The location was great. The staff were helpful, polite and just gave exceptional service. The breakfast selections was spot on and the rooms were surprisingly large for a Parisian hotel. Loved the L’Occitaine toiletries as well! I couldn’t fault the property itself at all.
The absolute only thing I would have changed was the building works in the building next door, which our room backed onto. Not the hotel’s fault and I’m sure they’ll be finished soon. I will definitely be staying at this lovely hotel the next time I go to Paris, 100%

My room size was great because I had the deluxe. Other rooms were compacted.
The hotel rooms had no heat and it was freezing. Although accommodated with a space heater, the chill was uncomfortable. They also was doing construction wondering the day that interrupted my sleep without informing me.
