Location is brilliant - right next to the Arc de Triomphe and metro.

Breakfast was average and served in the foyer. Tried to use the pool but a family were having some kind of home made picnic there so not possible. Slight lack of attention to detail as had to ask for coffee and water in room to be replenished.

The hotel is an excellent find, newly refurbished, clean and comfortable, tucked away quietly near the Arc de Triomphe which is the hub for Paris public transport. Buffet breakfast offered variety and everything we could have wanted. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The rooms are small but this is to be expected in such a great location. Coffee at breakfast could have been more forthcoming and plentiful but hardly worth mentioning.

I booked this hotel because it has a swimming pool. At the time of booking it was not explained that there would be an extra charge if I wished to use the pool. This was an unpleasant surprise via the hotel’s email to me a few days before. I paid more than enough for the room to include use of the pool. I would not book the hotel again for this reason. Also, the room comforts (instant coffee sachets, milk sachets etc) were not topped up daily, which I thought was poor. It would not have taken a lot of effort to do this and it would have improved the comfort of the room.

We loved our room, we were lucky enough to be upgraded for our honeymoon. It was a large beautiful room with all the ammenities. Lovely staff. Great location right near the Arc de Triomphe, metro and bus stop. Will definitely stay again next time we’re in Paris.

Can’t control cooling within room. Was quite warm and so had to open window which would have been fine but there were people smoking (tobacco and cannabis) downstairs which came into the room while trying to sleep. Also quite a loud street when the window was open which can’t be heard when the window is closed.

Location is great, especially for the paris marathon 😀. All the staff was amazing, and they did make the stay much better than otherwise would be.

I've stayed multiple times close to that area and paid way less for much more. Terrible value for the money. The room is very small, and the bed does not fit two normally sized persons. Breakfast was OK. There was a lack of options, and bad luck if you want something with more protein, the closest thing was scrambled eggs.

staff was lovely and incredibly helpful with any requests. The bed was comfortable, shower was great, the room was perfect for a business trip.

We didn't take the breakfast as it didn't look tempting. The room being based on an ancient building, the bathroom was pretty narrow, better to be slim and not too tall.

Please be aware when booking this property! Coming from someone that is in the Hospitality industry! This hotel has so much potential but its killing it with its service and facilities. Starting from the location, the property its located in a quiet are and super easy access with 2 minutes walk from Arc de Triomphe and this might be the best part about the hotel! Don't bother booking the stay with breakfast there are plenty of restaurants offering brunch for cheaper and better quality, there were never eggs, sausages and so on everything was always empty and it took 20 minutes to replace everything. Even one day when we were having breakfast we had to leave because of an issue with the alarm it was impossible to stay in the restaurant (which is the reception) even in the room it was impossible to stay. Due to the location the hotel is very small for the amount of guests they are receiving so be aware that the check-in and check-out might have a huge line because its so small the are that people don't have space with all the bags. The rooms are very small and when we first arrived we had to request to change it, it was impossible to breath they were nice to change to the street side since we were facing on the previous room a white dirty wall. The new room was more spacious and you could see the top of the Eiffel Tower. The service is terrible! You have 2 people which the name I can't remember that work in the reception that are very helpful and nice but the rest its terrible! Housekeeping is super loud during the morning! The people serving during breakfast are constantly eating, drinking coffee and making loud sounds with cutlery while we are eating! The chef takes time to cook it's a mess! The property has so much potential that is sad to see that they don't use their potential. I must say it is disappointing to pay $620 for 3 nights and have to go through this...The pool is paid so you are not using it unless you pay.

Amazing hotel with perfect location. I had a suite that sleeps 3 and the room was beautifull. Clean, modern and everyhting you need for a comfortable stay. All requestes were met with a smile at reception. Staff speak good english so no issue with communication.

Breakfast spread fell alittle thin. Not the most comprenhensive offering but did the job. Also the cost of the eat in breakfast was on the higher side.
