Beautiful hotel but disastrous transfer. Booked a deluxe triple room for a swift visit for my daughter’s 18th birthday. Great location just a few minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. Requested a room with a view and we were in for a lovely surprise with a lovely welcome note/sweets/voucher. Managed to hold our bags on checkout so we could explore before our evening flight.
I would not use the transfer service - whilst this hasn’t affected the star rating of the hotel, it’s affiliated with the hotel and I’m incredibly disappointed. We waited over an hour for them to arrive and only after many calls/messages. We were charged 2x what Uber would cost. Was expecting a luxury car for €85 and we got a Citroen DS. Driver was nice but it was advertised as a CLASSIC CAR. Absolutely damaging to the hotel as we feel we were ripped off.

Absolutely incredible service, magnificent location and a beautiful hotel.
We have stayed in so many places around Europe and several stays in Paris in numerous hotels and on this occasion we traveled with our German shepherd dog and found this hotel to accommodate dogs.
Usually with pet friendly stays you expect it to not be the best but this hotel, the room, facilities and the staff really did exceed our expectation.
From giving our dog his own bed, food bowl and treats upon arrival it really was special, Ozzy (our dog) felt right at home and at ease from the beginning with a lovely air conditioned room and well sound proofed windows from all the outside noises
The staff are all incredible and absolutely at your disposal and we are proper chuffed with our experience during our stay
We visit Paris at least 3 times a year and this is now the only hotel we will stay In as you can not fault it, local to all the best parts of Paris as well as you are only a 3 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower
