Hotel Montfleuri

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the exceptional service from staff Raquel, Maria and Olivier made us feel completely at home. Our room was spotless, spacious, and featured a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of fresh food. Highly recommended.

With 2 metro stations on 2 sides, it doesn't get any better. Rooms were a bit cramped for the steep price they charge but then it's Paris city centre. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were lovely. They arranged very early breakfast for us. Rooms were vleaned daily. Overall we had a very nice stay.

This hotel has some positives and negatives, the location was great, very close to the arch de Triomphe and the metro, the next positive was we arrived very early due to our early flight and the room was ready on arrival when we just thought we would be dropping off our bags, however as it soon turns out there are two rooms on the ground floor accessible by a small smoking courtyard but left it as it was as we was grateful at this point, then after our day out we came back to sleep to find out the Metro runs directly under the hotel, so that was a terrible 1st night as we didn’t sleep, then in the morning we found out that breakfast was served directly behind the room *** so you have noise from that 1st thing in the morning and then you get the smokers come to the small courtyard right outside your door, so you have their noise including their music at 10:00 in the morning and then of course the smell of smoke, so yes after no sleep and all the above we wasn’t so happy so we asked for a room change or a refund for our next two nights we already have booked here, there was a bit dispute at the desk but then said we could change rooms to another level, they was well aware of the obvious normal complaint regarding the noise from the metro so the wife was given a key to go and take a look at another room on another level to go there to find the room next door was playing load music and this was at like just after 10am so the wife went back down to reception to say that the room next door is playing load music and if they are doing this 1st thing in the morning what will the evening be like, reception called the room twice, 1st time was answered but couldn’t speak to each other because of the level of the music so the 2nd receptionist calls the room and from what I understand speaks to another person in the room and advised them liad music is not allowed, we fully understand at this point the hotel can’t choose their guests so we don’t blame the hotel for this but we said we don’t want another night without sleeping and if guests don’t care about others then the room is not for us so in the end VERY reluctantly they gave us another room that was a bigger room hence the reason they didn’t want us to have it, but after all said and done we was happy in the end, you can still hear the metro from the 4th floor, it just wasn’t as bad but my advice is do not book a classic double room as you will most likely have a similar experience plus the rooms are very small, get a high level triple if you stay at this hotel, I think this is the reason it’s slightly cheaper than some of the other hotels in the location

Location and staff were extremely good. We stayed one night and it was very spacious room with all-time detox water and pastry in offer without and charges. Breakfast was small but good. one can stay saving time and money with short stay.
