The staff is sweet. Clean, lovely dining area and courtyard.
Having to vacate my room for housekeeping. I’ve been in hotels and hotels all over the world and that’s never happened before. We’re paying and not being able to enjoy the accommodations.

Very clean, furniture in good condition. The bathroom did get dirty during my stay, but that was the fault of guests, as I saw staff cleaning it regularly. I like that you get a full size lockable wardrobe for your things (many hostels only provide a locker). I didn't stay long enough to use the kitchen or laundry but they are very practical. Beautiful garden. Location is wonderful.
I stayed during the heatwave. This is to be expected from budget travel, but the room had no air con and was unbearably hot. I'm sure this wouldn't be an issue for most of the year! I would have appreciated a little more information on checking in (e.g. where the kitchen and laundry are, when the bar opens, is breakfast available & when). Very minor issues.

The room and sanitary areas looked very clean
It was HOT, no air conditioning or fans. No joke during the heatwave. Also need to make your own bed. Price is not in level with comfort
