Good location
Apon arriving in the room that I had payed £704 for valentines weekend!! disappointed was an understatement. I was lead to believe this was a 4 star hotel. I wouldn’t even give it a 2. The room Itself was extremely small, and after being assured we would receive tea and coffee in the room, there was no milk. And only paper cups. So no good for us. We was told the mini fridge was complimentary. However all we received was a jar of apple sauce? No water. Just apple sauce.
The toilet had a disgusting smell of urine even after the cleaner had been in there. It was so bad we had to spray aftershave in there and use it with the door open. My wife chose to use a restaurant toilet in preference to using our own. The bathroom ceiling looked like it could collapse any moment, the door had chunks taken out of it, the carpet was sticky and in desperate need of a clean and to top it all off we found a bed bug and dirty sheets
Overall, I am appalled at this hotel stay considering the amount I was charged. And after finding a bed bug I genuinely feel sick that I stayed there at all! I can only upload 4 pictures but I have plenty.

Location is fantastic
Room was the upgrade with view of Eiffel Tower, robes and slippers, and mini bar. There was no mini bar. The fridge had a fizzy drink and water in it. Bedroom was run down with dirty stained carpet.

Location, bed was comfortable, convenient amenities.
The shower , it needs to be more sectioned off so water won’t get everywhere .

breakfast , location, check out time. some issue with the sfae and getting peoples attention in a timely manner , other than that i would recommend the chain of hotels to others also also stayed in Rome.
better detail attention to the guest thus is a hospitality business unlike what ARBNB offer to its customer the staff needs to be more focused from th bell boys to the emplyees behind the counter , you cpul learn fromm the hotel chain Hoxton from England

The location was really good. You’re a stone’s throw away from the Eiffel Tower.
The rooms were clean and fresh smelling.
Very nice butter croissants.
Staff were pleasant.
Our rainfall shower wasn’t working. When I called to tell reception, there was no solution. Additionally, the combo shower gel & shampoo wash was empty - surely this is something that should be checked by staff.
I didn’t like the tightness of the toilet, which felt as small as an airline toilet. However, I’m not tall, so it wasn’t an issue, it would be uncomfortable for anyone tall.
Breakfast selection was a bit basic. If you don’t like runny scrambled egg or cold boiled eggs, there wasn’t much else unless you paid extra, which I thought was somewhat unreasonable.

Location to the tower. Had a good view from our window too! (Room 1109) Parking was easy to find and quite good sizes compared to a lot of the spaces we parking around France.
2/3 lifts broke the one day we were there which meant everyone from the 12 floors were trying to use one lift. This became manic. We had a privilege room where there were items in it for us. There was one bottle of water, a French soda of some sort and a small apple purée kind of liquid. Felt a bit short changed with that. There were two of us in the room. Food was terrible in the restaurant. I was ill the next day (not sure if it was this but no other reasons that were obvious)

Location perfect. Everything worked. The hotel advertised gluten free breakfast. We did have to ask for GF food and on days 2, 3 & 4 DENZI was superb and brought out GF toast and small Magdalens as well as dairy free margarine. She was cheerful and smiled and couldn’t do enough for us. She is an asset to the hotel. Our room was kept spotlessly clean.
Some of the reception & breakfast staff could be a bit short.

Excellent location. Literally a stone's throw away from the Eiffel Tower. Many eateries and convenience stores located nearby.
The room and furniture was a bit dated

Location to Eiffel tower was great, views of it from our room.
Staff (with exception of 1 at reception) appeared disinterested. We had breakfast on 1 morning, 1 hour before breakfast finished - the yoghurt canister was empty and staff just shrugged when asked if it could be replenished. There was a good variety of food, but unlike other hotels, empty items weren’t restocked. Then staff started clearing the food away which made us feel we needed to rush our breakfast (this was 30 mins before end) - really uncomfortable experience and it wasn’t cheap!

The location made our stay in Paris a dream come true and given an opportunity we will once again prefer to choose Mercure for our next trip.
A tap in the toilet would have been welcome.

The view from our room was amazing! The location is perfect for nightly visits to the Eiffel Tower! The staff were all very friendly and our dinner and drinks in the bar were great.
For the money we paid the room is tiny. The toilet is very tight. There needs to be a better selection of pillows and more power points next to the bed.

Good location. You could take videos of the Tower in the hotel drive way at night. The staff checked us in early which good,as we were able to unpack and start our adventures.
Obstructed view of the Eiffel tower. The staff said that we would have free snacks and mini bar. Please see photos attached

The location to the Eiffel Tower was perfect.
Wasn’t great condition considering it was a suite upgrade for a view of Eiffel Tower which was very limited. Didn’t read notes we left for our booking so nothing special was done for our anniversary. Staff weren’t the most helpful and even tried to put another couple in the same room as us. Horrible smell from the toilet and the room need a bit of tlc.

The location is excellent! just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower and close to restaurants, bakeries, and public transport. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a great variety with fresh options every day. The room was comfortable and quiet, ideal after a long day exploring Paris
The facilities are a bit dated, and the room could be slightly larger for better comfort

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect—close to subway, restaurants, food stores, and Eiffel Tower. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. My room was spacious and clean, with wonderfully comfortable beds that made it easy to relax after a long day. Breakfast was a highlight: fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options to start the day right. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and convenience.

Location was amazing and I asked for a view and got a fabulous one which made the holiday! Bathroom was spotless and bedding was very clean. Carpet was a little stained and bedding could have done with being slightly bigger but had everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Bed could have been bigger and coffee pods could have been replaced daily.

Staff courteous and friendly.
Bar bistro area. Staff helpful, friendly and engaging. Food was excellent.
There were no china coffee mugs or tea cups in the room.
Having to use paper cups was disappointing and again no resupply of same.
No milk supplied for tea & coffee.
No refill of coffee pods and there was no black tea bags supplied.

Location is really good. Hotel itself is very nice however the rooms are very small. We did get upgraded which was great and two glasses of Prosecco were included. We were told it would be champagne but then told at the bar we couldn’t have that, it didn’t matter though.
Bathroom very small.

The location was great
The staff were very unhelpful, the bathroom was falling to bits, the toilet was separate to the bathroom so once you had poo you would have to come out in to the room and go to the bathroom, the towels in the bathroom had brown Staines on them, the shower was broken, for a four star hotel the cups in the rooms were paper cups…. I got better cups in the Ibis hotel…. I switched the Tv on and all the instructions were in French I called reception for help and she said no one was available and hung up on me, I don’t think I will be staying there again. The carpets also had terrible Staines which you can see in the pics I provided

Located at the right place to visit main landmarks in Paris. Plus it feels very safe.
Bathroom and toilet a little bit old fashioned, but it was satisfactory.

The location was good.
The reputation of high standard let down the Mercure name. This hotel desperately needs a makeover. The reception looks very impressive. The rooms are not. The bathroom and toilet are separate and old with lilac painted wooden doors...very strange. If the toilet door was slightly open you, couldnt open the main exit door! For £1300.00 for 3 nights, definitely not value for money. Everything closed at 11 pm. we were rushed out of the dining room on our first night. We ended up having a nightcap at the hotel next door.
