up to open the windows for us though which they did.
The next day we woke to gnat bites on my face and arms. Can't be helped if windows are open I guess, but for the amount we paid for a junior suite, we should have had air con.
The breakfast was expensive at €35 p.p and drinks in the bar extortionate. 1 small glass of Prosecco and 1 JD & Coke €37. Lifts were extremely slow and foyer was always very busy so lifts too longer still.
Overall an OK hotel. Nothing special for the price we paid.
Very hot in rooms and no air con.
