Location
Being charged extra when arriving at the hotel. Quoted a certain price on booking.com, then when my sister arrived (honeymoon), they added extra and stated it was city tax when that had already been added to the final amount. I wasn't impressed to hear that from my sister, who was meant to be enjoying her honeymoon. Reservations said I was charged city tax for three nights (I booked two nights), went to reception, and they advised they only charged two nights city tax. Overcharged by over £40 and told it was a conversion, like I don't know what I should have paid when booking.com clearly shows the prices. Not impressed with the service. Requested a refund and was denied.

It was very near the Eiffle Tower with good cafe and resturants around the area
Breakfast was not included in the price and the rooms could do with an up date and toilet roll holder not fixed and some paint work needed re-doing

The facilities were perfect, and the holiday was absolutely perfect because of the hotel
