Sebastiaan was very nice and helpfull and the staff as well
The AC wasn’t working in our deluxe room and the lights were also not working properly, so we got an upgrade to the suite. But the sauna wasn’t working as well during our whole stay while they said it would be fixed the next day. We booked the hotel also to relax in the sauna so that was a disappointment for us.

High level of customer treatment. The staff was exceptional, the room was comfortable and super quiet, the pool, sauna and massage treatments were all excellent. They really took care of us, and were always courteous and kind.

We will never stay anywhere else in Paris after our stay here. We stayed here for our last night in Paris for our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived we were so well looked after and the staff were extremely attentive and friendly. The finish on the hotel was excellent. Our room had the most incredible view of the Eiffel Tower and we didn’t leave to room all night to watch it sparkling.
Thank you so much to all the team for such a memorable stay. We will be back

Though May be true we were forced to book one extra room for our kid as the checkin with kid was now allowed.
Obviously we had confirmed the same before arriving at property, still, on check desk itself we had to book one extra room so that we could stay.
Hot Water supply in shower was shut at 10 am !!
I am shocked tbh.
