The best hotel I've stayed at.

The breakfast was exceptional. Paul, from the butler staff was superb. Our room was beautiful, looked brand new and provided us with more than we needed. Our reception was likewise urbane.

A super stay, with amazing staff, amenities and location!

Everything. This is our second stay at Maison Villeroy and it was as brilliant as the first. The service is second to none and the staff so welcoming. It’s beautifully decorated and supremely comfortable. Situated right in the heart of the shopping district within a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower! It’s perfect for getting around easily by foot or public transport. They also went the extra mile as it was my birthday whilst staying. Thank you so much everyone, and Paul, part of the butler team who looked after us - you’re wonderful and we cannot wait to see you again soon!

Exquisite private boutique hotel with emphasis on luxury & privacy.

This is an outstanding boutique hotel with (I think) 16 rooms, very obliging staff, and a Michelin-star quality restaurant. The emphasis is on privacy. Our suite had inner & outer doors, the front door of the hotel is locked at all times, you wouldn't know there was a hotel there unless you looked carefully. You can have 1h private use of the sauna, steam room & jacuzzi per day.

Disappointing

Comfortable beds, quality decor, nice environment

Staff was so apologetic, but never able to resolve any issues. They lost three very rare bottles in my room and the so-called 30-year-old Japanese whiskey didn’t taste or look remotely anything like 30-year-old Japanese whiskey.

Perfect wedding anniversary stay

Everything was absolutely focused on quality service and utmost attention to detail throughout our stay. We celebrated our wedding anniversary here but we only had planned a few days in Paris so the location was perfect, allowing us to see many sites with great accessibility to transportation. The staff was very helpful answering our questions and providing recommendations. Perhaps the only thing to consider is that the view from the room is a view of the nice Parisian city street , but there are no particular landmarks or monuments visible if that is something you are interested in for your trip. Overall well worth the stay and I would definitely return.

This is one of the best hotel I have stayed in! The rooms are beautifully decorated! The staff are exceptional, the facilities ( spa, gym) are great and private! They go the extra mile for their guests. Such beautiful hotel and neighborhood. I could go on and on. There is not a single fault or issue. Did I mention the exceptionally kind and generous staff? I am glad i stay here and will come back again at any given opportunity! 10/10

Exceptional

As per all the other reviews, this is an excellent place to stay, not only due to the standard of the property, the location, the spa, the food (the list goes on), but the level of service is second to none! The Butler team can’t do enough for you and whilst I commend every one of them, Charlelie was above and beyond at every minute prior to, and during, our stay, We only stay in 5* properties and this is one of the best I’ve stayed in as a well seasoned traveller. Can’t recommend enough!

Upsetting experience

During our 3 nights stay, movie crew stayed the mansion and filmed drama series 2 nights in a row. They were out of control. They were so loud and noisy until 4am in 2 nights. We could not sleep at all during those 2 nights. Maison villeroy did not inform us about that noisy filiming schedule when we booked the room. And They did not tell us about the filming noise until we made complain at that night. Maison VIlleroy did not do anything about that messy, noisy circumstance in mansion. Even elevator was wrapped with duck tape and construction paper all over. Elevator looked hideous. It was worse than cheap motel. We actually thought that dunken people were fighting crazy and heavy outside our door during the whole 2 nights. We cancel our next reservation that was going to happen at the beginning of April at Maison Villeroy.

The breakfast was a le carte, it took a while to be served. Would have enjoyed it more if they had offered a few buffet things eg fruit, cereal, yogurt, pastries, juice, etc which you could help yourself to (felt too much food came out at once) then the option to order cooked breakfast perhaps it’s just personal preference. We left early (before commencement of breakfast) and had paid for breakfast, but they didn’t offer a to go breakfast not even a coffee and pastry 🥐

Fabulous stay, didn’t want to leave

The property is a 10/10, and perfectly tucked away near the luxury shopping areas and across from a stellar view of the Eiffel Tower. However it’s almost unnecessary to leave the property, because it’s an oasis in itself. The spa was such a great pickup me after a long day and the hotel is rather quiet and cozy so it feels like you’re the only person there.

This is a private mansion which has been converted to a small boutique hotel. The environment is elegant, the staff always there to assist with anything you request, the one person at a time spa a delight. We loved it and will return our next trip to Paris!

Amazing stay

Has a very strategic location, excellent restaurant, staff were very nice and helpful. The butler team booked my restaurant reservations a few weeks in advance. The hotel is not crowded. The rooms were spacious, had a cozy king size bed with free internet.

if your room is facing the street, you might be annoyed the sound of infrequent motorcycles passing by at night.

Blown away with how personal the hotel was, as if it was your private residence w an amazing staff.

For breakfast, there was a wonderful variety of high quality items offered - fresh squeezed juice, amazing brioche/croissants, great omeletes, etc. Dinner was perfection - everything was creatively prepared and presented and the staff was cordial and friendly - a wonderful experience.

Everything was wonderful. The staff were exceptionally sweet and friendly, the rooms are spacious, the spa is perfect (you book the whole place which includes sauna), the room service food is from the Michelin starred restaurant downstairs. It’s the type of place that makes you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in. I was sad to leave!
