The location was perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful (and put up with my very poor French skills with patience) Room was great.

This was an outstanding hotel experience. The attention to detail and service was above excellent. The staff arranged a beautiful celebration package for my husband’s birthday. Our room had a view of the Eiffel Tower. It was a dream. A memory I will cherish.

Overall hotel very clean, excellent breakfast and all the staff very professional, helpful and very polite. Even check out starts at 3pm I was able around 11am to drop our stuff, at 2pm back to the hotel room not still ready and Ines, at the reception, very kindly offered an upgrade so we were able to have an early room.

the bathroom design, water splashed out from the shower making the door and carpets all wet and mouldy, the closet is too small; not fancy about the dinner, the ingredients repeating the breakfast menu, a lot of dishes were in small chunks, preferred to have a whole piece.

It’s just like staying at home with family!

Service level is superb! Efficient check in without waiting and luggages are well delivered to my room timely. More surprise is the called taxi for airport and put my luggages in the car for me. It seems very thing is we’ll handled like my assistant. They really pay attention to customer experience which I have to it is the best I have seen.

hotel was beyond all of my expectations, most welcoming and helpful staff, great location and spacious room. Something i must say- it was the most comfortable bed in my life, feeling of sleeping in a cloud after a long sightseeing day.

Rooms lack a lil bit of soundproof, could here noises in the hall but it didn’t bother us even a second.
