Worst hotel experience I have ever had.

I have stayed in many luxury properties around the world, and I have never been treated in such a manner. Despite the hotel being proudly owned by my beloved country, I did not experience any respect — neither during check-in nor check-out. The lack of hospitality and professionalism was shocking and completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. I expected a warm welcome and a pleasant farewell, but instead, I felt ignored, disrespected, and unwelcome.

Perfectly Parisian Peninsula: it won’t disappoint!

The grande entrance and stunning design of the hotel all throughout will take your breath away. The whole hotel is designed thoughtfully and in true luxury and tranquil style. It is impeccable! Some of the most beautiful interiors we have ever seen! So stunning! Our room was perfectly Parisian and very large compared to many others. We arrived from our flight early in the morning and it’s a BIG bonus when the hotel already has your room ready at 7am!! We are so grateful to The Peninsula Paris! It did not disappoint!! They upgraded our room to a larger suite and we loved the no phone zone pool, spa, gym and relaxation area down stairs after a long day of exploring Paris. We even got a welcome bottle of champagne, fruit, chocolates and special notes. Make sure you go to the bar “le rooftop” upstairs - the view does not disappoint as the eiffle tower sparkles from a distance. A dream experience! Merci beaucoup Peninsula Paris, J’adore!

Incredible luxury in one of the most iconic locations in Europe.

Great location at the foot of L’Arc de Triomphe. Despite the bustling location, our room was serene and quiet. The noise of the aircon almost imperceptible and non-irritating to my nose and throat. Amazing rooftop bar and restaurant. Our Junior suite was very spacious, ultra luxurious without pretension. Staff are incredibly professional, low-key, friendly and intelligent. Despite a couple of minor issues with one of my meals, the staff were immediately available to remedy my concerns to my satisfaction.

One of the main entrances being situated through a restaurant can feel a little overwhelming when walking in with luggage.

Absolute luxury! A classy hotel.

Great location near the Arc de Triomphe. Check in was great and staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was outstanding, large, quiet and very comfortable. Large double bed, sofa, desk, separate dressing room and large bathroom with marble bath, good shower - nice towels and fluffy towels and toiletries. A separate dressing room with an dressing table and safe which was useful. It was our 25th wedding anniversary and the Hotel had left a Card, cake, champagne and flowers in our room as a celebratory gift - such a lovely touch! And when we came back from dinner the bath was run with rose petals and candles as a romantic gesture. Breakfast served in the mini Versailles Room was delicious- service was leisurely but we weren't in a rush. We visited the lovely Spa and had a swim in the spacious pool. Check out was smooth. I would recommend this hotel if you want to treat yourself.

The care and attention to detail was exceptional throughout. The staff were friendly and informative. Special mention to Tien Giang - Front Desk Agent for a seamless check in and check out. We received a complimentary room upgrade with a champagne and amenities welcome making for an extra special stay.

At a push to find anything, the hydrotherapy pools in the spa could have been a few degrees warmer.

It was very calm and serene. The Peninsula made excellent accommodations and was able to provide us with an early check-in. Not only did they give us an early check-in, they had a full breakfast waiting for us in our room. There was one mistake made - my son's stuffed animal got taken away with the sheets accidentally when they were cleaned and he went missing for a night. The hotel found and returned him, with another stuffed animal that had my son's name embroidered on the back - my son named him Peninsula Bear - and they took pictures of the two stuffed animals on the hotel rooftop overlooking the Eiffel Tower having an "adventure" together (to explain my son's stuffed animal's absence) and included a note as well. It was the most amazing customer service I have ever received and they turned what could have been an awful situation into a wonderful experience for my son.
